Overview
Our home is on the Resort of Windsor Palms, with lots of on-site amenities for all ages.
Including a fitness gym, resort style pool, tennis, children’s playground, game room and a clubhouse with a 58 seat movie theater.

Less than 3 miles away to Disney. A short drive to the attractions, theme parks and Orlando Airport.
For the keen Golfer, Mystic Dunes championship golf course is right across the road. As well as 25 other golf courses within 15 minutes away.
Locally you can find a Publix Supermarket and a Walmart Store for your daily groceries. A Walgreens Pharmacy is also nearby as well as many restaurants and takeaways.

Location
Windsor Palms villas and condos located just off HWY192 in Kissimmee, Florida. One of the closest communities to Disney World, Orlando at 3.5 miles away. Windsor Palm's location is about as good as it gets. This gated holiday resort community is set in palm fringed streets with a 7500 sq ft clubhouse free to all onsite guests.
The Windsor Palms clubhouse features a convenience shop, games room, fitness centre, cinema, large heated communal pool and spa as well as a picnic area, courts for tennis, basketball and volleyball.
WIthin 5 minutes drive is the famous HWY 192 with supermarkets, pharmacy, food outlets, shopping and smaller attractions like crazy golf. 10 minutes drive away, Celebration is a thriving district having a quaint, village feel and pretty lakeside setting. Worth a visit with boutiques and gift shops and an excellent array of restaurants and bars. Mystic Dunes golf course is directly opposite the Windsor Palms entrance.

ALL PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO US TAX. Deposits - 20% to secure the dates (non-refundable) Balance is due - 8 weeks prior to Arrival Date. Pool heating is available at an additional cost of $30 per day. (Recommended between October and April). This can be purchased upon arrival, made payable to the Management Company. In cooler months it is advisable to prearrange the Pool Heat so it can be switched on prior to your arrival. Cleaning Fee is automatically added to each booking. For BBQ Grills, Safes, Crib & Highchair rentals please ask at the time of booking. We would strongly advise our guests to purchase the Accidental Damage Insurance at the time of booking to cover Accidental damages, per vacation stay. Please ask for details.
