Overview
This luxurious single storey home comprises of over 2,500 sq ft of air conditioned and heated living space, with enough room to comfortably accommodate 8 adults in 4 good sized bedrooms. There are 3.5 bathrooms including two en-suites and a poolside bathroom, a large open plan seating area, a fully fitted kitchen, a formal dining area and we have converted the double garage into a fun games room. At the rear of the property you will find a large pool and Jacuzzi spa, which affords a high level of privacy due to a fence running behind the property. Located conveniently just a minute off Highway 27, West Haven places you in the ideal location to experience all that Orlando has to offer. Walt Disney World is under 15 minutes drive away, whilst many award winning golf courses such as Champions gate, Celebration, and Southern Dunes can also be found close by. There are a number of shops, restaurants and supermarkets just a couple of minutes down the road.

Living
The main hub of the villa is the living room, which can be found at the rear of the property. It contains a large L shaped sectional sofa, plenty of table space and lighting, and an entertainment system compromising of a large screen television with cable TV and a DVD player with a selection of family movies. There is a large set of patio doors which allow direct access out onto the lanai and the pool deck beyond, as well as flooding the room with plenty of sunlight. The living room is the ideal location should you wish to get out of the sunshine for an hour and relax with a good book. As an added bonus, there is a area just off the living room which has a desk, ideal should you want to write post cards home or check up on your emails.
Kitchen
The modern fully fitted kitchen comes complete with every modern convenience, including a cooker, microwave, American style fridge/freezer/ice machine, dishwasher, toaster, Air Fryer, Slow Cooker, smoothie maker, kettle and coffee machine. There is also a good selection of cutlery and crockery (including plastic dishes and glasses for when dining by the pool area). The only thing you need to provide is the food! There is seating for three at the large breakfast counter and a telephone from which local calls are free (ideal for ordering take away), and all other calls can be paid for as taken.
Should you wish to do any laundry, we have a high capacity washer drier, iron and ironing board located in the Utility room which can be found next to the kitchen and also gives access to the games room.
Plug socket is fitted with USB/USC charging point.
Dining
The villa has a formal open plan dining room located at the rear of the property adjoining the living room and the kitchen. It has a large wooden table and eight chairs, and is ideal for those special dining occasions as well as the more casual ones. Two large windows let in plenty of natural light into this part of the villa.
Bedrooms
• Master Suite 1 - The first Master Suite is located at the rear of the property, overlooking the pool area. It has a fantastic King-sized bed and a luxurious en-suite bathroom complete with a Roman tub/bath, huge walk-in Shower, his n hers basins and vanity mirrors, and a separate WC. Storage space is no problem with a large walk-in closet, and as a final touch of elegance you even have your own doorway out onto the pool deck. • Master Suite 2 - The villa's second master suite can be found at the front of the villa. It has a King-sized bed and en-suite bathroom complete with a bath, separate shower unit, his n hers basins and vanity mirrors, and a separate WC. • Bedrooms 3 & 4 - Bedrooms 3 and 4 each contain two single beds making them ideal for adults or children in your party. The two rooms are located next to each other and are also adjacent the home’s third bathroom which comes complete with a bath / shower unit. Storage space for both rooms and the second master suite is provided by a built-in closet and drawers in each room.
Bathrooms
In addition to the en-suites and family bathroom we also have a very convenient poolside WC and washbasin and open air shower.
Games Room
To add to your enjoyment we have converted our two car garage into a fun games room. The room features a pool table, table tennis and air hockey.. The villa also has a high speed WI-FI internet connection. The games room/garage is built onto the villa and has internal access from inside the villa via the utility room.
Pool
The villa has its own luxurious swimming pool and jacuzzi spa. It is surrounded by a large extended patio and includes a large covered Lanai area with ceiling fan should you prefer to sit in the shade. The whole area is very private as the pool deck backs on to a high wooden fence, whilst down the sides of the pool cage we have grown hedges. The pool and spa have underwater night lighting, which really adds to the character of the area especially at night, and allows you to go for a late night swim. The pool deck is fully screened which helps to keep the pool clean and the wildlife out, and it does not affect your tan in any way. The pool is serviced weekly so you can be sure it is clean and safe to swim in, and there are a selection of pool toys for the children to play with.
Outside
The villa is located at the beautifully landscaped gated community of The Manor at West Haven. The Manor also features onsite facilities including Tennis/ Pickle Ball courts and a children’s play area, which are available for you and your family to use at no extra cost. Raquets and balls can be found in the Games Room for your use.
Garage
The villa has a wide driveway which can easily accommodate two large vehicles side by side. Parking on the highway is not permitted during night time hours.

