4 Bed 3 Bath Orlando Villa on Bridgewater Crossing

Such a beautiful villa in a gorgeous location. We had an amazing holiday, the villa was absolutely perfect in every way, very spacious with a larger than usual pool, south facing with a lake view, pool toys provided. Well stocked villa had everything we needed for an extremely comfortable stay. Impeccably clean throughout. On a lovely community which we had some nice walks around. Close enough to all attractions, Posner Park just a 10 minute drive away with lots of shops and Target. Hazel made booking the villa extremely easy and was very helpful. Thank you so much for letting us stay in your beautiful villa, I hope to return in the future.

We have stayed here so many times, disrupted by covid for 2 years up to 2022. We appreciated any questions we may have had were responded to quickly, which they were. Hazel is on the ball. Thankfully. The villa provides us with everything we need. The lake view is superb and you are not overlooked, which is so impt to us. Amazing restaurants close by, Millers, Chilli’s, Ford garage, Longhorns. Great modern publix and shops at Championsgate to visit. We class this as our 2 nd home. 4 great sized bedrooms and bathrooms so plenty of room for families. A great kitchen for families to be together and enjoy the humour generated We are back next year for 3 weeks already booked and our daughter and family next door in another if Hazels amazing villas. Superb quality and just what we need. We have stayed in many villas during our last 32 years but this villa ticks every one of our boxes. Thank you Alan and Hazel.

Having just returned from our 4th stay at this villa we were again delighted to spend our holiday here! Hazel makes the booking process simple and the information provided is everything we need to ensure we are prepared for our stay. The villa is spacious and clean and has everything (and more!) that we need to enjoy our holiday! Jane from the management company was very helpful and friendly and a pleasure to deal with! Our whole family enjoy staying at this villa from the pool, the local golf course and restaurants to the close proximity to all the parks! If we return to Florida a 5th time this will definitely be where we want to stay!

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at Alan & Hazel's villa and would highly recommend it. Villa has everything you need and more! Hazel has thought of everything. Pool is a good size and there are plenty of loungers for everyone. It is located close to all the local amenities and is very close to Disney. We will definitely stay here again if we go back to Florida.

Having taken our holidays at many rental properties over the years on our numerous visits to Florida, this villa has to be one of the very best that we have had the pleasure to stay in. Looking at the description and photos on the villa website, the place looked perfect for our family party of six - a mix of young and not so young! And it was. Booking was very easy and we found the owners a pleasure to deal with. They had our dates available - so all we now wanted was to get there! We noticed as soon as we arrived at the villa that unlike may holiday homes, the property had obviously been furnished to a very high standard with many extras and nice touches that made other villa holiday rentals we have taken in the past look bare and uninviting. Every room was clean and nothing was out of place; a credit to the owners Hazel and Allan, along with KBL (their Management Company). The villa is spacious, with good size bedrooms, good sized bathrooms, an open lounge and a pool area that we found hard to tear ourselves away from; this is the real "jewel" of the villa. The large pool deck had plenty of loungers & chairs for us all. Was usually bathed in sunshine throughout the day on our visit, although we did retreat to the covered lanai for some shade when things got too hot; took many a dip in the nicely formed pool as well. The grandchildren were in the pool every day – so much fun for them. We loved the outlook from the deck, with no adjacent properties being too close for comfort. The villa is located in Bridgewater Crossing, a community located just off Ronald Reagan Parkway and in what we have become to firmly believe as being at the "right end" of the cluster of existing and new developments stretching from Highway 27 in the west to the Orange Blossom Trail to the east; go further north (or south) and you become a little isolated. Bridgewater Crossing is close to Interstate 4 and Country Road 532 (Ronald Reagan Parkway) where, at Champions Gate, you will find a superb Publix Supermarket, gas stations and restaurants a plenty - Millers Ale House, Olive Garden (Italian) Longhorn (Steaks) and a soon to be opened Fords (American), etc. The community is well placed, nicely laid out and maintained to high standard - all good reasons why we are attracted to it. So to sum up, we found that 123 Hills Bay Drive met our needs perfectly and made our holiday the pleasure it was; we appreciated the attention to detail that made our stay something a bit special. We are already looking to plan our return visit; we do not want to be disappointed should we choose somewhere else.

