Bella Toscana is situated approximately 1 mile from Champions Gate golf course and only 15 minutes from Disney World. The development is close to shops and amenities on US HWY27 and Kissimmee. Less than 40 minutes drive from Orlando International Airport Bella Toscana is well located to explore all the Orlando attractions and theme parks.
It's conveniently situated just off Ronald Reagan Parkway close to Champions Gate golf course. It's not only close to Champions Gate golf course and Disney World but is less than an hours drive from Busch Gardens, Central Florida and the Kennedy Space Centre.
Within walking distance(approx 400 yds) there is an array of shops ie walgreens (chemist, supermarket, general stores), chinese restaurant and a Domino Pizza. There is also a restaurant/bar called Beef 'o' Bradys which has a reputation for excellent food and coverage of all live football matches.

Rental rates additional information
ALL PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO US TAX. Deposits - 20% to secure the dates (non-refundable) Balance is due - 8 weeks prior to Arrival Date. Pool heating is available at an additional cost of $30 per day. (Recommended between October and April). This can be purchased upon arrival, made payable to the Management Company. In cooler months it is advisable to prearrange the Pool Heat so it can be switched on prior to your arrival. Cleaning Fee is automatically added to each booking. For BBQ Grills, Safes, Crib & Highchair rentals please ask at the time of booking. We would strongly advise our guests to purchase the Accidental Damage Insurance at the time of booking to cover Accidental damages, per vacation stay. Please ask for details.
