Enjoy your dream holiday in Orlando whilst at this three bedroom villa on Tuscan Hills. The villa has a pool deck with an outside dining area, the perfect place to relax at the end of a fun day in the parks. When it gets too hot outside, head indoors to the lounge, or make use of the pool table in the games room. The property is on Tuscan Hills, a gated community with a on-site facilities for guests to use during their stay. You can let the little ones run about in their own dedicated play area, before facing off against family and friends in the volleyball or tennis courts. You can also maintain your fitness regime in the community's on-site gym. Tuscan Hills is along the US27 in Davenport, around 15-30 minutes from the major tourist attractions in Orlando, such as the Disney parks, SeaWorld and Universal Studios. A short drive from the US27 is the junction to the US192, a popular destination for those wanting to have time together away from the parks, or to splash some of their holiday cash in the many shops, bars and restaurants that line the street.
Location
Tuscan Hills Florida villas to rent in Davenport, Florida just off HWY27 and only 15 minutes from Disney World, Orlando. Tuscan Hills is a small gated community in a great location from which to explore all the Orlando theme parks.
The Tuscan Hills clubhouse is open to all onsite guests. It offers an air-conditioned gym, tennis courts, kids play area and a beach volley ball court. As well as a games room with pool table, foosball and air hockey.
Next to the game room is a lounge area where you can sit and relax while the kids play. The Tuscan Hills resort clubhouse also has a small kitchen area which you can use to prepare snacks and drinks.

The Tuscan Hills community is located on HWY27 in Davenport just minutes from Berry Town Center. This shopping plaza has a number of restaurants including Mia Pizza (collection only no delivery). Sundays which is a British fish & chip restaurant, iHop (International House of Pancakes) and Applebees which serves burgers, steaks, seafood. So there should be something for eveyone.
There is also a chinese takeaway called Bamboo Wok and the Publix supermarket. I personally recommend the subs at Publix, they also do chicken tenders, wings etc to take out. Berry Town Centre is the nearest shopping plaza to Tuscan Hills. There is also a CVS pharmacy, petrol station, nail salon, hair salon and a bank.

Rental rates additional information
I non-refundable deposit of £150 per week is required to secure your booking. Balance payment along with a refundable security deposit of £250 will be required 12 weeks before your departure. The security deposit will be returned 30 days post departure providing there is no damage to the villa.
If you wish to add pool heat onto your booking, this is an additional £120 per week - pool heat is recommended during the months of April and October.
Rates shown between October - April include pool heating.

Fantastic Stay
We have just returned from a fantastic stay at Toni’s Villa. Tuscan Hills was a lovely estate, it felt very secure, safe and clean with plenty of shops just round the corner. The villa was absolutely perfect, it had everything we needed and more and the beds were so comfortable! Sam was a great host, her communication from when we booked until we checked out was amazing. She was really helpful and answered any questions I had really quickly. Thanks for having us!

Amazing
Just arrived home after a lovely 16 night stay at this beautiful villa. As soon as We entered you could smell the cleanliness the home is immaculate. Little extras for the kids with a games room, board games and a Nintendo switch. Tuscan hills is an amazing resort and we all felt very safe and secure. Sam was amazing from start to finish with our booking. Was in contact loads and was on hand for any queries we had. Her management company were also excellent. 100% recommend this villa ??

Lovely Stay Again
After staying at this villa in 2023 we could not wait for return and booked to stay again. Another great stay at Toni’s Villa, Tuscan Hills, Davenport lovely clean villa with a fab pool loads of wee extras in cupboards in case you run out quiet area just what you need after a day in the parks . Would recommend this villa to anybody loved our stay .
