With two separate living areas, there's plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax.

The main family room has comfortable leather reclining sofas and a large 58-inch TV, making it ideal for relaxing together after a day at the parks.

A second lounge provides another comfortable seating area – particularly useful for larger families when adults and children want their own space.

Large windows and patio doors bring in plenty of Florida sunshine and connect the main living area directly with the private pool deck.

The spacious kitchen is fully equipped for everything from a quick breakfast before the parks to preparing a family meal at home.

Facilities include a large American-style fridge/freezer with water and ice dispenser, range cooker, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and a comprehensive selection of cookware, crockery, glasses and utensils.

A large breakfast bar with seating provides additional informal dining space and connects the kitchen with the main family living area.

The indoor dining area features a large table with seating for six guests, with additional casual seating available at the kitchen breakfast bar.

For those who prefer to eat outdoors, the covered pool-deck dining area is perfect for breakfast, lunch or a relaxed evening meal while enjoying the Florida weather.

Pool-safe tableware is also provided for outdoor dining.

The villa comfortably sleeps up to 9 guests across four bedrooms, making it ideal for families, extended families or two families holidaying together.

Master Suite 1 features a US king-size bed, TV, walk-in dressing area, private en-suite bathroom and direct access to the pool deck.

Master Suite 2 has a US queen-size bed, TV and its own en-suite bathroom.

Bedroom 3 provides flexible family accommodation with a double bed and single bunk above.

Bedroom 4 has two single beds.

All bedrooms provide storage for clothes and luggage, giving everyone their own comfortable space throughout the holiday.

The villa has three bathrooms, including two private en-suites, making it particularly convenient for larger families and groups.

The main master en-suite features a large walk-in shower, bath, WC and twin vanity area.

The second master bedroom also benefits from its own private en-suite.

A third family bathroom serves Bedrooms 3 and 4 and is conveniently located for the main living areas.

There is also a separate WC on the lanai, conveniently located for guests using the pool and outdoor area.

Our Gators-themed games room provides plenty of entertainment for days at home and evenings after the parks.

Challenge the family to a game of American pool, air hockey or foosball, with plenty to keep both children and adults entertained.

It's a great additional space for families and gives younger guests somewhere of their own to enjoy while the adults relax by the pool.

Enjoy your own private screened swimming pool and spa, exclusively for you and your family throughout your stay.

The pool is surrounded by a spacious sun deck with loungers and a covered seating and dining area, making it just as enjoyable for a relaxing day at the villa as it is for cooling off after a day at the parks.

Pool and spa heating can be added for an additional charge and should be requested in advance.

With no shared pool or crowded resort area to worry about, you can simply step outside and enjoy the pool whenever you wish.

Florida holidays are all about outdoor living, and the villa has a large private screened pool deck with plenty of space for the whole family.

There are sun loungers for relaxing by the pool together with a covered outdoor dining area, providing welcome shade and a comfortable place for breakfast, lunch or evening drinks.

The screened enclosure allows you to enjoy the Florida sunshine and warm evenings in the privacy of your own villa – whether you're spending a full day at home or unwinding after the theme parks.

Private off-road parking is available on the villa's driveway for two vehicles, with space for up to three smaller cars depending on vehicle size.

If your party will be travelling with additional vehicles, please contact us before arrival as additional parking may be possible by prior arrangement.

Please note that community rules do not permit roadside parking after 10pm.

Vehicles must remain fully on the driveway and must not overhang the sidewalk or be parked on the grass.

Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the villa, ideal for streaming, keeping in touch, working remotely or planning your days at the parks.

Smart TVs are also available within the villa, allowing guests to access their own streaming services.

A travel cot and high chair are available for our younger guests on request.

Please let us know before arrival if you would like to use them so we can ensure everything is ready for your stay.

For hygiene reasons, cot bedding and pillows are not provided, so guests should bring their own suitable baby bedding.

The villa is single-storey, with all bedrooms, bathrooms and main living areas located on one level.

However, the property has not been specifically adapted for wheelchair users or guests requiring accessible bathroom facilities.

Unfortunately, pets are not permitted at the villa.