Stayed in this delightful villa late April, early May 2023. Over the years we have stayed in many villas in the area and this one was by far the best. It has everything needed for a wonderful holiday. Great layout, spacious and well furnished. Such a gorgeous place to stay, plus it has a great pool, which is private, south facing and overlooking a lake. Plenty of wildlife to enjoy. The villa and it's location, in a very quiet and friendly neighbourhood, is perfect for visiting theme parks, the many other attractions nearby, exploring “natural” Florida or simply relaxing. Shops, restaurants, supermarkets etc are but a short drive away. The owner (Hazel) was lovely, very helpful and communication was excellent. Same for Jane from the management company . Hopefully we will be able to return and enjoy staying in this villa once more. Highly recommended

We are sitting, relaxing by the pool on our last day at this beautiful villa, watching the wildlife wander by. We have had such a fabulous time. The villa came well equipped, with plenty of space around the pool deck area. The pool being south facing, came to be our go-to place. There is a lovely open-plan lounge/kitchen/dining area where we gathered to work out our plans for the next day. Super easy to socialise. Bridgewater Crossing was centrally located for us. The Publix Supermarket at Loughman Crossing was our go-to for supplies. You drive past the petrol station to get to Publix; everything is within a short drive. Hazel made the rental process very easy, providing all the information needed to enable us to get from the airport to the villa without any hassle. The management company, Jean specifically, responded promptly and resolved a minor issue without hassle. Everything has gone so smoothly this holiday that we have booked our next vacation home with Hazel.

Fantastic two week stay here in this super villa which we absolutely loved. The south facing pool and patio is just amazing either in the heat of the afternoon or for a quiet moment at night. You are not overlooked here which is a major plus. The villa really feels like a home and not just a rental which we feel makes a big difference, Hazel and Alan clearly take pride in this home and look after their guests from the very first enquiry to the end of the stay. The kitchen is very well equipped and all the rooms are so spacious. Added to this is the super location of Bridgewater Crossing, close to everything you could ask for and the neighborhood is quiet and friendly. Thanks for a wonderful stay and so many memories to take away, we genuinely look forward to staying here again sooner rather than later!

Enjoyed a very relaxing and comfortable holiday in this villa. Well equipped, clean, great location. Large patio area with good outlook, at the same time giving you privacy. Great information and directions to villa before we arrived. Lovely area to stay , easy to get around to everything you want to do. Good restaurants and shops within easy drive . Villa was clean and well maintained, pool is lovely with a great view of the lake. Sunshine all day in pool area perfect for relaxing and enjoying outside area. Having visited Florida many times over the years and stayed in a lot of villas I can say this is one of the nicest and well-equipped villas we have rented. Not only is the villa great it is in a good location within lovely surroundings. Hazel has been a pleasure to rent from and made the entire process easy with prompt responses and plenty of good advice. We have been to Florida many times with our family and always have a wonderful time. Staying in this villa made our holiday all the more special. We spent days around the pool, relaxing in the sunshine, overlooking the lake. Breakfast and lunch eaten on the deck, dipping in the pool to cool down. The villa has everything you would want or need. On arrival we found the villa immaculate, it really was so lovely after a long flight to find that the accommodation was faultless. Nearby at Championsgate there are plenty of restaurants, supermarket and shops. It was great after a long day to be able to eat locally and drive 5 minutes home. Bridgewater Crissimgs is in a great location, easy access to the I4 which leads to the attractions, which means nothing is too far away. Hazel the owner was so helpful before we travelled , answering all of my questions and giving advise on places to visit. We will without doubt be booking this villa again, it was truly perfect !

We had a great time in the villa. Clean, tidy, every thing we needed. Pool was amazing and set in a really nice surrounding. Pool was overlooking a lake with Florida wildlife. Just returned from our 4th stay in one of the two properties and had a lovely time once again The villa is lovely and spacious and you never feel on top of one another. The villa was lovely and clean with plenty of towels including for around the pool The pool area is a nice place to chill after a park day and we just love that you are not really overlooked and you gets lots of wildlife going past. It’s a great location for all the parks and the Champions Gate area nearby has plenty of places to eat. Will certainly be booking up again for visit number 5

As returning guests we knew what to expect and again the villa didn’t disappoint. Everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Villa very clean and stocked with all you require to get on with your holiday. Pool and outside area cannot be beaten for cooling off in the pool after sunbathing on the deck which is in full sun all day! to wildlife watching around the lake. Small problem with Wi-Fi but the management company were excellent and sorted things immediately. Hazel was so easy to deal with and made the booking process stress free. Will definitely return

This villa was one of the main reasons my stay was so amzing. It has everything a family could want, I’m a smoothie person and they even had a blender. Provided towels for the pool and the water parks, enough towels for each person after showering. I was a bit worried about the pool and my 3 yr old waking up in the night and having a wonder, this was not a problem as all doors have alarms on so if any child opens them the alarms go off. It is close to all supermarkets, alcohol stores, petrol station, pharmacy and the most important Disney parks and 40 mins from universal. The view whilst in the outdoor door pool is amazing and was the highlight of my day. I’ve had the best time with my family and loved this villa.

