The Shire at West Haven - Luxury 4 Bedroom 4 Bath Villa

Cannot recommend this villa enough, it truly is a home from home. We have stayed here numerous times and keep coming back. The villa is equipped with all amenities needed in a lovely area close to the parks, restaurants and supermarkets. The games room is especially excellent for keeping the kids entertained along with the private pool. Linda is amazing and her customer service is excellent, going over and above to make the stay in paradise amazing. Thank you again for another brilliant stay. Xx

We just completed at 14 day stay at the Linda and Pete's Shire Villa. The villa is kept to high standards for style and cleanliness. It had everything we could need and more. Enjoyed many relaxing hours in and beside the pool and spa--a most welcome relief from the indorrs of the past winter. The Shire is in a gated clean, quiet and orderly complex. We've just returned from our third stay at Linda and Peter's stunning villa - and we have our fingers firmly crossed that it will be available to book for our next Florida holiday. It's so reassuring to arrive, turn the key in the lock, and know that we will be greeted with an immaculately maintained and well equipped house - it feels like coming home! The villa is in a quiet cul de sac overlooking a conservation area at the back , with an upstairs deck with fabulous long-ranging views - the perfect place to relax and watch the sunrise. The position is perfect - away from the hustle and bustle, but only a few minutes' drive from the parks etc. Since our first visit, the nearby Championsgate area has been further developed and now has a good range of eating places as well as the very well stocked Publix supermarket. If you want a change from the theme parks, we can recommend a visit to Winter Park, under an hour's drive away - The Charles Hosmer Morse museum has an amazing collection of Tiffany glass (take the guided tour of the Laurelton House exhibits - it's fascinating!), and Casa Feliz is definitely worth a visit. Winter Park is a lovely place to wander round, with lots of restaurants, interesting little shops and tree-lined streets. The boat trip on the lakes and through the little canals is worth doing - it lasts around an hour and is great fun. Linda and Peter are extremely helpful and approachable - you will be in safe hands if you choose this property. We can't wait to return!

Just returned from our second 3 week stay in your amazing Villa. Had a fantastic time and My daughter and her husband made good use of the Gym facilities. Elsie loved the pool and wants Nana to get one at her house. Peter and Linda are absolutely brilliant to deal with they answer enquiries promptly and efficiently. The Villa is immaculate with all facilities nearby i.e. Publix Supermarket. We also enjoyed First Watch for breakfast (which is on the opposite side to Publix.) We will highly recommend to our friends and family. Hopefully we will be able to return to Florida soon and hopefully stay in your beautiful home again.

Having stayed in a number of self catering properties, both home and abroad, I have to say this villa is by far the best we've stayed in! The cleanliness was second to none, the beds were the most comfortable I've slept in, and the pool area was immaculate! We enjoyed every evening sitting outside by the pool listening to the chirping of the crickets. Championsgate is convenient for the parks with supermarkets and restaurants close by. The gated community was lovely and quiet, and having access to a safe in the villa gave us peace of mind. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone, both for standard of property and location, and all of our party would definitely return. Many thanks Linda and Peter.

Loved staying at this lovely, cosy, beautifully decorated, amazingly clean house, couldn’t have been more perfect. The management team were very attentive too. Firstly I’d just like anyone reading this to know that we have holidayed in Florida many, many times and can hand on heart say that the owners of this villa are the most honest,friendly and hospitable people you could meet and they really want you to love everything about your stay. Linda and Peter go to great lengths to make sure you understand all you need to know about the villa, how to get there and what to expect as you arrive and let me tell you, you will be amazed by the extra touches they have added to make it a home from home. The home far exceeds any villa we have stayed in before and we loved it so much managed a 2nd visit in October. The cleanliness and quality of facilities in all areas is top notch. The home is in an excellent position really close to champions gate where you’ll find Publix supermarket, restaurants and bars galore. We loved coming back after long days out to the plush and comfortable home and relaxing in delux queen sized beds whilst my husband enjoyed coming back to enjoy a beer sat round a beautiful pool. Without hesitation I would highly recommend this villa but more importantly the the owners are two of the kindest people for sharing their beautiful home and also honest and trustworthy and genuinely want your holiday to be a happy one.

