Overview
Our beautiful four bedroom, three bathroom home with south facing heated pool and water feature has been built to the highest specification and is situated overlooking a natural lake in the quiet residential community of Bridgewater Crossing. The house is very spacious with over 1,800 sq.ft of living space and the pool faces south and benefits from the sun all day.
Our home has been tastefully furnished with cream leather sofas and a TV and DVD player and has everything to make your holiday complete. The master bedroom has a king size bed, a queen size bed in the second bedroom and the third and fourth bedrooms have two twin beds in each room, all rooms with the exception of one have their own bathrooms. There are TV's in all bedrooms and also ceiling fans for your comfort. All rooms have ample storage. The house is fitted with a security alarm and the pool has nighttime lighting.
Facilities
We own two villas next door to each other, both have south facing pools and are very private and not overlooked by other homes. The two villas overlook a small lake and have no other homes overlooking them.
Living
The living room has two cream leather sofas, one large armchair, two end tables, coffee table, flat screen TV with DVD, a music centre, telephone and ceiling fan.
Patio doors lead out to the pool deck.
Kitchen
The kitchen is fully fitted with plenty of units dishwasher, cooker, larder, microwave, large fridge/freezer, coffee maker, toaster, blender and plenty of cutlery and crockery.
We have a washing machine, tumble dryer and iron and ironing board in a separate utility room
Dining
The dining table has eight chairs and cabinet and overlooks the pool.
Bedrooms
Our villa has four bedrooms, three have en suite bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed and walk in closet and patio doors out to the pool area.
The second bedroom has queen size bed, bedroom 3 and 4 have two single beds
All bedrooms have ceiling fans and ample storage and hanging space.
Bathrooms
The master bedroom has walk in shower, a bath, twin sinks and WC.
The second bathroom has, bath with overhead shower, sink and WC
The third bathroom has walk in shower, sink and WC, this bathroom has door leading out to pool deck.
We have provided plenty of towels and linens including pool towels. All bathrooms have hairdryers
Games Room
We do not have a games room
Pool
Pool and water feature: This is a major attraction to our home. Our pool & deck is larger than average and has beautiful views over the lake and excellent sunrise views in the morning. Our pool is not overlooked by other homes and is very peaceful and relaxing. We have a mesh screen that allows night time swimming without fear of irritating insects.
The pool and deck are south facing and benefit from the sun all day.

We have provided table and chairs for dining outside and sun loungers for relaxing. There is also plenty of shaded areas under the lanai should you need to stay out of the sun. Pool alarms for children's safety are fitted on the patio doors and pool bathroom door.
Outside
Our villa is situated in a quiet cul-de- sac. In a very quiet community with many lakes.
Our Villa overlooks a small lake. The pool faces south and benifits from the sun all day.
There is a community swimming pool, volley ball court, basket ball practice court, tennis courts and BBQ and childrens playground all within walking distance of the villa.
Garage
The garage is capable of housing two cars, we also have golf clubs, car seats, four bicycles and pool toys for your use
Chairs to take to the beach.
Internet
We have free WIFi internet connection.
Baby Equipment
We have provided, a travel cot, car seat and highchair for your use.
Accessible
The villa is single storey and we have had a number of guests with wheelchairs staying in the villa, however we do not have ramps to access the pool area, but there is only patio doors to negotiate. Two of the bathrooms have walk in showers..

Location
Bridgewater Crossing offers luxury holiday villas to rent on the shores of Lake Davenport. Located within Bridgewater Crossing, the community benefits from a communal pool, courts for tennis, volleyball and basketball and a children's play area. This is a perfect base for your dream Orlando self catering holiday, just off I-4 and being only 15 - 20 minutes from Disney World and easy access to dining, shopping, attractions and golf. Bridgewater Crossing has two large super markets less than 5 minutes away (Walmart and Publix).

Wonderful villa
We just landed back from Orlando and had the most wonderful stay - this is our first time at this villa but second time at Bridgewater Crossing and the location is fantastic.
The villa has a beautiful view of a lake with various wildlife keeping the kids entertained, the pool is a great size and very clean with plenty of space for loungers. Inside the villa is very well equipped, spacious and clean (the beds are so so comfy even the kids commented on their beds being super comfy!)
We love the distance from Disney as it’s close enough but very much away from the hustle and bustle of the parks to get that much needed rest - it is so peaceful.
Publix and Wal Mart are close by aswell as many restaurants.
Would highly recommend and we plan to stay again in the future

Another great stay!
This was our second stay here and it was again wonderful. The location and view is second to none and so peaceful.
We love our regular visits from the sand cranes and chilling out by the wonderful pool which catches the sun all day.
The villa is very spacious and well equipped. Both Hazel and Alan and also Jane from the management company are a pleasure to deal with.
There's so much within a 5 min drive of the villa in terms of shops, restaurants and access to the major Florida highways.

3 weeks in our perfect place again
We have stayed in this villa on many occasions stretching back for several years.The reason why we choose this villa is for many reasons. Hazel and Alan are super to deal with. The information shared is succinct and accurate.
The management company KBL lead by Jane is super. They are available 247.
The villa is spacious, very clean and has all the comforts of home. The piece de resistance is the location. Fantastic lake view, not overlooked, large pool and a very accommodating lanai. This year was very special as the villa next door also owned by Hazel was home to our daughter, her husband and our grandchildren. We spent hours playing in the pool and visiting the many great restaurants close by. The area is booming with wonderful eateries. Plus publix and Target is on the doorstep. We have already booked for next summer. Superb holiday accommodation. 1 st class.
