Climate Comfort
The villa is air-conditioned throughout the living areas (garage/games room excluded). Florida’s sub-tropical climate means summer temperatures may not drop below 75°F, even with the AC running. Ceiling fans help circulate air, and a dehumidifier near the front door adds comfort during humid months. We kindly ask guests not to set the thermostat lower than 75°F to avoid system damage.

Please note: the hot tub should not be run for more than one 2-hour cycle at a time.

For your peace of mind, Blink security cameras are installed at the driveway, front door, and pool heater area. These are strictly external and do not capture any footage inside the villa or within the pool cage, ensuring your privacy is fully respected during your stay.
