Overview
Stunning, large and luxuriously appointed two-storey villa located in 'The Shire' at West Haven, Davenport. Less than a mile from Champions Gate, the I4 and the US27, this villa is in a prime location for all the attractions of Orlando and greater Florida. Fully air-conditioned throughout, and with a large pool and spa overlooking beautiful conservation land to the rear, this villa offers, luxurious accomodation with peace and tranquility for the perfect vacation.
Facilities
As well as monitored alarm system, the house is equipped with a security safe for guests personal valuables.
Living
The villa has both formal and informal family-sized lounge areas.
The formal lounge adjoins the formal dining area and features luxurious 'Durapel' sofas and chairs..
The informal lounge is off the kitchen area and features a large sectional leather sofa. For guest entertainment there is a large 65 inch ultra high definition 4K smart TV with soundbar and Blu-ray player compatible with bluetooth equipment.
Ultra high speed broadband is available throughout the house as well as a Bright House HD digital viewing box, offering a wide range of viewing options.
Kitchen
The kitchen is luxuriously appointed with cherrywood cabinetry, granite worktops throughout, and stainless steel appliances.
Adjoining the kitchen area is a breakfast nook with coordinating table and chairs.
In between the kitchen and the games room is a large utility room with large American washer and separate dryer, as well as ironing facilities. There is also a freestanding clothes dryer for use in the games room..
Dining
The formal dining area features a large 8-seat solid oak dining table and chairs.
Bedrooms
Two master bedrooms, one with a furnished balcony overlooking peaceful and beautiful conservation ground; perfect for those early morning cups of tea/coffee and peaceful reading.
Main master has a king size bed, second master has a double bed, and the other two bedrooms have twin beds. All the bedrooms are equipped with flatscreen TVs. All the bedrooms feature luxurious bed linens and comforters.
Bathrooms
Both master bedrooms have en-suite facilities featuring walk-in showers, jetted spa tubs, modesty closets and double sinks. The main master bathroom has a large walk-in closet, and the second master features a large closet.
Each of the twin bedrooms has an adjoining bathroom, with bath, shower, sink, and wc facilities.
Luxurious white cotton towels are provided throughout.
Games Room
A well appointed games room featuring an 8-foot slate bed pool table with professional pool hall lighting and overhead fan, 'Viper' professional air hockey table with arcade lighting, electronic darts board, and equipment for using the communal clubhouse, pool and tennis courts.
Pool
The villa has an oversized south-east facing pool with 'Coloursplash' pool lighting and lanai (part covered) with large outdoor table and chairs. In addition, there are four full size, poolside loungers, and a large gas barbeque.
The pool overlooks peaceful conservation ground and gets the sun from sunrise until about 5pm.
Poolside towels are supplied for use on the pool deck.
The pool can be heated in cooler weather for an additional charge. Please note that the weather can be unpredictable during the winter months, (November to March), and occasionally the temperature can drop below 55 degrees making it difficult to maintain the pool temperature. For this reason, pool heating cannot be refunded.
Outside
The Shire at West Haven is a secure gated community, in close proximity to Champions Gate, the Interstate 4, and the US27. Good quality shopping, dining and hospitality amenities are close by at Champions Gate Plaza, and nearby Posner Park outdoor Mall area.
The villa has a safe for personal use, a 24 hour monitored security system and is positioned on a conservation lot commanding beautiful views to the rear. The garden is planted to be very aesthetically pleasing, and there is a two-car driveway at the front.
Internet
The villa has high speed wireless internet access, and a printer is provided for guests to use.
Baby Equipment
The villa is equipped with a travel cot and bedding, high chair, baby listening devices and a stroller.
Location

The nearest course is Champions Gate which currently offers two Greg Norman designed layouts called the National and International with a third course called the Country Club at Champions Gate now open.
Next would be Highlands Reserve which is less than 5 minutes away and has only one water hazard so a great place to start before heading to one of the tougher Greg Norman courses.
Other golf courses within 15 minutes are Southern Dunes and Mystic Dunes all of which are great layouts and a challenge for golfers of every skill level.

Driving Distances from the Shire at West Haven to the Orlando Theme Parks
We have added the actual driving distances to all the main Orlando theme parks below, these are not the distances to the main gate which most people quote, as this would reduce the distance, but to the actual car park for each attraction. Most of the jouney to the parks are on highways or interstates driving between 55-65 MPH so it's pretty quick to get to all the parks.

While staying on the Shire at West Haven you will probably be looking for nearby restaurants. The closest place (less than 5 minutes) would be Champions Gate Village which has a number shops, gas stations and restaurants. Home from home
Cannot recommend this villa enough, it truly is a home from home. We have stayed here numerous times and keep coming back. The villa is equipped with all amenities needed in a lovely area close to the parks, restaurants and supermarkets. The games room is especially excellent for keeping the kids entertained along with the private pool. Linda is amazing and her customer service is excellent, going over and above to make the stay in paradise amazing. Thank you again for another brilliant stay. Xx

Another Perfect Stay
So pleased to be allowed to eventually have our holiday at your amazing Villa. You both have been so accommodating allowing us to change our dates on several occasions due to Covid 19 rules and regulations. As always we had an amazing time it is like home from home and the cleanliness and luxury fittings and furniture all help in having a great holiday. The Villa is well situated for all amenities.
We were so pleased we found your Villa and that is why we book it over and over again and hope to return in the future. Thank you for allowing us to have the privilege of sharing your amazing Villa.

Immaculate and Elegant Villa
We just completed at 14 day stay at the Linda and Pete's Shire Villa.
The villa is kept to high standards for style and cleanliness. It had everything we could need and more. Enjoyed many relaxing hours in and beside the pool and spa--a most welcome relief from the indorrs of the past winter. The Shire is in a gated clean, quiet and orderly complex. We are looking forward to many more stays at The Shire.
