Overview
Our five bedroom, three bathroom villa is set in a quiet location with a south facing pool over looking a lake. The villa is very private and is not over looked by other homes. Our Florida home is tastefully furnished and the living area is tiled throughout. The villa has two master bedrooms with king size beds, walk in closets, en-suite bathrooms, bedside cabinets and ample storage. We have a queen size bed in the third bedroom and two twin beds in the fourth and fifth bedrooms, with a family bathroom leading out to the pool area. In the Lounge we have TV, play station, books and CD's for your use. We have provided bikes for your use and there are golf clubs also in the garage. The house also has WIFI installed.
Bridgewater Crossing is situated fifteen minutes from Disney World, four minutes from local shopping and four minutes from Interstate 4.
Facilities
Within walking distance of the villa, there is a childrens play area, a community swimming pool, tennis court, volleyball court and practice basketball court. All for your use whilst staying in the villa.
Living
The living room has three sofa's with end tables and lamps, a coffee table, side board and flat screen TV and telephone. The living area and hall are tiled throughout.
Kitchen
The kitchen has dishwasher, microwave oven, cooker, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, blender, plenty of cutlery and crockery for up to ten people and pots and pans and bake ware. Also Pyrex dishes and Tupperware dishes. We have a utility room which has a washer and tumble dryer and iron and ironing board.
Dining
The dining room has a table chairs and seats eight people.
Bedrooms
The villa has two master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and walk in closets and king size beds. One master bedroom overlooks the pool and the other master bedroom overlooks the front of the house.
We have two twin bedroom with two twin beds in each room and one bedroom with queen size bed. All bedrooms have bedside cabinets, radio alarm clocks and ample drawer and hanging space
Bathrooms
One master bathroom has bath, twin sinks, shower cubicle and WC
The other master bathroom has shower, sink and WC
The family bathroom has bath with shower overhead, sink, WC and door leading out to pool deck. All bathrooms have plenty of towels and hairdryers in all bathrooms.
Games Room
We do not have a games room
Pool
The pool can be heated for a nominal daily charge
There is also a large community pool close by within walking distance of the villa.
Outside
At the rear of the house we have a beautiful over sized pool and deck that is south facing, the deck has ample sun beds and patio furniture including a dining table and chairs and small drinks tables and four sun loungers The deck benefits from the sun from sunrise to sunset and is completely private and is not over looked by other houses. The pool over looks a small lake and has an abundance of beautiful birds.
Garage
The garage is double and has an electric door opener. We have provided bikes for our guests to use as well as, golf clubs, and pool toys.
Internet
We have free WIFI for our guests
Baby Equipment
We have a babies travel cot and highchair for your use.
Accessible
Yes the house is wheelchair accessible and we have had a number of people staying that use a wheelchaiir, however we do not have ramps at the front door or patio doors.

Unfortunately we do not allow pets
Location
Bridgewater Crossing offers luxury holiday villas to rent on the shores of Lake Davenport. Located within Bridgewater Crossing, the community benefits from a communal pool, courts for tennis, volleyball and basketball and a children's play area. This is a perfect base for your dream Orlando self catering holiday, just off I-4 and being only 15 - 20 minutes from Disney World and easy access to dining, shopping, attractions and golf. Bridgewater Crossing has two large super markets less than 5 minutes away (Walmart and Publix).

We require a security deposit of £200.00 with the balance, this will be returned in full after a satisfactory report from the property managers. on your departure from the villa.

Excellent Villa
We’ve recently returned from a 3 week stay during the month of September. We did stay at a villa 2 doors down last year and found this one even better. The villa was very clean and tidy and had everything we needed for our stay. Also had the extra benefit of 4 bike to use.
The villa has a spacious pool area with a private view of the lake, so not overlooked by anyone as found in some villas. This villa is located in the Davenport area and is in a quite location, but is ideally suited for all the theme parks [Universal - Disney - SeaWorld]. Also Busch Gardens is only an hour's drive down the road and well worth going to if you can. Can definitely recommend seeing the ice skating show if you do.
There are plenty of shops and restaurants to choose from, Posner Park Shopping Mall is only a few minutes' drive up the road in the car.
There is an alarm system in the villa for security which they ask us to use. Turns out this is very user friendly and presented no concern for us to use.
We had an excellent time staying here and we can fully recommend this villa to anyone looking to book a villa. Also have to add that we had very good personal e-mail communications from Hazel and Alan about the villa booking which is often lacking from major rental websites.

Lovely Villa
We’ve recently returned from a 2 week stay, we’ve stayed at numerous villas in the Orlando area and this as been one of our favourites.
From the moment of my first enquiry Hazel has been nothing but friendly and professional, with very prompt replies to all my emails.
The welcome email was brilliant, giving us all the information we needed for the villa and surrounding area, including local super markets, restaurants etc.
The villa on our arrival was very clean and tidy, containing everything we would need for our stay. The villa is very well set out and spacious and the pool area is large with a very private view of the local lake.
We needed to call the management team while we were there, Jane was very prompt at sorting out our problem (within 1 hour) and I couldn’t fault the service from them.
We had a brilliant time staying here and I can not recommend it highly enough!

Villa stay May 25
We stayed at this wonderful villa for 17 nights and upon arrival greeted with clean and tidy villa . Plenty of space for our family with ample cutlery and plates etc to use. Towels were plentiful. The pool area is fantastic with plenty of space to relax while kids in the good size pool. We have always stayed in the Davenport area which every time we visit seem to have a greater selection of shops and restaurants to choose from. Good access to all the theme parks yet far enough away from the hustle and bustle. Hazel and Alan great to deal with and quick to respond to any messages or queries. Many thanks Hazel and Alan we will be back.
