Our large living room is decorated in a modern style, complete with sofa, loveseat, side chairs, coffee table/side tables, and a 70" flatscreen tv.  The living room is open to the dining room and breakfast eating area, providing an open-concept layout, with large patio doors that lead to the pool deck and covered lanai.

Our fully equipped kitchen comes with brand new black stainless steel appliances (fridge with DUAL ice makers and water dispenser, smooth-top range, dishwasher, microwave), Keurig machine and coffee machine, all small appliances, with kitchen bar seating open to the breakfast area (seating for four) which overlooks the pool.  The kitchen comes fully stocked with eating and cooking utensils, dishware, glassare, pots/pans/baking dishes/cooking sheets, etc.

Bedroom 1 - King bed on the main floor, with attached 5-piece en-suite bathroom; complete with flatscreen tv, ceiling fan, and direct access to the pool deck.

Bedroom 2 - King bed on the main floor, with attached 4-piece bathroom; complete with flatscreen tv and ceiling fan.

Bedroom 3 - King bed on the second floor, with attached 3-piece en-suite bathroom; complete with flatscreen tv, and ceiling fan.

Bedroom 4 - Mario Kart themed bedroom, one queen bed and one single bed, with attached 4-piece bathrrom; complete with flatscreen tv, ceiling fan, and custom painted murals on the walls.

Bedroom 5 - Star Wars themed bedroom, two single beds; complete with flatscreen tv, a four-foot-tall Storm Trooper, and custom painted murals on the walls.

Our 5-piece bathroom includes a toilet, two sinks, separate shower and separate bathtub.

Our two 4-piece bathrooms include a toilet, sink, and a tub/shower combination.

Our 3-piece bathroom includes a toilet, sink, and walk-in shower.

Our 5th bathroom is a powder room with a sink and toilet which is located right off the pool deck for easy access.

Amazing retro-themed arcade outfitted with a full sized stand-up arcade machine with over 400 classic games, foosball table, air hockey table, and classic Super nintnedo gaming system.

Incredible Marvel-themed gaming loft complete with PS4 and Xbox 1 gaming system with two flatscreen monitors and comfortable seating.

Elegant private theatre, complete with tiered theatre seating, custom theatre carpet, aisle lighting, 150" theatre screen and Dolby Atmos surround sound, including 9 speakers with immersive sounds, making it feel like you are right there in the movie!  This will rival most commercial theatres!

An incredible POOLSIDE CINEMA was recently installed, with a 150" theatre screen that comes down right beside the pool, so you can enjoy movies and sports games while pool lounging, or watching the kids splash around!

We provide a high chair, a pack and play, and an umbrella stroller for use during your stay.  Pool safety fence is provided, and child locks are installed on the patio doors leading to the outside.
