Highlands Reserve is one of our most popular Orlando villa communities, we currently have over 40 luxury vacation rentals available direct from the owners. We often get asked for side by side rentals ideal for large family groups or two families that want to be close but still have there own space.
We have added a map below showing all the Orlando vacation rentals we have available on Highlands Reserve so you can book side by side villas or near to each other homes. This will also give you a feel for the layout of the community. We recommend you click on the view larger map option located on the top right corner of the map so you can see all the homes clearly, then click on the pointer icons to see more details about each home, they also have a direct link and the ID number of the home. If you are looking to book side by side villas then make a note of the ID numbers so you can contact the owners direct to check both homes are available.

Belfry - Highlands Reserve
The Belfry section of Highlands Reserve is made up of one complete loop and is surrounded on all sides by the golf course, specifically holes 16, 17 and 18.
Villa ID's 670 & 146 are side by side with ID 133 backing on too ID 146. ID's 670 & 146 offer 10 bedrooms 9 bathrooms sleeping up to 20 guests. If you then add on ID 133 you have an extra 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms so a total of up to 30 guests can be accommodated.