Location
The Manor at West Haven offers luxury Orlando villas with private pools to rent located just off HWY54 in Davenport Florida.
West Haven is a large estate made of six smaller communities, each with its own gated entrance. As you enter West Haven, the approach is exceptionally attractive as you drive down a beautifully manicured driveway towards the holiday homes.
West Haven is close to Champions Gates golf club and hotel, where you have restaurants, shops and a large Publix supermarket on your doorstep.
The Manor at West Haven is the smallest of the gated communities, consisting of a single circular road called Burford Circle. As you enter the community, to the left is a tennis court, two child's play areas and communal pool which guests are welcome to use.

Family celebration holiday
We stayed at the villa has a family to celebrate 3 big birthdays. The villa was excellent very spacious and very well equipped. Good location for Disney and not to far to get to Universal. Deanne was very helpful if I had any questions and prompt response. Will defiantly recommend to friends and family.

August 25 Fantastic Villa
We have stayed in countless villas in and around Orlando and this was one of our favourites. We loved how spacious the home was with the 2 wonderful ensuite bedrooms and super comfy beds. The pool area was great with sun all day. Westhaven is a great area for getting in and out of Disney. Our Family had a wonderful time in this very relaxing, very clean villa , and we would definitely recommend.

Family Holiday
Stayed here for 3 weeks in July and loved every minute. Lovely area, peaceful and relaxing. Well maintained property and extremely clean. Owner was in contact prior to us arriving giving us all the info we needed. She contacted us during our stay to advise the gates to the development were being changed over and ensured we had a code to operate them. Also had a panel blow off the lanai during a bit of a storm, but sent a quick email and maintenance were out within a day or so and had replaced it. Thoroughly enjoyed every minute we spent here.

Dec24 - Fantastic Villa, Fantastic Owner
Really superb Villa in a fabulously quiet gated community. No more than 20 minutes to the parks, and even less to Publix/Walmart/Target a host of restaurants and also Posner Park.
The Villa is super spacious (we didn't even use the 'West Wing' as we called it... lol), very clean and probably the most well equipped villa we've stayed in.
Deanne is superb to deal with, helping us by accommodating some last minute changes to our schedule, walking into the sight of the decorated Christmas Tree and Disney Music playing on the TV just felt awesome!
So good we've already re-booked !! Thank You Deanne!

Excellent villa
Just back from a 3 week stay in this wonderful villa. The villa is in a great location and easy to get to the parks.
It was clean and tidy and very well equipped with everything we could need for our holiday. The pool was fantastic and our family loved it. We would highly recommend this villa to anyone and can’t wait to go back again.

Lovely Villa
We had a lovely time here.
The open plan space is huge and there is everything that you need.
Sun all day at the pool and nice big lanai for outdoor eating.
I would recommend this villa.

Lovely stay for a family of 4.
Our family enjoyed a lovely stay for our sons 6th birthday in Orlando. On arrival the whole villa was immaculately tidy and very cool which was a great escape from the Florida sun. Equipped with everything you could need during your stay, even tablets for the dish washer and washing machine. Nice new Samsung kitchen appliances and TVs in every room with cable and streaming services so always something watch whilst in the villa. Quick and easy communication from Deanne made booking simple as well as a speedy refund of our security deposit. All info and codes etc sent via email prior to arriving. There was only 4 of us but could easily fit 2 families of 4. The pool and games room always add that bit of extra fun. They had booster car seats which was great and saved us buying one for our youngest. There were parts of the villa that could of done with a deeper clean e.g corners of the pool deck and inside the pool had lots of built up dirt and dead bugs, which we had to clean, as well as the mesh around the pool and inside the runners of the sliding doors were dirty and the garage floor had clumps of dust on it. As well as a few things feeling a bit loose e.g pool and coffee table. This in no way took anything away from our stay and we still throughly enjoyed the villa these are just our observations and also quick easy fixes by the management company. We are planning again for Sept 2025 and would happily stay again if you would have us. Thank you very much.

Fantastic villa, great location
First times staying at this amazing villa. We loved everything about it from location to it being a true home from home. Everything from games room to getting the sun all day at the pool. The house has been really tastefully decorated and maintained so well. The host Deanne was fab to deal with. We look forward to returning.

Great villa
We stayed at this lovely villa over Xmas.
Great communication with Deanne before and after renting. Villa is easy to find and in a great location. Villa has a great space for everyone with lovely pool and jacuzzi for relaxing in the sun. It was definitely one of the best villas we have stayed in Florida. Would definitely recommend and we would all return.

Lovely stay at West Haven
