Facilities
BellaVida resort (Italian for ‘Beautiful Life’) is a fully secure gated community, and is one of Orlando’s most sought after resorts boasting a wealth of amenities in a superb location. Built in a beautiful conservation area around a picturesque 10-acre lake, the resort offers guests free use of its large clubhouse, clubhouse pool and Jacuzzi, clubhouse gym, games room, clubhouse cyber café and concierge services. Outside, enjoy the trails through the natural conservation area and formal Italian style gardens, or if you are feeling a bit more energetic, you can enjoy resort’s basketball, volleyball or bocce ball courts.

This wonderful family room looks out over the spacious lanai and private pool with spa and makes a wonderful hub for your family vacation in this stunning home.
The stunning kitchen has a large island counter with a breakfast bar (seating up to six people). Additional dining space is provided for more formal dining with a large table and eight chairs, also with pool and lake views.
The kitchen is open plan to the family room, which features a generous leather corner sofa, a pair of comfortable armchairs, and a large wide-screen TV
Throughout the property, the interiors are designed by a local interior designer to give a fresh, new, contemporary look and fittings are to a very high standard.

The kitchen includes all the appliances and equipment you will need to make the most of your holiday, including fridge freezer with ice maker and cold water dispenser, large oven, blender, toaster, coffee maker, crockery, cutlery & double sink with waste disposal.
There is also a downstairs WC and vanity basin with easy access from the pool deck.

Full laundry facilities can be found just off the upstairs landing – the washing and drying facilities are a helpful addition if you are travelling with children.

The very spacious deluxe en-suite has a huge twin walk-in shower, double vanity basins, separate WC, and ample storage units. There is also a safe installed for your personal use.
Master Suite 2 (First Floor)
The second master suite is equally as impressive, with king size bed, twin bedside cabinets, large chest of drawers, large wardrobe, 32” HD LCD TV with full cable channel options. The spacious luxury en-suite has a walk-in shower, double vanity basins, separate WC, and ample storage units.

This bright and comfortable room features a king size bed, twin bedside cabinets, large chest of drawers, fitted wardrobe space, and 32” HD LCD TV with full cable channel options. It also has it’s own private en-suite bathroom with bath/shower, vanity sink and storage units.
Bedroom 4
This beautiful styled room features a queen bed, twin bedside cabinets, fitted wardrobe and 32” HD LCD TV with full cable channel options. It has it’s own private en-suite bathroom with bath/shower, vanity sink and storage units.
Bedroom 5
A bright room with twin double beds, bedside cabinet, large chest of drawers, fitted wardrobe space, and 32” HD LCD TV with full cable channel options. This room also has it’s own private en-suite bathroom with bath/shower, vanity sink, and storage units.
Bedroom 6
A fun and welcoming kids room that will put a smile on any child’s face with it’s Minions theme that extends into it’s own private en-suite bathroom with bath/shower, vanity sink and storage units. The room features a large twin bunk bed that has a double bed on the bottom and single on top. A fitted wardrobe and large chest of drawers offer ample storage and also includes a 32” HD LCD TV with full cable channel options.

Games Room
There’s more fun to be found in the stylishly decorated, bright and well appointed games room, with pool table, air hockey and table football. The games room is also air conditioned for your comfort.
Outside
The East facing pool boasts beautiful views over the lake, and with sun throughout the day, you can enjoy the pool and Jacuzzi at any time leaving the evenings to some much welcomed shade from around tea time onwards. Breakfast on the deck in the morning is an absolute must with the best views of the sunrise and warmth of the morning sun on your face. The extended deck area means there is room for everyone to enjoy the sunshine, with 6 loungers and 6 chairs around the table. The pool can also be heated upon request.

Bella Vida Resort is a gated community of colourful privately owned luxury villas. Ideal for the perfect dream Florida holiday and within minutes of all the Orlando attractions.
Most of the Bellavida villas we have available are large two storey homes. Some of the homes overlook the lake and others back on to woodland. We have a selection of 6 bedroom 5 bath Bella Vida villas and the way the homes are laid out means every bedroom has it's own or shared en-suite bathroom.
The Bellavida Resort is located on HWY 192 in Kissimmee, 5 miles East of Disney Main Gate. Bella vida Orlando is just minutes from shops, supermarkets and an abundance of restaurants along HWY192 in Kissimmee. If you are familiar with the Medieval Times Dinner show on HWY192. The Bella Vida Resort is just behind this on Oren Brown Rd.
Regarding supermarkets it is less than one minute from a Wal-Mart. There is also an ALDI across the road. Between these two you should be able to find everything you need.
Restaurants near the Bella Vida Resort
There are a number of restaurants near the Bella Vida Resort. These include Red Lobster, Denny's, Golden Corral Buffet & Grill, Waffle House and Applebee's Grill & Bar. For fast food you have a McDonalds, Burger King and Steak n Shake within a few minutes.
We have put together a list of over 50 Kissimmee restaurants along HWY192. This means there should be something for everyones palete and budget to choose from. You also never need to eat in the same restaurant twice.

Outstanding villa!
The villa was outstanding, rooms were huge and location was perfect...very close to everything. Our holiday was fantastic from start to finish, the villa really was amazing. We were blown away by it. We are already talking about our return. Absolutely loved the location, so close by to everything we needed and the Bella Vida resort is just beautiful. Very well maintained and looked after.

Absolutely stunning villa
We could not have enjoyed the family holiday more it was sad to come home. The villa booked through kingdom state villas was outstanding, booking both villa and cars were easy. Our 2 sons and partners really enjoyed the room, pool and cinema room. Would recommend to anyone. Absolutely stunning villa could not fault it at all, thank you.

Villa was amazing!
The villa was amazing in fact better in real life than the photos on your website. I thought the kitchen area and lounge areas looked dated in photos but in real life it wasn't at all and very good quality.