I can honestly say this is probably the nicest villa we have stayed in over the twenty years we have been visiting Florida. The booking process was seamless. Linda and Peter have been an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish , friendly, accommodating and helpful. The pictures really do not do the villa justice. Villas tend to age quickly in Florida but this home is immaculate. From the swan shaped towels on the bed to the weekly pool cleaning I could not fault the cleanliness which is a big must for me on holiday. Every thought has been given to furnishings and decor it is magazine ready! The location worked so well for us , easy journey into the tourist areas and easy access to eagleridge( Lego land area) . There is an abundance of local restaurants within five minutes and a shopping mall plus cinema within ten minutes drive. My husband likes to keep up with the uk football ,plenty channels available. The pool area is tranquil and looks out on to undisturbed land so offers a nice degree of privacy . I would not hesitate to recommend this villa and the lovely owners who made our holiday such a lovely experience. Thank you Linda and Peter we will be return visitors .

This was our third family trip to Orlando and the parks and this villa is the best we have used. There is nothing we could fault about the property or facilities. Instructions and contacts with the owners were clear, quick and polite. Once there everything worked perfectly and the property was clean and comfortable with excellent furnishings. If we come back to Orlando, where we stay will need no thinking about! A truly brilliant villa.

We've just spent three fantastic weeks at Linda and Peter's property and loved everything about it. We had stayed in an identical villa just along the street on our last trip and thought it couldn't be beaten, but this villa surpassed it in pretty much every respect. The plentiful supply of fluffy new bathroom and pool towels; loads of crockery for indoor and outdoor use; and quality finishings throughout the house made this a luxurious and comfortable retreat at the end of every day. And I mustn't overlook the games room, which was a big hit with the teenagers in our party! Linda and Peter really have thought of everything to make this place a holiday home-from-home. If you're looking for the perfect Orlando retreat then look no further. Peter and Linda have maintained a beautiful home from home - luxurious, immaculate and comfortable. You will not find better, and I say this from considerable experience (this being my 16th holiday to the Sunshine State). Whilst it's true to say that there are houses offering the same space and layout in Champions Gate, we have never found one that ticks all the boxes like this. The furnishings and decor are tasteful and classic. The attention to detail is superb. The pool area is private and both the pool and hot tub temperature, should you choose this option, is more than generous. There is genuinely no need for you to look any further... Book now... However, I shall keep my fingers firmly crossed that Peter & Linda will have availability for our next visit, as anywhere else just wouldn't live up to the superior standard of this beautiful villa.

This is the third time i have stayed in this luxury villa and once again Linda and Peter have pulled out all the stops to make us feel welcome. After a long flight the house welcomes you and makes you feel relaxed as soon as you walk through the front door. Linda has thought of every conceivable item that her guests requires, from the wonderful fluffy towels to kitchen gadgets to extra comfy beds, this villa has it all and we love coming back to it time and time again. The location of the villa is perfect within a secure gated community a stones throw from champions gate, 2 mins off the I4 which gives direct access to Kissimmee, all the themes parks, the outlet stores, restaurants etc. If you wanted to explore the gulf beaches such as siesta key, Anna Marie island, longboat key etc then it couldnt be simpler due to the villa location. Close by, literally a five minute drive, there is a publix supermarket, a Mcdonalds, a chilli's, plus 2 new restaurants and a petrol station plus dunkin dounuts etc. I would never stay anywhere else, as to me this villa is perfect perfect perfect, and im a tad fussy. Well done linda and peter, you made this stay fantastic as usual, so looking forward to staying again next year.

We have stayed at many villas over the years and in the last few years we've stayed at a few in the Shires. This was by far the best villa we have ever stayed at, the villa is well equipped with lots of extras and the Big tv with full cable package was great. We sat out on the balcony late one night and had a great view of a rocket taking off from space Kennedy. Linda was a pleasure to deal with and couldn't of been more helpfull. We hope to book this again next year.

This is a fantastic house in a great location it is really really nicely furnished plus there is everything in it you could possibly need for a fab holiday and more, with a great management person at the end of a phone should you require anything else. This was our second time stopping at Linda and Peters villa. The villa is beautiful and really is a home from home. As annual visitors to Orlando we had only previously stayed in a villa back in 2013 and it wasn't a great pick mainly due to a poor locale and outlook. Around these years we had stayed in condos which were lovely but lacked privacy at times. We booked 880 Suffolk place after a recommendation to check out VR360 and our recent stay has restored our confidence in staying at a villa. The location is beautiful with secure gated entry, pristine streets, beautifully tended grounds and a conservation area which the villa backs onto which gives total privacy to the rear. We managed to see a raccoon, armadillos and large stork like birds roaming around the area which was amazing. The villa itself was immaculately clean on arrival and tastefully decorated. The beds were incredibly comfortable and we loved the fact that it was a 2 storey property which kept the sleeping quarters separate. The pool was lovely and the sun loungers incredibly comfortable. Location is perfect with the I-4 minutes away and lots of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Disney is also only 15 minutes away! Communication with the owner Linda was first class and I would have no hesitation in booking this villa again or recommending it to anyone. Allan Hughes Glasgow, Scotland

