This beautiful 7-bedroom, 7-bathroom home has been recently renovated and it doesn't have carpet anymore. With comfortable beds and furniture to better accommodates the guests. A fully equipped kitchen to prepare amazing meals. Kids will love the pool and enjoy the jacuzzi. At the pool area there’s also a bbq grill available.

Our guests can enjoy all the amenities they offer, including swimming pool, fitness center and easy access to the Shingle Creek Conservation Area, so they can be in touch with the best of Florida’s nature. Facilities
RENTAL AGREEMENT: The guest must sign a Rental Agreement.

>>If the HOA Board of Directors decides to close the clubhouse, gym, business center or community room due to COVID-19 or any other diseases for safety precautions or due to natural disasters and ecological or technical problems, it is not our responsibility.

*We do not provide wash clothes anymore (It is considered as a personal item).
The deposit is fully refunded after the guest checks out if everything is okay with the house and all the guests followed the rules. Please note that we have fees for pets, pool heating and bbq grill. Let us know if you have any questions!
HOUSE RULES:
1- Please do not have parties or incur noise complaints from neighbors. If you do, you will be charged $250.
2- Please do not smoke inside the house, lanai or pool areas. If evidence of smoking indoors is found, you will lose your security deposit, and for the pool area you will be charged $1.500 ozone treatment to purify the air in case of smoking. You are only allowed to smoke around the Resort area (not in the gym!), outside in the street or in the drive way. Please don't leave garbage on the floor.
3- Please do not check out late. If your check out affects the maid, you will be charged $250. If it affects the next guest, you will lose your security deposit.
4- Please leave the place tidy. If it is quite dirty, you will be charged extra for a deep cleaning.
5- If you have a pet that sheds excessively, you will be charged a $100 fee. For those who paid the non-refundable pet fee, we request that your pet stays downstairs and doesn't sleep on any of the beds, or you will lose your security deposit.
6- If there is any stain in one of the towels or linen, makeup or blood stains or any other kind that is not possible to be removed, we will charge you for the damaged/missing towels.
7- We request you to remove your shoes when going upstairs since the area has carpet. We really appreciate you taking care of our house as if it’s your own!
8- In case you’re staying in a house with either a pool and/or a jacuzzi, please feel free to request it. The cost is $45 a day and if you are staying 10 days or longer, we will give you a discount. Please note that we charge a minimum 3 nights fee for the pool heating, even though your stay is less than 3 nights. For long stays, we require a minimum of 7 days for pool heating. If you request the pool heating to be turned on or off after your check-in, the fee will be $50.
9 - There is a fee of $65 to use the BBQ. We do provide the propane tank, but we don't refill it. Guests should provide it by themselves.
10 - The security deposit will be refunded 3-5 business days after check out.

This house is pet friendly.
1 – We have a non-refundable pet fee of $150 up to two pets and $250 for 3 pets. No more than 3 pets are allowed.
2 – We kindly ask you to please leave your pet downstairs.
3 – Pets cannot sleep on the beds.

All our self catering Veranda Palms Kissimmee rentals have there own pools and only 15 minutes from Disney World. Located in a tranquil park and lakeside conservation area Veranda Palms is in the heart of Kissimmee convenient to amenities, Championship golf courses and restaurants with a 24 hour Wal Mart supermarket complex minutes away. All of our Veranda Palms villas and vacation rentals have fully equipped kitchens making it easy to cook for the family, they also have laundry rooms with washer/dryers and ironing boards so you don't have to live out of a suitcase while on your holiday. Most of the rental homes have games rooms with pool tables, air hockey, darts and even Xbox/Playstation but please read the vacation homes description to see what each home has. Veranda Palms Resort is located just off HWY192 in Kissimmee down 7 Dwarfs Lane and is a small gated community of around 50 vacation rentals with more set to be added in the future. Being located just off HWY192 is a great location as you have access to lots of restaurants, supermarkets and stores. Once you leave Veranda Palms and head back on to HWY192 the first restaurant you will see is Applebee's which is a typical American diner style serving streaks, burgers, chicken and fish dishes as well having live sports on the big screen TV's. The relaxed atmosphere is ideal for families and causal dining any time of the day. Other nearby restaurants include Smokey Bones BBQ & Grill which as the name suggests serve BBQ favoured dishes all cooked over hickory logs, famous for there pulled pork and smokey favour this is a must when staying at Veranda Palms.
If golf is your thing then Veranda Palms is close to a number of championship courses including Falcon's Fire Golf Club which is recognised both regionally and nationally as one of the best public golf courses in the Orlando area. Designed by Rees Jones the front nine is generous from the tees but has plenty of bunkers to keep you focused, but the back nine is a different story with water on a number of holes and undulating greens testing your putting touch. Other courses near to Veranda Palms include Celebration Golf Club which was co-designed by Robert Trent Jones Senior and Junior and featured lush undulating fairways and greens and it a great test from the back tees. If mini golf is more your thing then just 2 minutes from Veranda Palms is Congo River Golf and is a great way to spend an evening with the family as anybody can do this.
For those who like to shop then Veranda Palms is well located with a number of outlet stores nearby including Lake Buena Vista which has a number of top brands such as Nike, Tommy Hilfiger, Timberland, Gap, Reebok, izod and many more.
Located only 15 minutes from Disney World, Veranda Palms it's a very easy drive along HWY192 and then follow the signs for Disney which will then give you all the options of the various parks from Animal Kingdom to Blizzard Beach and Downtown Disney. If it's SeaWorld and Universal Studios you are looking for then the drive from Veranda Palms is just as easy, head back to the HWY 192, turn right and then another right on to HWY535 (Vineland Road) and again follow the signs for SeaWorld and Universal Studios. Within a few days of staying at Veranda Palms you will know the area like the back of your hand!