We stayed in this gorgeous home in September 2019 with our 3 year old. We know the area well, however had never previously stayed on this particular development. Well... having now done so, I don't think we would ever stay anywhere else. What a wonderful location and probably the best villa we've ever stayed in (we've been to Florida approximately 30 times so this really is saying something). The owners were absolutely fantastic, on hand for anything we needed, not that there was much to need as everything is catered for in this lovely villa. The pool deck and view from it are definitely the best we've had at any villa, truly spoiled, especially when the local alligator came out of his lake to say hi. Peaceful location but close enough to all the action, beautifully kept villa with all the facilities you could possibly need and lovely, communicative owners. We would highly recommend this to any Florida goers and have already booked our second stay here.

Stayed at the Villa end May 2019, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a good quality villa. It has everything you would need, and the small lake at the back even had a small resident Alligator. It is in a quiet road, 5 minutes from Champions Gate, which has lots of restaurants and is easy to access the I4 highway. The owner had provided us with plenty of information prior to arrival and her management company were on hand if we needed anything while we were there.

We are four 60+ seniors who have stayed in this community for the past 4 years and we thoroughly enjoyed it for the 6 weeks we were there. The house is very comfortable, well maintained, beautifully decorated with all amenities needed. It is a quiet neighbourhood, easy to get around and close to attractions, golf and shopping. The lanai covered pool area is large with shade area to get out of the sun and the pond is an bonus with lots of various wildlife to watch. We have met both the owners and management company, who are all accommodating and wonderful to deal with. We had a couple of issues with the phone and pool heat that were immediately dealt with. Highly recommend this property.

As soon as we arrived at this beautiful villa we knew our holiday was going to be amazing, and we weren't wrong! Spacious, clean, well furnished with the most fabulous pool and view across the lake. Our holiday consisted of days out at the theme parks followed by relaxing days around the pool and villa. When the relaxing got too much for our teenage sons they loved strolling over to the basketball area to shoot some hoops. We used the bikes to cycle around the quiet community and on a couple of occasions cycled to the nearby Champions Gate area to do a bit of food shopping and get lunch at Subway. The location is fantastic, close to everything you may need but thankfully not amongst the busy tourist areas. We drove to beautiful Clearwater beach for the day which was lovely and only took an hour. To be honest the best days for me were relaxing around the pool. Totally secluded and south facing so plenty of sunshine. Lovely to have lunch out on the deck in the shady area. The villa itself is beautifully furnish and has everything you may need. Hazel was very helpful before the holiday, giving us useful information. We will be back again very soon as the holiday was amazing and the villa everything we imagined and more!

We have just arrived back from 3 weeks in this stunning villa. This was our 6th visit to Florida and this villa certainly ticked all the boxes where others haven’t. We woke up every morning to a stunning view and the local wildlife around the lake only added to this. It’s in an ideal location, close to Publix, restaurants and the Disney parks but far enough away to enjoy the peace and quiet after a long day at the parks or shopping. We spent a lot of time relaxing in the villa and the pool size was important to us and it certainly didn’t disappoint. The villa had everything we needed and there was plenty of room for the 7 of us. We had a small problem with the washing machine whilst we were there and the management company were fantastic and it was sorted the same day, nothing was too much trouble for them. I would like to thank Hazel and Allan again for letting us stay in there stunning villa and we will definitely be returning in the future.

Just back from a 22 day holiday staying in Hazel and Alans villa. It more than met our expectations. Plenty of space for our family of 5. The villa was very easy to find with the directions we where given. We have stayed in this area before and this villa was definitely the best one we have stayed in. Location is perfect with plenty of restaurants, shops, petrol stations and fast food outlets near by at Championsgate. Large deck area, the pool is a great size which my boys loved. The views are breathtaking with plenty of wildlife to sit and watch. Everything you need is in the villa including golf clubs which my hubby made full use of. Have been to Florida 14 times now and this is the best villa we have stayed in. Coming back in 2020 and hope to come back to one of Hazel and Alans villa.

