Overview
We would like to welcome you to our Wonderful, professionally styled executive villa "Los Margarita", packed full of quality fixtures and fittings whilst still retaining the "fun" element which will appeal to children and grown up's alike.
The owners Joe and Maureen strive to keep their property at an exeptionally high standard as this is esentially their second home, this is endorsed by the many returning guests who's comments you can view in our review page.
Situated adjacent to Hwy 27 in the tranquil and naturally beautiful setting of Calabay Park at Tower Lake, it's central location is convenient for shopping and visiting all of Orlando's famous attractions.
Facilities
Having visited Florida on several occaisions with family and friends we had a very realistic idea of some of the villa rental properties on the market.
When designing our home we decided that we wanted it to be equipped with the best furnishings available hence Villa "Los Margarita" was born. We have supplied extras such as Golf Clubs, Fishing equipment and Pool Towels and have taken every care to ensure that our home is as good as it can be and will meet your expectations, with extras such as pillow top mattresses and top of the range accessories.
The house also benefits from a top of the range Alarm and Fire security system which is fully monitored and links directly to the local sherrif department.
We have also supplied a safe for the use of guests.
With a committed and proffessional management team on hand to look after you should you need them, we are sure you will enjoy your stay as much as we do.
Living
There are two family areas, a family theatre room and lounge
The family theatre room is equipped with a 50"HD LCD TV with Blu Ray Player, X-BOX 360, DVD player, i-pod docking station and selection of movies and games with full 5.1 surround sound to enhance your viewing and gaming pleasure. The room is decorated with bright and modern furnishings and is themed with movie and gaming memorabilia.
The main lounge area is spacious and bright with open plan layout offering direct access to the pool area via large patio doors. There are 2 large sofas with individual ottoman footstools, stylish and modern accessories as well as a 75" HD 4K Smart TV, Blu Ray player and selection of films.
The main lounge area has been redecorated and now features ceramic flooring throughout with feature Oak wall.
A selection of childrens games and library of best sellers has been provided for your convenience.
Kitchen
The kitchen area is very well equipped with modern all new appliances and more accessories than can be mentioned.
The breakfast bar area and splashbacks have been tiled for extra cleanliness and over cabinet and under bar lighting further enhances this modern space.
A Radio/CD player and selection of music has been provided for your listening pleasure.
Dining
The dining room is spacious and has a two tone hard wood dining suite. The suite features two twin leather benches and two single chairs. This will comfortably seat 6 adults although can accomodate 8 with the addition of chairs. (seats available from breakfast bar)
Bedrooms
There are two master bedrooms both with en-suite facilities and direct access to the pool area via pool doors. Both masters have American King size beds which are complemented with luxurious pillow top mattresses and extremely high quality furniture and accessories. Both master suites have flat screen TV's and walk in wardrobe facilities.
Twin bedrooms are equipped with combination TV/DVD players and beds are also fitted with luxurious pillow top mattresses. Both bedrooms have large fitted wardrobes. A selection of childrens books and games have been supplied for your convenience.
Bathrooms
Both master bedrooms have en-suite facilities, with large walk in showers. The larger of the two has a large corner bath and twin sinks. Both have vanity areas, soap and toothbrush holders, towels , discreet medicine / toiletry cabinet and hairdryers for your convenience.
There is an additional family bathroom with fitted shower screen over the bath.
Games Room
The games room is carpeted and has fan cooling for your added comfort. It is equipped with a full sized pool table, wii console and selection of games, Flat screen HD TV, Electronic darts and selection of family games.
In addition the games room has a full size "tiki" bar creating an area to spend many relaxing nights with family or friends.
Your very own hostess pirate "Rita" is a focal and main talking point of this room, why not get your photo taken with her, we'll post these on our website with your permission.
Pool
The pool is south facing and has covered lanai and deck area. There is a child safety fence provided which can be folded back or left in place for your convenience. The neighbouring properties are situated far enough away not to feel overlooked.
The lanai area has ceiling fan for added comfort and lighting for night time relaxing. Quality pool furniture is provided.
BBQ provided free of charge for use of guests. Please note the BBQ must be cleaned after use. If guests do not comply with this stipulation a charge will be levied from the security depost to cover cleaning costs by the Management Company.
The gas cylinder may need to be replaced by guests and this can be done at Lowes which is situated across from the community and costs in the region of $20-$30
Outside
The villa exterior has a large driveway which will easily accomodate up to 3 cars. The grass is meticulously manecured with a selection of shrubbery around the property.
The lake can be viewed from the driveway and overall there is a very open feel to the villas position.
Internet
Free wi-fi internet is provided
Baby Equipment
A travel cot, high chair and stroller are provided for your use.
Toddler cutlery and plates are also provided.
Location
Calabay Parc at Tower Lake offers luxury villas to rent in Davenport, Florida. Locatated just off HWY27 and close to I-4 it offers direct routes to all the major attractions making for a perfect base to stay during your Orlando holiday. We have a selection of 4 and 5 bedroom vacation rentals direct via the owners. As you are booking direct there are no Booking Fees like you pay on the large rental websites.
Situated alongside the picturesque and natural 'Tower Lake', this gated community offers spacious villas each with private pools. Keen golfers will be pleased to note Calabay Parc at Tower Lake is just a 2 minute drive from Southern Dunes, one of Orlando's championship golf courses. Wal Mart and Publix supermarkets, Walgreen's pharmacy, distinctive shopping and dining outlets and cinema are 10 minutes away.
Note: If you are looking for Calabay Parc please click on the link as this is Calabay Parc at Tower Lake. They both located on HWY 27 in Davenport but are about 10 miles apart. Calabay Parc at Tower Lakes is located close to Southern Dunes and Ridgewood Lakes where as Calabay Parc is 10 miles further North on HWY27 and is close to Hampton Lakes and Highlands Reserve.

