Tuscan Ridge - Luxury 4 bed/3 bath Orlando villa w/pool & spa

Rented this home for 2 weeks while we visited many of the Florida attractions. Booking process and all comms before holiday was simple, quick and effective. House was exactly as advertised - everything working, pool lovely and warm (we paid for heating) 4 great sized bedrooms. Was a great base for visiting all the parks, and to chill on the odd day off. Would highly recommend the house and the owners.

Just back from an amazing holiday staying in this wonderful villa. Would recommend this villa to anyone, you will not be disappointed. From the large size of the rooms, walk in wardrobes, large bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen. TV’s throughout the Villa. Very clean and comfortable. Communication with the owners was excellent. Fabulous Villa, perfect location as a base to visit the Disney and Universal parks. The Villa was beautifully presented on arrival (including Towel Sculpture in Master Bedroom), it was very clean and well equipped -the Pool towels came in handy on day 1 since airline lost our luggage. The UK owners, Ben and Chris are brilliant, they were very responsive from the day we enquired to the very end. They provide very clear instructions how to enter the property and were quick to return our deposit . Would definitely stay here again. and recommend the villa to anyone who want trouble free accomodation

From start to finish Chris and Ben were both great at helping us get settled in and making sure our arrival was as seamless as possible, the villa was spotless and the set up was great, it had everything we could have asked for and more, It truly was a home from home. We had no issues to report while being there and we can honestly say we would defiantly stay in Chris and bens home again!

Our stay at Sunset Palms Villa was the perfect and convenient base for our family visit, allowing us to explore Orlando's attractions and theme parks. The Villa is very well located and appointed with excellent facilities, all of which are well maintained and user friendly. The U.K. owners are very helpful whilst the U.S. property management are readily available should the need arise. In short, the Sunset Palms Villa comes highly recomended by us to anyone wanting quality, trouble free holiday accomodation in Orlando!

Stayed in this beautiful villa for 2 weeks. Very spacious villa with enough space and privacy for 5 adults and 1 child. Large pool with jacuzzi spa. Would certainly recommend!

We have just returned from two weeks in Orlando. I would start off by saying that we have been to Orlando numerous times and stayed in many different villas but this is the first that I can say I would love to return to! Our home for our holiday was this villa in Tuscan Ridge. The villa is beautiful and extremely well maintained. I have to say that it is a lot larger in person and that possibly the photos don’t do it justice. It’s far enough away from the parks to be calm and tranquil but close enough to I4 and the 192 so you can get to the parks / restaurants / shops easily. The pool area is large and well kept and the hot tub heated up very quickly and was a real relief to use at the end of each (very long) day. The kitchen is well equipped and there is even a large bbq to use although we didn’t have a chance to! We corresponded with June a lot before our trip and she has been very helpful and accommodating. All in all a wonderful place to stay. We’ll be returning as soon as we can.

We have stayed over the years in different villa's in Florida but this villa by far exceeded any before. The house is very homely and welcoming and so well equipped with everything you could want in the kitchen. The rooms are comfortable and the pool is fantastic. We spent 2 weeks here in July and I can't wait to return again. The owners are so easy to contact and deal with and I would thoroughly recommend this villa to anyone who wants a lovely location with peace and quiet and located in a good area for travelling to the parks etc. Thanks again toMrs. Musgrave for the great directions and all the information provided.

This is our 2nd consecutive holiday at this immaculate and inviting villa and it never disappointed. It has a very homely feel and gives you a great opportunity to unwind after an exciting, but exhausting day at the parks. Close to Disney, Seaworld and Universal Parks and just an hour drive to Busch Gardens. If you have a day off from the parks take advantage of the oversized pool and spa it really is a luxury just to simply step into. We have stayed at other villas in the Orlando region, but nothing seems to compare to this. We are looking forward to booking our next trip at wouldn’t hesitate in returning to the Tuscan Ridge (Countryside) community and most definitely this villa.

This was our second visit in a row to this delightful villa. It was everything as we remembered and the reason for our return visit. This home offers spacious open plan living with a fabulous homely feel, just what you’re looking for after a hard day at the parks. The oversized pool is an asset which we utilised every chance possible. It also has the attraction of being close to most of the theme parks, but far enough away to come home relax and unwind. We have stayed at previous properties in the Orlando area, but this outshines all considerably. Nigel and June should be very proud of this stunning holiday home it certainly has captured our hearts and are looking forward to our next visit.

Over the years we have stayed at numerous properties in Davenport and this one is certainly one of the best. The location was ideal and the property was immaculate inside and out. We enjoyed the pool and spa but due to inclement weather we didn't have the opportunity to make the best use of the facilities. We would certainly recommend this property and we will return. Just got back from a wonderful 3 week break from this superb villa. It offered so much more than somewhere to get your head down after the parks. Each room was finished with good taste to make you feel you were home from home and after 3 weeks for accommodation to still have that appeal is very rare. When not at the busy parks the pool was such an added bonus especially the size and the surrounded deck was June and Nigel have everything covered, there wasn’t anything that the Villa couldn’t offer. It was spacious, modern, clean, well maintained and so inviting. The neighbourhood was quiet and ideal location and access for the major attractions, at most only travelling 30 mins. We certainly didn’t want to leave and would highly recommend.

