Overview
Single floor house with two separate wings. One side is the master bedroom and ensuite with access to pool. Other side is the family bathroom, twin bedroom and queen bedroom. An open planned family room with large smart tv, sofas, dining table and kitchen. Large patio doors leading out to the pool and patio area. A TV lounge with office space.
The outside has plenty of space to sunbath in the hot florida sun but also the option to get out of the sun and lounge and eat on the patio, and take a cool swim. There is also another lanai to sit in the evenings until the sun goes down. All patio doors have alarms. Fully equipped laundry room, washer and dryer and iron.

Everything was as described
Everything was as described and as shown in pictures. House is very roomy. Master is on opposite side of house as other two bedrooms. Two living room areas. Pool area and patio are a nice place to sit and relax.
Nokomis Beach is about 10 minutes away. Close to grocery stores, etc.

THE PLACE WAS PERFECT
The place was perfect for a family getaway! Very clean, easy check in, great location, awesome heated pool, close to visiting family living in Nokomis. Would definitely stay again!
