Overview
This luxurious villa is situated at Lake Berkley Resort. Ideally located, just 10 minutes from Disney. Lake Berkley Resort is a private gated enclave of homes surrounding their own private clubhouse and recreational amenities. These consist of a private 13-acre lake with observation and fishing deck, swimming pool, volleyball & tennis courts and a beach. An ideal spot to relax and let the kids play. While maybe mum & dad cook lunch on the lakeside barbeque facilities.
Facilities
The Lake Berkley Resort is a private gated community with a 24 hour Security Guard at the gate to greet you. The resort offers Children’s Play Area, New Stocked Fishing Lakes, Tennis, Basketball Area, Nature Trail around the Lake, and Private Beach with BBQ. Picturesque Gazebo for weddings. A private clubhouse with cyber café with Free Wireless Internet, fitness room, large communicial pool and hot tub. A poolside Tiki bar is open for all guests to use from 4pm-8pm at Hapimag. The resort benefits from a 24 hour Wal-mart just two minutes drive away.

Clean and great location!
Villa was fabulous! Very clean, great location a real home from home. Pool and hot tub well looked after, we havent always found this when booking villas in Florida with other companys. We will definitely recommend you to all our friends and family!

Lovely stay

Good Accommodation
The accommodation was as usual to a very good standard, we did have to contact the management company as the safe was broken so we couldn’t use our own code but we could still use the key.

Excellent villa
The villa was excellent but as a family of 6 adults and 6 children we would consider in future a villa with 3 double bedrooms and 3 twin bedded rooms. One suggestion I would like to put forward is that at home we have 2 twin bedded rooms that can have the beds pushed together with king size bedding to make a double bed or split into 2 single beds with single bedding.This makes the sleeping arrangements more versatile with minimum cost of additional single bedding.

Everything was great!
Everything was great, but pool was cold for 1st week due to faulty heater.

Gorgeous villa, more pool towels.
More pool towels required for a big family there were not enough towels although the villa was gorgeous I did try phoning the management company to make them aware of a few things drawer in fridge was cracked and there was a chip on the glass table this didn’t annoy me I wanted them to be aware of this so it didn’t get blamed on our family.
