Overview
This brand new 6 bedroom vacation home that will provide the best Disney vacation for you and your guests! It is located inside of beautiful Veranda Palms resort, very close to supermarkets, gas station, bars, restaurants and Disney theme parks. This home is very spacious and luxurious, with so much to offer. It has a huge gameroom with a pool table and video games. The back patio area has a TV and table, perfect for your summer BBQ. Along with a private pool and hot tub!
The dazzling lake view in the pool area will take your breath away all day long, specially during Florida's charming sunsets!!
There's also close entrance for the Shingle Creek trail and park, so nature lovers can enjoy hiking or cycling with the true Florida wildlife around them.
**Pets of any kind are not allowed in this home.**
Facilities
RENTAL AGREEMENT: The guest must sign a Rental Agreement.
ATTENTION:
We charge an adm fee/resort fee of $89 upon booking. This is not included in the total amount and it's collected separately.
*We do not provide wash clothes anymore (It is considered as a personal item).
HOUSE RULES:
1- Please do not have parties or incur noise complaints from neighbors. If you do, you will be charged $250.
2- If you want early check-in(2pm) or late check-out(12pm), please request in advance for availability and there will be an extra charge of $60 for each.
3- Please do not smoke inside the house, lanai or pool areas. If evidence of smoking indoors is found, you will lose your security deposit, and for the pool area you will be charged $1.500 ozone treatment to purify the air in case os smoking. You are only allowed to smoke around the Resort area (not in the gym!), outside in the street or in the drive way. Please don't leave garbage on the floor.
4- Please do not check out late, from 15min late to 1h 59min will be charged $60, from 2 hours of delay will be charged the rate of one day.
5- Please do not leave garbage inside or outside the house, all of your garbage should be placed in fully closed plastic bags and placed in the trash bin, which should have its lid fully closed with no loose garbage inside. If there is extra garbage that does not fit in the trash bin it should be disposed of separately in the dumpster. If any of these instructions are not followed, you will be charged an extra fee of $100.
6- Please leave the place tidy. If it is quite dirty, you will be charged extra $450 for a deep cleaning.
7- If you have a pet that sheds excessively, you will be charged a $100 fee. We request that your pet stays downstairs and doesn't sleep on any of the beds, or you will lose your security deposit.
8- If there is any stain in one of the towels or linen, makeup or blood stains or any other kind that is not possible to be removed, or if anything is broken in the house we will charge you for the damaged/missing item.
9- The use of any type of illicit drugs is not allowed in any area of the house or resort, if traces are found that show it has been used, a fee will be charged and the police notified
10- We request you to remove your shoes when going upstairs since the area has carpet. We really appreciate you taking care of our house as if it’s your own!
11- In case you’re staying in a house with either a pool and/or a jacuzzi, you can request the extra pool heater service at least 48 hours before your check-inif you request the pool heating to be turned on or off after, the fee will be $50. The cost is $45 a day, please note that we charge a minimum 3 nights fee for the pool heating. Guests are not allowed to set any pool heater or pool equipment and may be charged for damage caused by the guest. The pool heats up gradually and takes a while to get fully heated. For security reasons, the highest temperature allowed is up to 95 degrees Fahrenheit, as recommended by USA Swimming, and not to affect the chemicals used.
12 - The cleaning fee for the BBQ Grill is $50 for the entire stay. We do provide the propane tank, but we don't refill it. Guests should provide it by themselves. Guests must request and notify us in advance if they are going to use the BBQ Grill.
13- The A/C should not be set below 72F. We further recommend that all doors and windows be kept closed during the period of your rental. Failure to comply with these terms may cause the A/C system to become inoperative and freeze, which may cause additional charges to the guest.
14- The guest booking a reservation in our house agree that any damage of any nature caused by the guest to the property, will generate extra charges to the guest for these damages.
15- Please DO NOT park on the street, to avoid your car being towed. And please don't park in the driveway of other house either.

All our self catering Veranda Palms Kissimmee rentals have there own pools and only 15 minutes from Disney World. All of our Veranda Palms villas and vacation rentals have fully equipped kitchens making it easy to cook for the family, they also have laundry rooms with washer/dryers and ironing boards so you don't have to live out of a suitcase while on your holiday. Veranda Palms Resort is located just off HWY192 in Kissimmee down 7 Dwarfs Lane and is a small gated community of around 50 vacation rentals with more set to be added in the future. Being located just off HWY192 is a great location as you have access to lots of restaurants, supermarkets and stores. Once you leave Veranda Palms and head back on to HWY192 the first restaurant you will see is Applebee's which is a typical American diner style serving streaks, burgers, chicken and fish dishes as well having live sports on the big screen TV's. The relaxed atmosphere is ideal for families and causal dining any time of the day. Other nearby restaurants include Smokey Bones BBQ & Grill which as the name suggests serve BBQ favoured dishes all cooked over hickory logs, famous for there pulled pork and smokey favour this is a must when staying at Veranda Palms.
If golf is your thing then Veranda Palms is close to a number of championship courses including Falcon's Fire Golf Club which is recognised both regionally and nationally as one of the best public golf courses in the Orlando area. Designed by Rees Jones the front nine is generous from the tees but has plenty of bunkers to keep you focused, but the back nine is a different story with water on a number of holes and undulating greens testing your putting touch. Other courses near to Veranda Palms include Celebration Golf Club which was co-designed by Robert Trent Jones Senior and Junior and featured lush undulating fairways and greens and it a great test from the back tees. If mini golf is more your thing then just 2 minutes from Veranda Palms is Congo River Golf and is a great way to spend an evening with the family as anybody can do this.
For those who like to shop then Veranda Palms is well located with a number of outlet stores nearby including Lake Buena Vista which has a number of top brands such as Nike, Tommy Hilfiger, Timberland, Gap, Reebok, izod and many more.
Located only 15 minutes from Disney World, Veranda Palms it's a very easy drive along HWY192 and then follow the signs for Disney which will then give you all the options of the various parks from Animal Kingdom to Blizzard Beach and Downtown Disney. If it's SeaWorld and Universal Studios you are looking for then the drive from Veranda Palms is just as easy, head back to the HWY 192, turn right and then another right on to HWY535 (Vineland Road) and again follow the signs for SeaWorld and Universal Studios. Within a few days of staying at Veranda Palms you will know the area like the back of your hand!
