Enjoy your dream holiday in Orlando whilst at this three bedroom villa on Tuscan Hills. The villa has a pool deck with an outside dining area, the perfect place to relax at the end of a fun day in the parks. When it gets too hot outside, head indoors to the lounge, or make use of the pool table in the games room. The property is on Tuscan Hills, a gated community with a on-site facilities for guests to use during their stay. You can let the little ones run about in their own dedicated play area, before facing off against family and friends in the volleyball or tennis courts. You can also maintain your fitness regime in the community's on-site gym. Tuscan Hills is along the US27 in Davenport, around 15-30 minutes from the major tourist attractions in Orlando, such as the Disney parks, SeaWorld and Universal Studios. A short drive from the US27 is the junction to the US192, a popular destination for those wanting to have time together away from the parks, or to splash some of their holiday cash in the many shops, bars and restaurants that line the street.
Location
Tuscan Hills Florida villas to rent in Davenport, Florida just off HWY27 and only 15 minutes from Disney World, Orlando. Tuscan Hills is a small gated community in a great location from which to explore all the Orlando theme parks.
The Tuscan Hills clubhouse is open to all onsite guests. It offers an air-conditioned gym, tennis courts, kids play area and a beach volley ball court. As well as a games room with pool table, foosball and air hockey.
Next to the game room is a lounge area where you can sit and relax while the kids play. The Tuscan Hills resort clubhouse also has a small kitchen area which you can use to prepare snacks and drinks.

The Tuscan Hills community is located on HWY27 in Davenport just minutes from Berry Town Center. This shopping plaza has a number of restaurants including Mia Pizza (collection only no delivery). Sundays which is a British fish & chip restaurant, iHop (International House of Pancakes) and Applebees which serves burgers, steaks, seafood. So there should be something for eveyone.
There is also a chinese takeaway called Bamboo Wok and the Publix supermarket. I personally recommend the subs at Publix, they also do chicken tenders, wings etc to take out. Berry Town Centre is the nearest shopping plaza to Tuscan Hills. There is also a CVS pharmacy, petrol station, nail salon, hair salon and a bank.

Rental rates additional information
I non-refundable deposit of £150 per week is required to secure your booking. Balance payment along with a refundable security deposit of £250 will be required 12 weeks before your departure. The security deposit will be returned 30 days post departure providing there is no damage to the villa.
If you wish to add pool heat onto your booking, this is an additional £120 per week - pool heat is recommended during the months of April and October.
Rates shown between October - April include pool heating.

Can't recommend enough
Just home after 3 weeks at Toni’s Villa and can’t recommend enough. Right from our first engagement with Sam, booking, lead up to our holiday, during and after, the communication has been amazing. Nothing has been too much trouble.
The villa is in a gated community close to Disney and all local supermarkets and restaurants. We have stopped at a few places in Orlando and this is by far the best for location, space and who can fault a pool right outside your door.
Villa is spacious, tvs in all rooms, washer, dryer, pool table, Nintendo switch and well stocked kitchen. Can’t wait to return, thanks Sam and family

Home from home
Well 2 weeks have passed since we left the villa and still have the holiday blues. From the very first message enquiring to the last I have nothing but praise and thanks to give to the owners. The villa was more than we expected with my husband commenting as soon as we walked in to how much more spacious it felt compared to the photos and the girls "screaming" as they went in to the twin room. The home from home feel of the villa made me feel comfortable, safe and relaxed. I mean who wouldn't when you can wake up and sit with a coffee at your own personal pool - which may I add has been the best pool with a villa size and depth wise we have ever experienced. We would definitely consider returning just wish you could add 2 extra rooms so we can bring extended family. Thank you ever so much xx

Couldn’t recommend it enough
We stayed at Toni’s Villa just after Christmas and couldn’t recommend it enough. House was immaculate and felt homely. Kids had a ball in the pool. Gated community was lovely and quiet and felt secure. Great location! Sam was brilliant to deal with - answered any questions we had and was only a call/text away.
