Living

Step through the front door and you’re greeted by serene tones of blues and silver with pops of vibrant green and yellow in the stylish and functional front living room. Complete with a large comfy sofa providing ample seating for many, this space is wonderful for watching movies together or playing a game on the Xbox one.

Kitchen

Walk a bit further and you’ve arrived in the wonderful open concept kitchen, dining and back living room space complete with views of the private patio and pool. This space features stylish coastal decor with blues, greys and chrome with pops of vibrant orange. The kitchen boasts abundant cabinet storage and is generously stocked with everything needed to create a meal just like at home. The dining table seats 5 with a beautiful silver chandelier overhead. There is additional seating for 4 at the breakfast bar. The back living, dining, kitchen space is the perfect backdrop for everyone to congregate together, whether it’s whipping up a delicious meal, watching a movie, or simply sitting around chatting, the options are endless and can all be spent together within the inviting space.

Bedrooms

4 bedrooms, sleeps 8.

The first of the two Master King suites is located on the first floor just off the back living room. With a colour palette of teal, aqua, crisp white and cool grey, this modern suite is calming and zen like. Complete with views of the private patio and a full en-suite bathroom featuring double vanity’s and private shower, toilet quarters.
The second floor Master King suite is super spacious and ultra luxurious. Step through the door and you’re surrounded by gorgeous hues of turquoise and coral throughout. Boasting an airy and large full en-suite bathroom with double vanity’s and a soaking tub, this suite feels very resort/spa like.
The third suite is the double full bed suite with tropical decor, complete with tones of fuchsia, greens and blues and is a wonderful choice for both teens and adults alike. This suite shares a full bathroom next door with the double twin bed suite down the hallway.
Last but certainly not least, is the bright and summery double twin bed suite with classic Floridian themes of tropical greenery, flamingos, and more. This cheerful suite is excellent for both children and teens.

All 4 suites are equipped with: TV, mirror, art, a nightstand, bedside lamp, bed linens, pillows, blinds, hangers, an extra pillow and blanket in the closet.

Games Room

The games room is fully decked out with games for all ages to enjoy for hours on end! wether it’s a game of pool, darts, foosball or air hockey, the entire family can get a friendly competition going while spending quality time together. The game room decor features a nod to old Hollywood stars Marilyn Monroe and Audrey Hepburn.

Pool

Slide the patio door open and you’re surrounded by tropical nature, with a lush view of endless greenery behind the patio and the relaxing sound of frogs and wildlife can be heard in the evenings. The private screened in patio is complete with an overhang (for enjoyment whether rain or shine!), a dining table that seats 6, ample chaise lounge seating, a BBQ and curved South facing pool- providing many hours of sun!

Cypress Pointe villas in Orlando, Florida.

Cypress Pointe Orlando villas only 15 minutes from Disney World. All our Cypress Pointe villas to rent have private pool and most have games rooms. Located in Davenport, Florida just off Old Lake Wilson Rd, Cypress Pointe is close to restaurants and shops at Champions Gate and Reunion as well as having easy access to Interstate 4 (I4).

We have put together a list of all the side by side Cypress Pointe vacation rentals we have, this is ideal for large groups or multi family holidays where you want to be close together but still have your own space!

Cypress Pointe is a small gated community of around 60 luxury Orlando vacation rentals. Set back off of the main road this is a very quiet community so great if you want to relax around the pool and read a book.

Disney is around 15 minutes from Cypress Pointe with SeaWorld and Universal Studios about another 5-10 minutes along the I4. For Florida beaches Clearwater in Tampa on the Gulf coast is around 60-80 minutes and Cocoa beach on the Atlantic side is just over an hour so either way you go this can be an easy day trip.

If you are flying in to Orlando to stay at one of our Cypress Pointe villas then Orlando International Airport (MCO) is about 30 minutes via I4 > 417 Green Way which is a toll road and costs about $3.50 each way. Sandford Airport is about an hour away again via the 417 Green Way toll road and Interstate 4 but I am not sure of the cost, I would imagine it's around $6-$7 each way but using the toll roads is quick and easy as there is very little traffic on them which is ideal after a long flight.

While staying at Cypress Pointe if you fancy a round of golf you have plenty of choice with Reunion Resort having 3 championship courses (Nicklaus, Palmer, Watson - Tom not Bubba!) just across the road. Champions Gate is also within a few minutes and features two Greg Norman designed courses, this is also the home of the David Leadbetter golf school if you fancy a few lessons while there.

Other golf courses near to Cypress Pointe are Providence which is on HWY1792 and around 5 minutes away, you also have Highlands Reserve and Ridgewood Lakes on HWY27 which are about 15 minutes and then Southern Dunes which is around 20 minutes away. There are over 50 courses within 30 minutes so you will never have to play the same course twice!

Accommodation was superb

The accommodation was superb. It was cosy, and had excellent air conditioning. We were spoilt for choice with the games room, and enjoyed the facilities so much, we kind of wished we didn’t have to go to the Disney parks (the parents that is). Overall, a delightful experience. If I am to come to Orlando again, I shall certainly be coming to you. It was, overall, a great experience. One I would like to repeat some day.
