Last month I got to ride the brand new Hogwarts Express before it opened to the public. The Hogwarts Express train ride is part of the brand new section Universal Studios built that includes Kings Cross (Universal Studios) and Hogsmeade (Islands of Adventure) stations which links the parks together.
I am in the process of writing some very detailed blog posts showing you everything The Wizarding World of Harry Potter has to offer including the brand new Diagon Alley, Kings Cross Station and London but here are just a few photos of the Hogwarts Express which links the Universal parks together.
Once aboard the train you get a visual treat which is different depending on the direction you are going, Hogsmeade to Kings Cross or King's Cross to Hogsmeade. The level of detail is nothing short of amazing and is a must even if your not a Harry Potter fan (you will be afterward).
