There is a Large 58" LED wall mounted TV connected to the Spectrum network, which has Roku, and Netflix (we DO NOT provide log in for Netflix)

Bahama Bay is a no smoking resort, so there is NO SMOKING permitted inside the property, or on the Lanai - there is a smoking area near to the Pool.

All new Worktops, and Black Steel appliances.
Fridge freezer - with filtered water / Ice.
Microwave, Cooker (range style) and Dishwasher.

Sink has new Garbage disposal, the sink worksurface has been extended to make allowance for seating on stools.

We aim to leave a washing pod, and Dishwasher tablets for your convenience, along with 2 bin bags for refuse. (All refuse should be bagged prior to putting in the outside trashcans)

Bedroom 1: King Size bed
Wall mounted Tv, with bedside nightstands - the lights both have USB charging sockets. At the foot of the bed is a large unit with lots of drawers. There is also a walk in room with hanging space. 
You do have the option of a small outside place off the bedroom, with a chair - Space for 1 person. (No Smoking)
The Ensuite has had the sinks replaced, and the hardware all updated

Bedroom 2: 2 x Single beds.
This bedroom also has a large hanging space, and also drawers for other clothes. 
There is also a door to outside space. (No Smoking)

The second Bathroom is off this bedroom, which has a lockable door into the main living space. 

Sofa bed in the living room provides 2 extra sleeping options.

Master Bathroom has had units updated and new sinks installed, along with the hardware. There is a corner bath, and a separate walk in shower - there is a slight step into this.
And a WC.

The Second Bathroom, has a dual puprpose, of ensuite for the 2nd bedroom, and toilet for the living Rooms. 

There is a Shower over Bath, and sink / vanity with new SInk/hardware, and WC

Pool Table is available at the Tradewinds Bar

There is also Tennis Courts, Basket ball court, and 2 Shuffeboard decks, and a separate kiddies' play area

The complex has 4 heated pools with plenty of sun loungers, tables with sun shades and chairs. Two of the 4 pools have bars and eateries, and all 4 have toilet facilities. There are hot tubs too which you can relax in and a pool which is big enough to play in and swim in.

There is a  communal pool 200 Yds from the back of the apartment. There is also a Hot tub.
 

You don’t come to Florida without wanting to spend time outdoors and this apartment is ideal for that. The patio doors open up letting the outside area become part of this lovely house. This patio is larger than many of the other 2 bedroom apartments on the complex, with 6 chairs and a full sizes dining table allowing six people to sit around it. We have also supplied a 2 seat bench for informal seating.

Bahama Bay is a no smoking resort, so there is no smoking permitted inside the property, or on the Lanai - there is a smoking area near to the Pool.

Parking is at the front door - You should obtain a parking permit from Guest reception - to link the property to a vehicle, in case it needs to be moved for any reason. 

There is complimentary WiFi through out the resort, and inside the Apartment,

Upon request we can supply a Pack and play - this would have to be delivered by the managers so MUST be ordered before arrival, and could be in use else where if not ordered in advance
If this is to be used for sleeping you must bring out own bedding - this is NOT supplied by us, or our Managers
