Third time we have stayed at this villa , another great experience pool deck and pool fantastic south facing , plenty shops and restaurants near by . great customer service the management company called to ensure we had everything we needed and we did the villa owner is also very accommodating and a pleasure to deal with

We had a lovely stay in this villa and the location was really good. Hazel was very informative with details about the villa and area before we left and was really friendly when I contacted her. I enjoyed our chats. The villa was very spacious, clean and well equipped with everything we needed. The pool was ideal for our family. We would definitely return here and I will recommend it to friends and family.

We had a fabulous stay at this villa and cannot wait to come back. I have stayed in many villas over the years when we have visited Florida and this has been one of my favourites. Right from the get go, Hazel was super informative and nothing was ever too much trouble when asking her a question. The villa has stunning views of the lake and was lovely to look out onto, especially when i was having a morning swim, it was so peaceful. The villa is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need and the beds are super comfy. I have never slept so well these past two weeks. The villa is in a great location and is literally 5 mins away in the car from Publix and 15 mins from Walmart. Outback steakhouse and Olive Garden are also just 5 min drive away. Jane from the management company was also super friendly and very helpful. We have loved our stay here and cannot wait to return.

We just landed back from Orlando and had the most wonderful stay - this is our first time at this villa but second time at Bridgewater Crossing and the location is fantastic. The villa has a beautiful view of a lake with various wildlife keeping the kids entertained, the pool is a great size and very clean with plenty of space for loungers. Inside the villa is very well equipped, spacious and clean (the beds are so so comfy even the kids commented on their beds being super comfy!) We love the distance from Disney as it’s close enough but very much away from the hustle and bustle of the parks to get that much needed rest - it is so peaceful. Publix and Wal Mart are close by aswell as many restaurants. Would highly recommend and we plan to stay again in the future

This was our second stay here and it was again wonderful. The location and view is second to none and so peaceful. We love our regular visits from the sand cranes and chilling out by the wonderful pool which catches the sun all day. The villa is very spacious and well equipped. Both Hazel and Alan and also Jane from the management company are a pleasure to deal with. There's so much within a 5 min drive of the villa in terms of shops, restaurants and access to the major Florida highways.

We have stayed in this villa on many occasions stretching back for several years.The reason why we choose this villa is for many reasons. Hazel and Alan are super to deal with. The information shared is succinct and accurate. The management company KBL lead by Jane is super. They are available 247. The villa is spacious, very clean and has all the comforts of home. The piece de resistance is the location. Fantastic lake view, not overlooked, large pool and a very accommodating lanai. This year was very special as the villa next door also owned by Hazel was home to our daughter, her husband and our grandchildren. We spent hours playing in the pool and visiting the many great restaurants close by. The area is booming with wonderful eateries. Plus publix and Target is on the doorstep. We have already booked for next summer. Superb holiday accommodation. 1 st class.

Just got back from 3 weeks in this lovely villa. The view and pool on the back garden was exactly what we wanted on our trip to florida. Sat watching the wildlife including gators, birds of prey, terrapins, cranes and the fish that leap out of the water, wether at night or in the day was what we wanted on our holiday when having chill time away from the parks. The inside of the villa is very spacious lovely big bedrooms with loads of wardrobe space and en suites. The villa has everything you need and more. Location is perfect to about 20-30mins away from the parks and loads of restaurants and shops within 5-10 minutes drive. Wish we was all still there and we will definately be coming back. Thanks for lending us your villa very grateful for the memories we made as a family.

Communication with the owners before and after booking was excellent. On arrival, the instructions were easy to follow. The villa felt very spacious. The decor is slightly dated and in places could do with a lick of fresh paint but it was immaculate. I am really fussy about cleanliness, and I can honestly say, it was spotless. Im also a freak when it comes to creepy crawlies, so whenever we stay somewhere, I have to look in all the corners of the room for cobwebs etc. even the garage was spotless and the poolside. The villa had everything you could possibly need. Each bedroom has a walk in wardrobe. So many towels, clean sheets, cutlery, cups etc. we used the pool lilos, and took the umbrellas to disney springs on a rainy say. The bikes were a great touch but sadly we didn't get to use them. We could have used the cool boxes, golf clubs, tennis rackets, ponchos, but again we didn't get to. There are plenty of books, and games available too. The kitchen was very spacious, didn't use the dishwasher, we just washed up as we went but two tablets were left if we needed them. Great size fridge freezer and larder for all our snacks. We used the washing machine and tumble drier a few times for swimwear which was so handy. My daughter stayed in the double bedroom at the front of the house with the ensuite and she said it was the most comfortable bed she had ever slept in. AC was great. There is an alarm system that you set when leaving and disarm when you come back in, this gave us confidence, as there was no safe to use. When you open the pool door and garage door the alarm system tells you, so again great security if you have young children. Wifi was superb, tellies in the bedroom were a little dated but were hardly used. On the odd occasion we watched telly we had access to all channels and netflix in the lounge. The sofas are really comfortable. I was very impressed with the management company. Tropical storm Debbie arrived when we were there. I had a really friendly call from the management company to reassure us and give advice on what to do. Her predictions were spot on. It came and went so quickly, just like a normal rainy and windy day in the UK, her advice was not to be out driving in it. The pool and outlook to the lake was my favourite. I could spend hours watching the cranes and alligator hunting (no luck unfortunately). We saw a few baby lizards about, they are so cute. The pool was cleaned once a week whilst we were there. The water was warm in August. The area of bridgewater crossing felt really safe, there is a sheriff who lives just around the corner. The villa is about 5 minutes from Champions Gate with access to Publix, MCDonalds, Millers, Olive Garden and so many more. The only slightly negative point is the I4. It sometimes took over an hour to get to Universal Studios or home from those parks. Would I stay again and recommend to family and friends, absolutely. If I could, I would be booking up again for next year!! Thank you Hazel, for sharing your wonderful villa!

We had a wonderful holiday during July 2024 at this villa. Easily booked and the owners were fantastic and helpful during the booking process. We have stayed in a number of villas in the area over the years and this was by far our favourite. Very homely, clean and we didn't want for anything. The outside pool area was perfect, great size pool and an extended deck gave plenty of room. We spent many hours enjoying this area. The management company were very helpful over a minor issue we had during our stay. The villa is close to many restaurants, Publix, CVS etc. Access to I4 & State Roads is excellent. We are definitely going to look to stay in this villa again in the future as it's a gem!

This is our 3rd time staying in one of Hazel and Alan’s villas. The villa had everything we needed for our 16 days stay. It is very spacious, clean and the pool is perfect for lazy days for a swim and watching all the wildlife. Hazel kept in touch whenever we needed questions answered. The area of Champions Gate is very close by and has various restaurants, pharmacies and Publix for your groceries. Heading back next year but staying in a hotel as only one of our sons is coming with us but already planning our 2026 visit to do the new Epic Universe park with all our family and Hazel will be the first person I will contact for a villa rental.
