Large fully-equipped kitchen with all amenities including cooker, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator/freezer with ice maker. Bistro Table and four stools. Separate utility room with large washer, tumble dryer, iron, etc.
Dining
Seating for eight is provided. Patio doors lead to covered porch/lanai area with gas BBQ Grill, table and four chairs.
Bedrooms
Master Bedroom - King-size with en suite bathroom including a double tub, separate shower, double vanity unit, hair dryer, and flatscreen cable TV with integral DVD player. Bedroom Two - Queen-size with en suite shower, hair dryer and cable TV with DVD/VHS player. Bedroom Three - One Queen size and one single bed with cable TV and DVD player. Bedroom Four - Twin Beds. One further bathroom/shower shared between Bedrooms Three and Four. All bedrooms have ample closet and storage facilities.

Pool
Private, fully screened, 20-foot by 20-foot, illuminated, and heated Courtyard Pool features a jacuzzi/spa for your relaxation and a water fountain. (Pool and spa heating, optional at extra cost). Four sets of patio doors (three being bedrooms) open onto the secluded southwest-facing pool deck area which is furnished with upgraded padded pool furniture. External cooling fans are provided for extra comfort. All doors with access to the pool area are fitted with child safety alarms.

Luxury Orlando villas to rent on Thousand Oaks located on HWY 54 in Davenport, Florida - only 15 minutes from Disney World Orlando. Thousand Oakes, aptly named surrounded by stunning woodland conservation of oaks and pine trees and a multitude of lakes with wildlife to view. Enjoy the thrills and adventures of all the main attractions within easy reach of Thousand Oakes. Just a short drive away is Reunion and Champions Gate for outstanding golf courses, retail outlets and restaurants. There is a also a large Publix supermarket at Champions Gate for your local amenities. For the shoppers, a few minutes drive will take you to the Florida Mall, and Mall at Millenia with an endless array of retail and designer stores. There is easy access to the I-4 to explore trips further afield towards the Gulf and Atlantic coastline.

Great Holiday
Had a fantastic stay in a villa with an enclosed pool and courtyard. Plenty of wildlife viewed from the patio. Villa on a quiet estate a few minutes drive from supermarkets, restaurants and pharmacy.
Easy access to the parks, malls, celebration, 192 and Air-boat rides without the need to drive along the I 4!!- Uber readily accessible which we used to go to EPCOT and Dine out for less than $20 each way - turned out to be a great location.
Villa nicely equipped and very clean.
Have stayed in Florida at least once a year for the last 20 years would definitely choose this property again.

Great villa, location and host
We have stayed twice in this villa and it has everything you need for a great holiday. We love the quiet location and privacy of the pool and outside space. The area feels tranquil and safe and you are close to a great Publix supermarket. Carole is a very helpful property owner and the local property management company are very helpful too. We would not hesitate to recommend in and hope to stay there again in the future.

Excellent Villa
We recently spent two weeks in this beautiful villa.
*it’s spacious
*has everything you need in it
*plenty of games and pool toys for kids
*the area itself is really quiet
*the pool area is large and the hot tub was wonderful.
Everything was exactly as promised.