We have stayed in Davenport area for several years, but this villa, by far has been the best! It was very clean, nice décor and completely equipped with everything you might need plus much more. Golf clubs, bicycles and pool toys that we used. We had a lot of company visit during the month and enjoyed sunshine all afternoon in the south facing pool. Owners were great to deal with and the management company couldn't have been nicer. We would, without reservation, recommend this property to friends and relatives. We will definitely rent this home again!

We have just arrived back from our lovely 2 week stay in another one of Hazel and Alan's Villas. I would really struggle to book a different villa as I am very fussy and this villa meets all of our needs. I clumsily broke a really nice cup - but it was not a worry for Hazel and Alan who happened to be staying next door during our stay - we got to know them a little and they were very genuine and interested in us - my son has a basket ball game date with them when we next visit which I am hoping will be next May after his exams. The basketball court a minutes walk from the villa was worn out by him and we played tennis on the courts also. My son and Husband rode around on the bikes from the garage every day and we swam about ten miles in the large pool - the view of the lake coupled with the local Crane coming for his tea every day ( one small slice of Italian bread from publics hand fed) - was just lovely. We have been to Florida 8 times now 3 times at Hazels and Alan's villas and will continue to book again just as soon as we can.

Although we have visited florida several times, this was my first time staying in your lovely villa. It was fantastic and had everything that we required. The neighbourhood and location of the villa was just perfect. We were visiting when hurricane Irma hit and although being in a different country, you and your management company kept in constant contact with us and gave us all the information we required to deal with it. I can't thank you enough for this as we felt more at ease during this time and didn't spoil our holiday one bit!! I hope to be rebooking soon!

Second time we have stayed at this fantastic villa. The position for the sun on the pool deck is amazing, you get it all day! Plenty of room within the villa and the wee extras like the bikes in the garage we're great for getting out and about. The family loved seeing the otter and other wildlife in the pond at the back, also look out for the wee turtles. Our 9th time in Florida and without a doubt, the best villa we have stayed at. We will be back, I promise!

We have stayed in Hazel's villa several times, and call it Our Villa. Hazel sends you all the info you need for the villa and directions etc., and is a pleasure to deal with. We love the location as it's a quiet area and wouldn't stay anywhere else. We love the pool area and the wildlife, especially the crane family that we see every year along with some new arrivals. It's just a short drive to Champions gate for the restaurants and Publix store, even though there is another Publix five minutes away. The villa has everything you need for a lovely, sunny relaxing holiday. We hope to have many happy returns to Bridgewater Crossing and look forward to next year.

Excellent Villa in a great location, we have stayed in the area quite a few times over the last few years and so far we have not found a villa that we wanted to return to......... Until now! This villa has morning and evening sun on the pool/pool area, and has a lovely setting with wildlife visitors daily. The area has developed a lot in a year since our last visit and now has a few restaurants a short drive from the villa. The villa is very clean. Perhaps my only little niggle is the seating area and position of the TV, but who goes on holiday to watch TV!

My husband and I have just had our 7th holiday in Alan and Hazels villa , and is is perfect in every way , it has every thing that you need to make your holiday home a "home from home" with of course the added sunshine that we in Scotland sadly lack . It is excellent value for money , its a stones throw from the public supermarket , Walgreens pharmacy , excellent restaurants and bars all of them family friendly . When our holiday is over we leave our beautiful villa with a heavy heart , but .... On our next vacation it's like going back to see an old friend every time ... Roll on our next visit

This was our second visit to 123 Hills Bay Drive and we cannot recommend it highly enough. We have been visiting the Kissimmee/Davenport area of Florida for over 20 years and this is simply the best all-round villa we have stayed in. It is very well equipped not just with the ‘standard’ items that one may wish to find but lots of little extras as well such as, bicycles for each member of a family of 2 adults and 2 children, a full set of golf clubs with balls, tees etc. especially handy for use in the adjacent award winning Champions Gate golf complex. We had previously brought our grandson out and Hazel and Alan even made arrangements to provide a booster seat for our hire vehicle as required by local law. There is even a set of rain ponchos for each member of the family. All of this was arranged or provided at no extra cost. We spent many a happy hour sitting by the South-facing pool watching the abundant birdlife around and on the adjacent lake over which you have uninterrupted views. Additionally, we appreciated the fact that the garage had been left as a garage. This is a very big plus point when the temperature, even during our visit in March, rose on many occasions to over 30° C with the resultant unbearably hot conditions in an exposed vehicle. The villa is very popular but is kept in first-class order with regular maintenance. The Management Company are also extremely approachable and accommodating. All of this, on its own, would be sufficient to merit the highest recommendation. However, combined with the sympathetic and generous attitude of the owners Hazel and Alan it is a pleasure to stay there. We are currently planning our next visit.