This is our 2nd time staying at Linda and Peters villa and once again the villa didnt disappoint. Immaculately clean, extremely spacious with lost of natural light, lovely airy feel, exceptionally comfy beds, lovely furnishings and decor. The pool was fabulous which we used daily and the location is superb with the grounds being exceptionally well maintained. The kitchen has everything you need and the laundry facilities are brill which we used prior to our departure for the next leg of our stay. It took me a long time to find this lovely villa and now i wouldnt stay anywhere else as its simply beautiful. thanks again for a truly wonderful stay

This was our 2nd time at this villa. The last time was 3 years earlier. The villa is well maintained and looked after well by the owners and the Management company with no complaints from us. In fact it's immaculate. ! Love how quiet the estate is ! Linda is fabulous and will answer all your questions very quickly. We used the complex pool on this occasion and had the huge pool to ourselves which was brilliant. Highly recommend this villa !

The house is lovely but our real highlight has been waking up to the view across conservation tree tops, with Hot Air Balloons rising up through the mist. Magic!

We have just returned from an amazing 3 weeks stay in this Villa. We have visited Florida for many years and this is by far the best Villa we have stayed in. It is in a perfect location for all the attractions, local shops and beautifully presented. We cannot recommend this Villa highly enough. It is extremely well equipped and immaculate throughout. One of our highlights was the heated pool and spa which was a great way to relax and enjoy the Florida sunshine we were lucky to stay when it was the hottest December on record with temperatures in the late 80's. The games room had just been re-decorated and was spotless. The whole process from our initial enquiry to the holiday itself was professionally handled by Peter & Linda with any questions we had answered immediately. DeAnne at the management company was very helpful regarding a late check out which was very useful to us and much appreciated. This is the first time we have booked privately but would not hesitate to book this Villa again if we returned to Florida. If you are looking to stay in a perfect location in a perfect villa then look no further this is the one.

Thank you Linda and Peter for allowing us to use your fantastic villa. The 6 people in our party all had different requirement when searching for a villa, yours met this and more. The new Refurbishments made it feel like you were walking into a show home. We spent may nights relaxing at the pool/jacqusi or having a games night with the pool/air hockey table. Location 5/5. We had a great time at Peter and Linda's villa. The standard of accomodation was excellent throughout. The information pack you receive before you leave does not do this property justice. It benefits from being close to the main highways but is also in a very quiet area which is superb for a family holiday. The villa itself was spotless and really spacious. The pool was great to cool off after a day in the parks or just have a relaxing day (we were there over Independence weekend and had a great BBQ in the pool area). I'd recommend this villa to anybody I know as I'm sure they'd realy love it!

Our time at the Villa was very enjoyable. The Villa itself is Excellent. Clean and professionally furnished. We liked the Alarm and the Safe. Although our experience of Davenport is of a very safe and secure district , it did give us that little extra no worry feeling. Kitchen was great. All and more you would need to ensure a great time. The games room again clean , tidy and well maintained. Pool area and pool great. We did not use the BBQ but I was itching to, just ran out of time, but a great addition to the pool area. The backdrop is perfect for the pool having no one looking on and a great view to watch the sun come up. The pool itself was one of the cleanest we have been in renting in Florida. The Pool Guy left his card each Thursday to let us know he had been and it made a big difference. Linda I could go on. But I would rate your Villa as one of the best we have stayed in over the 15 years we have been visiting Davenport. We did have a couple of small reasons during our stay to call on the property management team which I am sure have been informed about. However this in no way had any effect on our stay. The reason being the service was fast and efficient and the guys clearly have Customer Service high on their agenda. The team are keepers and I was impressed with the way they dealt with our calls and dealt with our requests. The community is great and we have returned to it many times. Tidy, quiet and very well presented and maintained. Close to all you need with the 27 and Champions gate just mins away for Supermarket and eateries. We had many morning walks around the community which can easily accomodate a couple of hours in the morning sunshine when its cooler. Very Close to Disney and only 30 mins drive or so to Universal etc. Thanks Again Linda for letting us stay in your villa.

