Location
The Manor at West Haven is a small, peaceful gated community in Davenport, ideally located for Walt Disney World and Central Florida’s other major attractions.
The community forms part of the attractive West Haven development, close to Champions Gate, with a good choice of supermarkets, restaurants, shops and everyday amenities within easy reach.
The Manor itself is the smallest of West Haven’s gated communities and consists of a single circular residential road, Burford Circle, giving it a quieter and more relaxed feel than many larger developments.
Guests also have access to the community tennis court and children’s play areas.
With convenient access to the major road network, staying in a villa on The Manor at West Haven provides an excellent base for Disney, Universal, SeaWorld and the wider Orlando area, while offering a peaceful place to return to at the end of the day.

Amazing! Best villa we have ever stayed in!
We recently returned from an amazing 2 weeks here and i cannot recommend it enough!
We had initailly booked to stay in a villa in Calabay Park however this fell through after an extremely disappointing experience.
So with 4 short months until our travel day the search was on to find something suitable.
This was the biggest blessing in disguise!
From the very outset Iain and Sharon were a pleasure to deal, both via email and over the phone. Given our preious experience we were a little nervous but Iain did everything possible to put us at ease and the booking process was very simple. We also very much appreciated Iain touching base with us a few days before travel to ensure everything was fine and to wish us a good trip!
We have rented a number of Florida villas over the years - let me tell you, this is the best we have ever stayed in!
On arrival the villa was lit up and welcoming and seeing the sheer size and space is amazing.
There was only myself and my husband but the split floor plan would work very well for larger families. Everything is clean, tidy and very well equipped.
The pool area is exceptional! The deep end of the pool was in the sun by around 9.30am with sun hitting most of the pool deck by 11am. The pool is huge and spa is perfect way to relax and the whole space is enclosed and private.
Best holiday in years - cant wait to stay again!