We have rented many villa's before but this is by far the best we have ever stayed in. The peaceful, private location was such a bonus to our family. We spent many afternoons relaxing around the pool overlooking the lake with not a soul around. This is so unlike some villa's we have stayed in when the pools are literally back to back! The deck area is large, so plenty of room for sun beds and dining outside for our family. When we arrived at the villa and opened the door for the first time our first words were WOW as our children ran excitably around exploring. Every room is co ordinated, clean, light and airy. We knew we were going to have a great holiday in this wonderful villa. Hazel, the owner has thought of everything to make your stay that little bit more comfortable. From the well equipped kitchen to the beach towels and cool box should you decide to venture to the coast for the day. Lastly I will mention the location, which we found to be ideal. Literally a few minutes from the I4 means you are on route to the parks so quickly. Only a few minutes from Publix the supermarket and fast-food chains is convenient too. The community of Bridgewater Crossing is well maintained and has the benefit of tennis courts, basketball and a community pool. Our children enjoyed the basketball area and cycled over a couple of times. In summary, we had the most wonderful holiday in Orlando. Made all the more special by staying in this beautiful accommodation. Would we recommend it? Most definitely yes! Would we book the villa again? YES ! Already booked :)

We booked two of Hazels villas as they were next door to each other. Both villas were very clean and tidy and had everything we wanted. The location is excellent overlooking the lake at the back. Management company very helpful and quick to fix a couple of minor issues. Would recommend this and the other villa.

We stayed here for the last two weeks in February. Hazel was very easy to deal with and the information provided for our arrival was clear and simple. The villa was easy to find, being a three minute drive from the Champions Gate junction of Interstate 4. On arrival the villa was clean, tidy and welcoming. The house has everything required for a comfortable stay and is located in a really nice area. The pool area is lovely, with a great outlook onto a small lake. There is a Publix supermarket two minutes away and numerous eating places within two - five minutes. All the attractions are easily accessed using I 4.. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for an "Orlando" holiday.

The villa was clean and tidy, everything you could need was there, including extras such as booster seats, push chairs and pool toys. With a supermarket just down the road and within 20 minutes of the Disney parks it was in a great location. As well as all the information Hazel sent via email beforehand there was plenty of leaflets and further info in the villa. Also KBL management who help to look after the villa were extremely helpful and also helped to ensure the whole experience ran smoothly. If you’re looking for a great villa and a great cost, we highly recommend this villa.

This is our 3rd trip to stay in one of Hazel’s villa in Bridgewater Crossing and hopefully not the last. We love the location of the villa; it is close to theme parks, local shops and amenities but is quiet and relaxing overlooking the lake. The condition of the villa is excellent and has everything you could need on a holiday like this. The information provided before heading out is first class and the management company who look after you out there are excellent. We have no hesitation in recommending the villa and hope to stay in one of Hazel’s properties again in the future.

We have stayed at this property before and again, we were not disappointed. The villa is well cared for and everything you could need has been provided. We particularly like the location which is quiet enough away from the hustle and bustle of Disney but close enough to be there within 20mins! Thank you so much for renting us your beautiful villa. Both Hazel and the management company were so helpful leading up to and during our holiday. Bridgewater Crossing is so peaceful, with all the amenities close by. The view of the swimming pool and lake made lazy days by the pool such a joy. The villa was spotless with everything catered for. What can we say about such a wonderful villa. Your villa had been highly recommended and it did not disappoint. Following your clear instructions we had no problems getting to the villa from the airport. We found the villa beautifully clean and welcoming with the pool being particularly welcome for an early morning dip before breakfast. It is close enough to all the attractions and amenities but far enough away to be quiet and relaxing. Three weeks flew by and we really did not want to leave. Thank you Hazel for helping to make our first visit to America so memorable. Would love to come again in the future.

Just wanted to say thanks to Hazel for a great stay in your villa. Everything was provided for including a huge washing machine / dryer so you can take all clothes home clean! The villa was big enough for two families to share comfortably with a larger than average swimming pool. All towels provided. It was approx 30 minutes drive to Universal / sea world etc, but Disney and shopping only 15 minutes away. The villa has lovely views from the pool over looking the lake where we were visited by the old bird and even an alligator. Great stay and value for money. Thanks again.
