SunSeekers Villa | 4 Bedroom 4 Bath Windwood Bay Villa

We had a couple of issues, called the management company and the issues were quickly resolved! We would recommend the home to other vacationers!

We loved our stay at Windwood Bay , kids loved the pool. The BBQ is easy to use , good location for day trips One thing we noticed is lack of sunbeds only 3 if you include hammock I do recommend this villa , thanks Romel and Terryanne

This house was a great place for our family to stay. It’s in a great location and close to Disney. We had a few questions during our stay and owners were quick to respond. We thought the game room would be an actual room but it was in the garage with no AC & was extremely hot so we were not able to utilize it all that much. But it did have a lot of activities available. The outdoor living space was fantastic. Only downside was the area with the sand was overtaken with weeds & such so you really didn’t want to step in it. Just a note for people renting this property who are out of state, do not park on the street within 30’ of a mailbox. We did not know this was a law in Florida & got a parking ticket. Overall I would definitely stay here again. It really is a great place.

We have just enjoyed 15 nights at this lovley villa. The rooms are all very spacious, the master is massive. The best bits: The outside area is great, seating, bbq and the pool is a nice size and cleaned weekly. Great games room to have some family fun. All the rooms have big tv's eith free Neflix. Towels for the water parks and pool, cooler boxes and chairs to use. Supermarkets, takeaways and restaurants are 5 mins away. Or use Uber Eats for delivery. Disneys parks are 20 minutes, Universal and SeaWorld are 30 minutes. We will definitely book again.

We had a great time at Sunseekers Villa. The home was clean when we arrived and just as described. Close to Disney, grocery stores and restaurants. There were 5 adults total in our group and we all had plenty of room to spread out and relax. Beds were comfortable. Upstairs got a little warm but temperatures were in the 100's during our stay so that was expected. The ceiling fans helped a lot. Unfortunately, we did not get to enjoy the back yard or the game room/theater area as much as I had hoped. It was just too hot after being at the theme parks all day. However, both were just as described and look exactly like the photos. Kitchen area had all the utensils and pots needed to prepare our meals. Overall we had a great time and would definitely book here again!

Excellent accommodation and feels like a home from home. We felt at ease and relaxed at all times with our commutes to the attractions on average a 30 minute drive. Plenty of choice for eating and shopping at Champions Gate, which continues to evolve as we have seen since we last visited in 2015. Lastly the level of communication with the owners is exceptional, who made sure we had everything we needed and made our stay perfect.

We stayed at Sunseekers last two weeks of September, a few days after hurricane Irma!! I'm a worrier, what if they double book us, or what if there is no villa when we turn up! We cannot fault the communication from the owners, it was second to none and anything we asked, we had a speedy response. It really gave me peace of mind. The villa is lovely, we were really pleased. No keys, it is done on keypad entry which was sent to us before arrival. Its huge, there is so much space and i was so pleased to have ample amount of crockery and glasses.. and hangers for clothes! Appliances were great, all mod cons. The doors to the pool are alarmed, this gave me so much peace of mind knowing when our 3 year old was trying to escape! The villa is situated in a great spot, its nice and quiet, 2 minutes from Champions gate, close to publix and an ideal spot for the Disney parks. The only very small problem (which isn't worth mentioning but good to know that it was dealt with) we had with a few ants, the management company were instructed and they came the same day and all was rectified. We had such a lovely comfortable stay. The Villa is just as you see in the photos. Thank you Romel for your 1st class communication. We had THE best holiday :-)

Have been to this home several times now and as always we had a great time. Improvements have been made and flat screen TVs in all bedrooms now. Very clean and all you need for a relaxing vacation. Would highly recommend

As frequent visitors to Orlando, we were delighted with Sunseekers Villa. It is situated close to the I4 and the growing area of Champions Gate with grocery store, fuel station and fantastic restaurants (Chillis, Red Robin and Millers Ale House are a must visit). The Villa has everything you need and more. Very spacious and clean and boast an amazing outdoor seating area, bar and BBQ where all the family can gather and enjoy the warm Florida evenings. Our party consisted of two families (7 people) and the Villa provided plenty of space to spend together or alone. The pool and games room were among the families favourite areas. Communications with the owners before, during and after our stay was fantastic. They always responded quickly and were always extremely friendly, helpful and informative. A massive Thank You!! We look forward to our next visit.
