Windwood Bay is very close to the Champions Gate Hotel and Golf Club, which neighbours shops, restaurants and a Publix Supermarket. Windwood Bay has a central road, which passes lakes and conservation areas, ideal for a Sunday stroll spotting local Florida wildlife.
Windwood Bay is located on HWY54 (Ronald Regan Parkway) and is also close to Reunion which has shops, restaurants and various other essentials. You also have quick access to the I4 via Champions Gate or HWY192 via Old Lake Wilson Rd so this is a great location from which to explore. Disney is less than 15 minutes away with SeaWorld and Universal about 20-25mins.

Optional pool heating available at £20 per day. End of Stay Clean £175. We charge a Refundable Breakage Deposit of £250/US$400, which is returned within 14 days of your departure. We take a 20% deposit to hold your dates, if you are travelling within the next 8 weeks then the full amount is payable.

Wonderful massive home
We all loved the house, pool and Spa.
The house is massive with 3 lounge areas, 2 dining areas inside, the kitchen is well equipped and very big, with the added advantage of a pantry.
The area is safe and the house is very close to I4, and champions gate, and Posner park.
Ample parking for 2 large vehicles

Wonderful Home!
Fantastic home! Very spacious. Lots of room for a big family to stay. Very clean.. fun to have a pool table and air hockey to play. Beautiful pool. Nice neighborhood. Close to restaurants. Short drive to the theme parks. It was a great stay and we will definitely be back!

Windwood Bay
We had an excellent time at the Villa which was conveniently located in a safe and quiet residential area with easy access to the highways
The Villa easily accommodated the 9 people in our party and had a superb swimming pool and heated Jacuzzi which we all enjoyed using
With easy access to the parks and local restaurants and shops we would highly recommend this location for exploring Florida for any future holidays