Rental rates are given as a general guide and all rates include tax, a cleaning fee may be levied depending on group size.
Part weeks please request a quotation.
X-Mas, New Year and Easter are charged at high season rate.
A refundable security deposit of £250.00 is due at payment of final balance, this will be refunded within 2 weeks of departure from villa.
Pool heat is £24 per day and is recommended.

Another great stay!
This was our second stay at 'Los Margarita' - our first visit was
a week in April 2024 but this time we stayed for three weeks,
and would happily do so again.
Unlike other properties we have stayed in the past, the villa
is just as nice in real life as the photos on here (better in fact!)
and everything was in working order. Highly recommended.

Exceptional Villa
My husband and I have just returned home after staying at Los Margarita Calabay Parc at Tower Lake for 4 weeks. The interior of the villa was stunning exactly as shown in all your photos. The owners of the villa - Maureen and Joe were very friendly and helpful from the start of our booking to instructions on how to arrive at the villa. We would highly recommend this amazing villa a perfect home from home.

Wonderful stay at Los Margaritta, Calabay Parc.
We had a fantastic stay at this villa, It is set in a lovely gated community which was quiet and peaceful but still very close to all the amenities that you would need. The villa was very clean and tidy on arrival and we found it to be a comfortable and relaxing base for our holiday. we had our three teenagers with us who especially loved the gaming consuls and everybody loved the pool. The rental process was very easy and the vendor, Maureen answered any questions we had promptly. The instructions that she sent us for getting from the airport and gaining entry to the villa were perfect and worked without issue. I would certainly recommend this villa to anyone thinking of visiting Florida.

Beautiful villa
Just back after after a 3 week stay in Villa Rita, stayed there about 5 years ago and the upgrades since then are absolutely stunning. Since the first contact with Maureen everything has been first class, we will definitely return in the near future.

I had the best time at this villa. It felt more like a home than a rental. Very clean and had everything you would ever need. The bed in the master suite was huge and extremely comfortable. Had the best sleeps.

Excellent Villa
We’re just back from a relaxing three weeks at this villa, everything that you would expect to find in a well-appointed villa has been supplied and there are some great restaurants within a few minutes’ drive for when you want to eat out. We made full use of the pool which is south facing and enjoyed the fact that the villa is located in a safe secure area.

Home from Home away from the hustle and bustle!
My wife and I have been staying in Florida villas for almost 30 years and have become extremely
'picky' when it comes to facilities, decor, etc, but I can safely say that this is the best villa
that we have stayed in to date. My wife paricularly loved the master bathroom; saying that she felt
like a movie star when getting ready to go out for the day...
One thing that other reviews have not mentioned is how comfortable everthing is - invitingly soft sofas
to crash out on indoors and luxuriously padded chairs and loungers by the pool rather than the glorified
ironing boards that most other villas provide!
Finally, Maureen was extemely halpful and accomodating with regard to a special request that we made for
villa arrival/departure; I'm certain that if we had booked a different villa through a faceless management
company we would have been told "computer says no" in no uncertain terms!

Villa 2 week rental
Spent 2 weeks with a party of 3 in this property. Excellent communication from the outset and throughout. Any questions in the lead up were answered in very good time. Villa itself is amazing, has everything you would expect and more. Very well kept both inside and outside. Had no issues with anything. Location wise, very safe, quiet and situated near amenities within driving distance. Is a bit of a trek to the parks but not the end of the world and definitely does not put the property in a bad light. Will book again for future trips and can highly recommend!

Perfect Vacation Home Away From Home

Amazing
We had a fantastic time at this villa. We have stayed in many villas in Florida and this was by far the best. It is spacious, very clean and had everything we needed. The loaction was beautiful and the gated security made us feel very safe. The communication from the owner was excellent. I would love to return to this villa again.
