With plenty of padded furniture for all our guests the private sunny south facing pool is a total delight . From early morning until late you will be able to make the most of the beautiful Florida sunshine.
The large deck allows you to sit both sides of the pool in total comfort on the upgraded pool furniture.
Outside
Fully fenced in backyard offers an exceptionally private south facing pool with extended deck area. You will benefit from not being overlooked plus you will find additional 'Florida privacy screening' to both sides of the pool area for total seclusion and direct access to bathroom from pool area.
The large BBQ grill and outdoor dining area will add to the outdoor experience
Two palms offer a little shade if you decide to relax in the garden or to the rear of the deck.

Location
Windwood Bay villas in Davenport, Florida. Luxury Orlando villas to rent minutes from Disney World. Windwood Bay is very close to the Champions Gate Hotel and Golf Club, which neighbours shops, restaurants and a Publix Supermarket. Book your Windwood Bay vacation rental direct with the owner and save. Windwood Bay has a central road, which passes lakes and conservation areas, ideal for a Sunday stroll spotting local Florida wildlife.
Windwood Bay is located on HWY54 (Ronald Regan Parkway) and is also close to Reunion which has shops, restaurants and various other essentials. You also have quick access to the I4 via Champions Gate or HWY192 via Old Lake Wilson Rd so this is a great location from which to explore. Disney is less than 15 minutes away with SeaWorld and Universal about 20-25mins.

Very nice home
We had a couple of issues, called the management company and the issues were quickly resolved! We would recommend the home to other vacationers!

Fantastic holiday villa
We loved our stay at Windwood Bay , kids loved the pool. The BBQ is easy to use , good location for day trips One thing we noticed is lack of sunbeds only 3 if you include hammock I do recommend this villa , thanks Romel and Terryanne

Great property
This house was a great place for our family to stay. It’s in a great location and close to Disney. We had a few questions during our stay and owners were quick to respond. We thought the game room would be an actual room but it was in the garage with no AC & was extremely hot so we were not able to utilize it all that much. But it did have a lot of activities available. The outdoor living space was fantastic. Only downside was the area with the sand was overtaken with weeds & such so you really didn’t want to step in it. Just a note for people renting this property who are out of state, do not park on the street within 30’ of a mailbox. We did not know this was a law in Florida & got a parking ticket. Overall I would definitely stay here again. It really is a great place.
