Overview
Welcome to the Bedward family villa, where you will have everything you would desire to make you vacation one to remember.
After a fun packed yet exhausting day at Disney (6 miles) or Universal (24 miles) you will be able to unwind in the comfort of this luxuriously furnished Villa.
With 3400 sq/ft of air conditioned space there is plenty of room to accommodate up to 12 guests.
You could enjoy a relaxing drink and unwind around your very own private heated pool and spa, complete with patio furniture, luxury sun loungers and pool bathroom. The kids can have a great time playing pool in the upstairs Games/Cinema room.
Facilities
The Retreat at legacy Park is situated off HWY27; 10 minutes drive to Disney, 30 minutes to Universal and International Drive. The local Publix supermarket is just 3 minutes drive while the nearest Wal-Mart is only 5 minutes away.
Local restaurants and bars are only a few minutes up or down HWY27.
The area has many golf courses to suit all standards of players.
Living
The whole villa is fully air conditioned.
The living room and family room both have large flat screen TVs, complete with Blu-ray players.
Cable TV is available on all TVs in the home, and WI FI internet access is available at no extra cost.
Kitchen
The large fully quiped kitchen comprises of dishwasher, large fridge freezer with ice maker.
3 stool breakfast bar.
The Villa has a separate laundry room comprising of Washer, Dryer and Ironing facilities.
There is a plentiful supply of bed linen, bath and pool towels.
Dining
The dining room is part of the large open plan kitchen/family room.
The dining room table seats 8 comfortably with an extra 4 stools aroung the breakfast bar.
Bedrooms
The villa has one huge master suite furnished with a comfy king size bed, large 47in flat screen TV and Blu-ray player. The room is complete with large bathroom and walk in closet.
The other two master bedrooms are complete Queen size beds, bathroom and flat screen TVs.
For guests with restricted mobility one of the master bedrooms is situated on the ground floor.
The master bedrooms are have hairdryers.
The two twin rooms are furnished with 2 single beds, flat screen TV and DVD players. All are close to the upstairs family bathroom.
To accommodate two guests there is also a double sofa bed in the den.
Bathrooms
The master suite en-suite bathroom comprises of double sink, bath and separate shower.
The second upstairs master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, comprising of double sink, bath with shower above.
The ground floor master bedroom has an en-suit bathroom comprising of single sink, bath with shower above.
The family bathroom comprises of single sink, bath with shower above.
The pool bathroom comprises of single sink and WC.
Games Room
The air conditioned games room is situated in the 1st Floor Den comprises Pool table with chill out area with pull out sofa bed, bar table and stools and surround sound TV.
Disney fireworks can be seen in the distance from this room
Pool
You could enjoy a relaxing drink and unwind around your very own private heated pool and spa, complete with patio furniture, luxury sun loungers and pool bathroom, all overlooking the conservation area.
Outside
The rear outlook to the villa is on to a conservation area, and the evening sunsets can be enjoyed from the pool area.
Internet
The Villa has free free WI-Fi internet access. pluss frre local and national phone calls.
Location

Excellent property
This house is just amazing! Plenty of space and clean with everything you would need. Pool was beautiful and the pool table being upstairs was great. Excellent communucation from Mark in the run up to the holiday. Would reccomend this property to anyone and hope to return in the future.

Another fantastic stay
This was the second time that my family stayed here. The second stay was as perfect as the first. The house is so spacious and it is conveniently located near all amenities and attractions. Our family loves spending time around the pool and it is great to have no neighbors directly behind the house. It leaves a great view and wonderful opportunity to spot wild life. The poolside bathroom is nice as well. The house has several large gathering areas that makes it a perfect spot to relax after a long day. We are already checking dates for next year. Adult Family Vacation
WOW. This house is so much larger than what appears on the website pictures. Four adult siblings and spouses shared your home for 2 weeks and there was plenty of space. It was the perfect fit for us and the pool bathroom was a bonus. Loved the fact that there were no houses behind and saw deer & other creatures. Really appreciate that whenever I contacted you by email, that you answered our questions right away. Highly recommend your home and hope to return in the future. Thank you for renting to us.