Thank you Linda and Peter for the use of your fabulous villa. The villa is very spacious, spotless and comfortable and has everything you need. The pool and spa area were great and provided a much needed break from the parks. The games room went down a treat with the kids! The villa is 10 minutes from Disney and 25 minutes from Universal and numerous restaurants. Plenty of shopping outlets only a short drive away. This beautiful villa ticked all the boxes for us and we will definitely use it again and recommend it to family and friends!

The large table at the pool was great as most villas only have seating for 4. From the moment I booked this villa for our holiday, (which took a while as I was looking for perfection... ) I was reassured by the excellent service from Linda and Peter and reviews that this villa would be nice, when in actual fact it was is simply perfect. Linda and Peter could not have offered a better service both prior to and during our stay. The first thing to say is the photographs, although fab do not do justice to this fantastic home! The villa is incredibly spacious, well cared for and in immaculate condition - the pool being a firm favourite with our girls, and fantastic BBQ on the covered lanai. In terms of comfort, Linda and Peter really have thought of everything to make this a home from home! It certainly made our holiday the best to Florida yet! The location for Disney and surrounding area is perfect. If you get a chance head down the US27 to Manny's Chophouse, its about a 30 minute drive but worth it, so good we went twice! If you are thinking of anywhere else, my advice would be to stop and book this villa. We will certainly be returning and would not hesitate to recommend to friends and family, it was a privilege to stay here!

Hi, 6 of us stayed here in October 2013. The villa was a fantastic base for our holiday. It is very spacious, well furnished and perfectly located. The kids loved the pool, especially with the heating that we opted for! There were plenty of pool toys for them. We had everything we needed and Linda and Peter were very responsive to all communication. Couldn't have been any better. Overall, highly recommended and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

We stayed here with my parents and 17 year old son in September this year and this villa caters to your every need. Everything in the villa is of the highest standard and the balcony on the master bedroom is the perfect way to end your busy day at the parks with a lovely glass of wine whilst watching the sun go down. Would certainly recommend this villa to all my family and friends.

All 5 of us had a great time at your lovely villa - clean, spacious, well presented - It was the best we've been to and it's location is great also, being quite close to all the parks. We found the villa no problem as the directions were spot on. The area itself does not have many restaurants but there are lots close by. Our favourite was Texas de Brazil on International Drive. Will definitely be back! Thanks.

We stayed at the villa for two weeks and loved it. The villa is huge and immaculate,with everything you could want. I would have no hesitation in recommending it to friends and family. The location is quiet and away from the hustle and bustle of the parks, this I see as a positive. Linda and Peter was very helpful before, during and after the rental.

Thank you for allowing us to stay in your lovely villa. The pictures don't do it justice ! It was huge for the 4 of us but fab so we could lose the kids in it ! We loved the location of it - really quiet. We spent lots of evenings on the balcony drinking lots of wine. It was great to have outside space with a view. It was also handy to have a Publix supermarket located near by. If we were to eat out we tended to use the restaurants on the 192. Longhorn Steakhouse is our favourite. It's a 20 min drive at most. Although we did give the local Chillis a try Disney is a 20 min drive away too. Just a bit of minor feedback. We loved the soft white towels but would have felt better using dark ones on the kids - whilst you always try really hard you can't always get every bit of suncream off. Suggest you take a couple of beach towels with you to save ruining the lovely white ones. If you are undecided about which villa to use ! There's no need ! Rent this one ! It's perfect in every sense. !

i searched high and low for a villa that had the comfort, hi spec, cleanliness and that wow factor and i found it in this wonderful home of linda and peters. Sadly due to unforseen circumstances my partner had to leave our holiday and return to the uk, but i decided to stay with my two children. The villa was my sanctuary and provided everything we needed and we made full use of the plushness of the furniture, the wonderful kitchen, the comfy beds, the excellent showers, the awesome pool and that fabulous BBQ. There is a publix supermarket, mcdonalds, a chillis, pharmacy nearby so when we didnt fancy disney we just chilled around the villa. Lynda and peter have thought of everything to ensure guests have a very memorable stay. i am planning to return next year (2016) and will be contacting lynda and peter in the hope that we can return to this beautiful villa. many thanks for looking after us.