Arrived at this wonderful villa midnight, lighting on, nice gesture. First impression - Gorgeous. Beautifully spacious, clean & well-kept. All home comforts and requirements catered for, good kitchen/laundry, super bedding, towels also for swimming. Not far to parks/space centre. Lovely pool area. Visited April, weather superb, fabulous time had by us all. Air-con appreciated, easy property alarm system, neighbourhood quiet/friendly. Airport directions spot on, good welcome packs. We feel like we are returning home when we enter this beautiful Florida Villa. We love the home, pool , neighborhood and area. June and Nigel are so wonderful to rent from and they keep in touch to make sure everything is perfect for your stay. Sitting by the pool and soaking up the beautiful warm Florida sun is pure Heaven. The pool is larger than most in the neighborhood community and heated to a lovely 88 degrees. The spa is so relaxing too after a day at the parks or shopping. We have booked for our 6th year here and hoping we will be able to return for years to come God willing and June and Nigel still allowing us to return.

This the third time we have visited the villa at Tuscan ridge and we enjoyed our stay just as much as previous visits there were just two of us this visit but plenty of room if taking family the villa is in a nice position lovely pool and close to shops and eating we would recommend a stay here it's clean cared for home from we were lucky enough to meet Nigel and June on this visit as they were staying at the villa just before and they were very freindly and a pleasure to meet them we will be back I hope for another visit

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this excellent villa, it was very comfortable and clean. We have stayed in a few villas in florida but this was by far the best, it was spacious and had everything you needed and more. The villa was close to the US27 the192 and Champions Gate which was great for restaurants, shopping and of course Disney. June was great to deal with, we were well informed and we would like to thank them for a great holiday, and hope to stay again.

Fully met our expectations. Delighted when we arrived to find a lovely villa, nice and clean with lots of space. If travelling with children there are plenty of toys, high chair travel cot etc. We have stayed in villas many times in Florida and have always been fortunate to stay in a really nice one. Booking was simple and June was a pleasure to deal with. The location, just off US27, was ideal for disney parks, universal, shopping etc. No hesitation in recommending and would stay here again. Villa was spotless and so well equipped. We were a party of 7 and had lots of space, never felt crowded. It's in a very quiet neighbourhood and has a lot of eating places and supermarkets nearby so you don't have to travel out again to eat at night. Great communication and info supplied. Sun hits the pool all day long. We had a lovely and relaxed week here. A lot of extras for kids included too. Thank you so much for your hospitality.

Id like to start by apologising for the delay in writing this review. It completely slipped my mind. What a fantastic villa. It has everything you may need and more. This was our first experience of renting a villa and it couldn't have gone smoother. Especially dealing with June. The villa was beautiful and very well cared for. We loved the pool and probably had more pool days than we thought we would because we felt so comfortable here. If we ever get the chance to go back we would def consider renting this villa again. We had a fantastic stay in this beautiful villa spending many hours in the sun drenched pool and eating meals under the shade of the large lanai. The proximity of the home to the Disney and Universal parks is perfect; near enough to not have to travel far but just far enough away to escape the bustle after a busy day at the attractions. There is a Publix and a Walmart just down the road for any grocery shopping. We had the holiday of a lifetime and were sorry to leave Orlando and the stunning villa.

Thank you for this lovely review. You highlight the exact reasons we bought our villa in the first place. The large sunny pool, large shaded lanai, quiet location but with convenient, easy access to most attractions. It is wonderful to know that you as our guests enjoyed these features enough to compliment us on them. We appreciate your comments and the time you have taken to register them.

This villa we now refer to as our Florida Winter Home. We live in Michigan and winters can be very cold and have a lot of snow. We are in our 60's and have both had health issues. This home is simply wonderful for us. We love the home for all it's luxuries and cleanliness. The pool has a rail for easement down the steps to the warm waters of the larger pool and the spa makes all those aches and pains go away. The home offers 2 separate ensuite master suites making it easy for 2 couples to share the home and yet have plenty of room. We would love to see another rail at the spa but putting a chair close by works out fine too. The owners are simply a joy to work with and I have found our Florida home for as long as the good Lord allows us to visit.

Absolutely Beautiful Villa This Villa is absolutely beautiful! The Pool area and hot tub is fabulous. The house and furniture is 5 star quality and everything is so clean and well cared for and there are lots of towels, linens and beach towels available. I would highly recommend this home to anyone travelling to the Orlando area. It was only 15 minutes to just about anywhere we wanted to visit. It was like a home away from home. It was so nice to come home to a relaxing swim in the pool each night and the kids loved it. Thanks again June and Nigel! We will be back! What an amazing villa - the photos don't do it justice! Everything was large, clean, well stocked & perfectly laid out. Excellent size for 2 families to share. We found the villa easily. We couldn't believe how quiet & peaceful it was - just what you need after the bustle of Disney! We had several BBQ's but also ate at Longhorn Steak house - busy though! Beef O'Brady's is also pleasant! The villa is 20ish mins from Disney. We loved it, didn't want to come home & will definitely book to stay here again!

Had a fabulous time, your villa is a virtual palace, kept spotlessly clean and well decorated. Better equipped than most five star hotels and the pool area, with its accompanying equipment is to die for. Had a tremendous time, unfortunately it came to an end far too soon. Managed to get around to seeing most of the places of interest that are within easy reach, a car is essential of course. Without doubt I shall be returning, thank you both so much.

It's a fabulous villa! All the comforts of home and more - heated jacuzzi, airconditioning, swimmimg pool, more pans than you could possibly use and close to all the attractions and supermarkets. What better way to relax after a hectic day sightseeing than a drink by the pool followed by a lazy swim and a spell in the jacuzzi? Can't wait to do it all again!
