Around 40 minutes from Orlando International Airport (MCO) and just over an hour from Sanford (SFB) and Tampa (TPA) airports Tuscan Ridge is great place to stay for dream Florida villa holiday. These luxury vacation rentals are located in a secluded community and are surrounded by pine woods making it a quiet and relaxing atmosphere.
When you have finished relaxing at your Tuscan Ridge vacation rental villa and are ready for action, Orlando is the place to be with all the Disney World theme parks as well as SeaWorld, Universal Studios less than 20 minutes away. In the summer months why not visit the some of Orlando's water parks like Disney's Typhoon Lagoon and Blizzard Beach, Wet n Wild located on International Drive or the newly opened Legoland Florida water park in Winter Haven.
Tuscan Ridge is also close to loads of golf courses like Highlands Reserve, Southern Dunes and Ridgewood Lakes within about 5 minutes. Other nearby golf clubs include Champions Gate which has two Greg Norman designed coures (National and International), Mystic Dunes, Celebration Golf Club and Orange County National which is the home of the PGA Tour School Qualifying and again has two great courses (Crooked Cat and Panther Lakes).
Tuscan Ridge is just over an hour from both the Atlantic and Gulf Coast so you have access to world class beaches right on your doorstep. Whether it's relaxing in the calm warm water of Clearwater Beach or the surf of Cocoa Beach nothing is very far away.
Located on Highway 27 all our Tuscan Ridge vacation rentals and villas are within 5-10 minutes of a number of restaurants, nearby Champions Gate has Chili's Bar & Grill which serves 2 for 1 drinks all day every day, there is also a family run italian / pizza parlor and the usual burger bars, Subway sandwiches. The closest restaurant to Tuscan Ridge (1 minute drive) is Beef O Brady's which is a family / sports pub and serves wings, fajitas, steaks and much more.

Rental rates additional information
We accept the following payment types:
- Direct bank transfer £GBP
- Bank Transfer (Zelle) $USD
- Cheque £GBP
- PayPal £GBP (an additonal fee of 3% will be charged to cover PayPal fees).
Rental rates quoted include all local and state taxes, utilities & air conditioning/heating.
A fully refundable security deposit is also required of £150/$250.
Pool/Spa heating is an additional cost. Please enquire to confirm current rates. If you arrive and choose to add this on after checking in, there will be a $25 trip fee for our management company to attend and activate the pool/spa heating.
Each booking is subject to a post departure cleaning fee of £160/$160.
Bookings of 9 or more guests will incur an additional cleaning charge of £50/$60

Superb villa in a wonderful community
Over the last 25 years we have stayed in many Orlando Villas, and I must say this has to be one of the best. Let me give you the reasons why:
1) Excellent customer service from beginning to end. The whole process was faultless and all queries were answered swiftly.
2) The villa was lovely and clean with excellent amenities. There was nothing you could have wanted in the kitchen - all appliances and crockery etc were in abundance.
3) The pool was the best we have ever had. A great size with enough privacy from surrounding villas. Sunshine was on the pool area from sunrise to sunset and the water temperature (we had heating) was perfect. Plus, the hot tub did wonders for aching hips at the end of a busy day.
4) Tuscan Ridge is our favourite community by a long shot. It's friendly, clean and the pools are large with huge seating areas.
I would highly recommend to book early as I guess this villa will sell-out quickly

September stay
We enjoyed our 3 week stay in Tuscan Ridge. The villa had everything we required. The air conditioning was great, the pool and deck excellent to cool off. The villa was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the games room too. Communication with Ben and Chris was easy and responsive. Thanks for an enjoyable stay.

Another great home at Tuscan Ridge !
We have been visiting Florida regularly since 2006 and have found that we have really enjoyed to community of Tuscan Ridge . We have stayed on some fabulous villas, however the owners have felt the need to give up their properties . Last year (2023) we were again on the lookout for another holiday home and came across Sunset Palms Villa owned by Ben & Chris . From the photos on their website everything looked great so we made contact. From the outset Ben & Chris's comms were spot on, always quick to respond and answer anything questions we had. So we booked for just under 3 weeks for Aug/Sep 24 . Upon arrival we had no issues accessing the property and were delighted to see that the photos we viewed were really accurate . Our expectations were met with the house been very clean and everything we had hoped for . The living area was great to chill in after the parks and the Pool and Spa were nice and clean and warm , they didnt require additional heating ! We didnt use the BBQ as we didnt want to drag it around the building from the Garage but that was a minor thing . All in all we were very very happy and would have no hesitation to book again .

April May 2024 Stay
We stayed here between April and May. Chris and Ben provided comprehensive instructions on entering and helpful facts about the villa and surrounding area's. (also kept up-to-date! -). Upon entering the Villa it was very clean. We had extensive kitchen equipment and all modern amenities needed for our stay. TV also featured Smart view to allow your personal device to stream, so no need to sign into a new device. (WiFi was fast and reliable). Comfortable beds and sofa, toys to keep young ones happy. Good sized pool and very private. Management company was quick to respond (please send them our thanks for something they fixed)
Garage has been converted to a games room for them rainy days.
Communication with Ben & Chris was quick and effective. We've already booked again and we are looking forward to coming back.

Perfect Rental for a Fab Disney Holiday
Rented this home for 2 weeks while we visited many of the Florida attractions.
Booking process and all comms before holiday was simple, quick and effective.
House was exactly as advertised - everything working, pool lovely and warm (we paid for heating) 4 great sized bedrooms. Was a great base for visiting all the parks, and to chill on the odd day off.
Would highly recommend the house and the owners.

Home away from home
Just back from an amazing holiday staying in this wonderful villa.
Would recommend this villa to anyone, you will not be disappointed. From the large size of the rooms, walk in wardrobes, large bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen. TV’s throughout the Villa. Very clean and comfortable.
Communication with the owners was excellent. Will definitely be returning.

Fabulous Villa
Fabulous Villa, perfect location as a base to visit the Disney and Universal parks. The Villa was beautifully presented on arrival (including Towel Sculpture in Master Bedroom), it was very clean and well equipped -the Pool towels came in handy on day 1 since airline lost our luggage.
The UK owners, Ben and Chris are brilliant, they were very responsive from the day we enquired to the very end. They provide very clear instructions how to enter the property and were quick to return our deposit . Would definitely stay here again. and recommend the villa to anyone who want trouble free accomodation

The best holiday, staying at an excellent villa!
From start to finish Chris and Ben were both great at helping us get settled in and making sure our arrival was as seamless as possible, the villa was spotless and the set up was great, it had everything we could have asked for and more, It truly was a home from home. We had no issues to report while being there and we can honestly say we would defiantly stay in Chris and bens home again!