We stayed in this house for 17 days an we loved every second of it! The location is perfect, close to the I4 and a couple of minutes drive to the nearest shopping mall. The house is realy well equipped and very well planned. The only thing that wasn´t "top notch" was that the lightning of the pool didn´t work as it should.. Sometimes it did and sometimes it didn´t. But if we decide to come back to Orlando this villa will definately be our first, second and third choise!! ;-) Thank you so much for letting us rent your beautiful home!

We have just returned from a 2 week stay at this villa and it is everything and more than you can wish for. From the very beginning when I first spoke to Linda to our coming home to the uk everything has been perfect. Any minor blips were delt with and made good unlike when we have booked via a travel agent who really couldnt care less about you once they have been paid. We found that our upmost enjoyment was always the priority and that makes the differnce. Anyone out there worried about booking independantly dont, get your flights and then book here and you will have the most wonderful viila to stay in.The comfort, location and care just can not be faulted. On arrival from the airport we entered a wonderful clean and beautifully furnished home, not a holiday let as you would have expected. Perfectly located not far from the I-4 highway and a small shopping plaza and with excellent facilities, decor,utilities and most importantly for us, ambience, this villa is perfect for families or groups.Great pool and terrace compliment a brilliant family room and an elegant sitting/dining room. Close to all parks and Orlando as well as only 90 minutes from the beaches, 880 Suffolk Drive was an inspired choice. Peter and Linda were a great help as well as Deanna from the property management company. Thank you once again.

We have just returned from two weeks holiday staying in this villa. It is absolutely a gorgeous villa and the facilities meet everything you could need. When we first walked in to the villa to the day we sadly left we had the most wonderful stay. Clean, homely, very comfortable and a pleasure to come home to after a busy day in the parks. We have just returned from a three week stay in this beautiful villa. From the minute we arrived i knew i would not want to leave. It was spotless! Everything u could possibly need had been thought of. The pool area was really quiet and relaxing for a day off from the parks. The bedrooms where bright and spacious and i adored the balcony off the main bedroom. Publix the supermarket and places to eat were only minutes away also the I4 was within easy reach which lead to all parks and malls. I could not fault anything with this villa and would recommend it 100%, and hopefully my family and i will be returning in the future.

The villa was beautiful and had everything you wanted or needed for your holiday. It was luxurious with so much room inside for everyone, it was set in peaceful surroundings and the supermarket and restaurants were nearby. It was in very close reach of the I4 for travel to all the parks. We had a wonderful holiday at the villa and would recommend it.

We have just returned from our second visit in two years to this comfortable immaculate villa. Peter and Linda are a joy to deal with and the villa is absolutely gorgeous and very well equipped. The location couldn't be better, within easy reach of Disney etc but in a peaceful relaxing setting. Next time we visit Orlando we will do our best to ensure that we book our flights when this villa is available - we definitely wouldn't want to stay anywhere else!

We have just spent an amazing 3 weeks in Florida, at this Villa which was absolutely immaculate. Everything is to a very high standard & quality. We have never walked into somewhere which was so clean & well equipped. We arrived with 4 tired children & immediately felt so comfortable & at home. We were very sad to leave. We would hIghly recommend the villa, It's situated in an ideal location for the parks & beaches,malls etc with all amenities within easy reach, but, you can then return to a calm & relaxing haven. This villa totally exceeded our expectations. It was beautifully presented and very clean. The immediate surroundings are very quiet and well kept. The villa is located 5 mins from the I4 which made for very easy commuting to all the attractions. We particularly enjoyed relaxing on the balcony in the evening. The pool was ideal after a day at the theme parks or shopping. The nearby Publix supermarket was very handy. Linda has been extremely helpful and informative throughout.

We spent a wonderful week in this absolutely fabulous villa while in FL and going to Disney and the Kennedy Space Center. This villa had everything we needed, including plenty of room for everyone. The owners were wonderful to work with and this villa is now our top choice anytime we go to Orlando!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful villa. It was beautifully decorated, clean, spacious, and had all the amenities you would ever need or want for a relaxing, comfortable vacation. We are a family of five with children aged 12,8 and 5.We stayed in this villa in June 2010 and it was absolutely fantastic! Very big,clean and comfortable. The drive to the parks was roughly 15-20 mins which we relly liked because it gave the kids a rest on the way home but also it was lovely and quiet so we could easily relax. Peter and Linda were extremely helpful leading up to the holiday and we would highly recommend this villa. We will definately be going back again when we have saved up enough money!
