Our luxury villa is situated on the highly regarded “Calabay Parc at Tower Lake” private gated community with nature lake, clubhouse and fishing jetty. It is close to all the major theme parks (Disney World is just 15 to 20 minutes away) and is less than an hour's drive from the Gulf Coast. Local restaurants, shops (including a Super Wal-Mart) and golf courses are all within very easy reach. Our friendly local management company is on hand to make sure that you have a great stay. Our villa has everything that you are looking for.

Living
Spacious family living area with a 65" Ultra HD Smart TV and Blu Ray DVD player and Cinema surround sound. Upgraded Cable TV package including Premiership football. The living room area leads via patio doors directly to the lovely covered lanai area with poolside seating and table for breakfast by the pool.
Kitchen
The fully fitted kitchen includes oversized fridge freezer (with ice and water dispenser), dishwasher, cooker, microwave and all necessary appliances, cutlery, plates etc. There is also a laundry room with full size washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, ironing board and vacuum cleaner.

Our new fully furnished 5 bedroom luxurious villa is equipped to the highest standard and everything you need for your perfect dream holiday is here including all linen and towels. There is plenty of space to spread out and relax in comfort!
Master Bedroom 1 En-Suite with King size bed with spacious walk-in closets, en-suite bathroom with step in shower, Tub with jets, Smart UHD 55" TV with a door providing direct access to the poolside and spa complex.
Master Bedroom 2 En-Suite: with King size bed with spacious walk-in closets, en-suite bathrooms with step in shower, Smart UHD 55" TV
Bedroom 3: with Queen size bed and Smart UHD 55" TV and has Bathroom 3 situated right next door with ie walk in shower.
Bedrooms 4 and 5 are both Twins each with 2 single beds. Both rooms are themed ("Monsters Inc" and "Toy Story") and share the 4th bathroom. Both bedrooms have Smart UHD 55" TVs. Also PlayStation 3.
All bedrooms have ceiling fans.
A safe is provided in Main Master bedroom 1 to store passports, airline tickets etc. A Cot is also provided

A superb modern gas heated pool with built in spa/jacuzzi (spa gets to 100F) is the height of luxury, allowing you to chill out and relax after a fun filled day at the parks or golfing. The whole pool is fully screened with a covered furnished lanai (patio) area and its own ceiling fan…unadulterated luxury to complement the perfect holiday.

Calabay Parc at Tower Lake offers luxury villas to rent located in Davenport, Florida on HWY27 and close to I-4 offers direct routes to all the major attractions making for a perfect base to stay during your Orlando holiday. We have 4 and 5 bedroom villas located on Copeland Drive, Cherokee Avenue, Pineloch Drive and Minniehaha Circle. Situated alongside the picturesque and natural 'Tower Lake', this executive gated resort offers spacious villas each with private pool. Keen golfers will be pleased to note Calabay Parc at Tower Lake is just a 2 minute drive from Southern Dunes, one of Orlando's championship golf courses. Wal Mart and Publix supermarkets, Walgreen's pharmacy, distinctive shopping and dining outlets and cinema are 10 minutes away.
Note: If you are looking for Calabay Parc please click on the link as this is Calabay Parc at Tower Lake. They both located on HWY 27 in Davenport but are about 10 miles apart. Calabay Parc at Tower Lakes is located close to Southern Dunes and Ridgewood Lakes where as Calabay Parc is 10 miles further North on HWY27 and is close to Hampton Lakes and Highlands Reserve.

This will be returned to you within 4 weeks of your return home subject to our T&Cs. Fantastic home!!
This home is exactly as you see in the pictures, it was amazingly clean when we arrived. All bedrooms are very spacious and the kitchen is really well stocked. Fridge and freezer keep really cold which is a plus when it’s 100F outside. Pool was great and a perfect size, deepest end is 5ft which we appreciated. Less than a mile from Walmart and Winn-Dixie for groceries. Cannot recommend enough, definitely don’t pass up on this property. 5 *****

This property is nice and spacious. Encountered some minor issues. The game room was warmer than expected, but the temperature in the area at the time was hot. The internet went out (no fault of the owners) and there were uninvited guests that appeared in the pool. Again, no fault of the owners.

Felt like home
The house is amazing and they even left little things you might forget. “Thanks for the coffee” lol. Definitely would recommend. The pool is big and the color changing light is something that made it just a little extra special. The kids definitely enjoyed it.

Great location
We stayed as a central location to travel in all locations for day trips during our stay. Plenty of towels and pool towels and very close to many grocery stores and restaurants. Check-In was easy and the information guide was very thorough.

John was an excellent and very communicative host. Property was perfectly situated to visit Legoland and Peppa Pig. Pool was great in the afternoons, we enjoyed sitting outside. Great Family Villa
Great location near theme parks, golf courses in gated community. The home and amenities provided everything we needed for our family of all ages. The young man from the property management company replacing the microwave was quick, efficient and friendly, as was everyone we dealt with for this stay. 5/5 Excellent experience
This property worked perfectly for a central Florida location to get family together. We had plenty of room to spread out and thoroughly enjoyed the pool, hot tub and game room. The questions/requests we had were answered and taken care of immediately. The neighborhood was quiet and secure and we felt very safe. It was convenient to groceries, etc..

Nice Home in great area
This is a nice home in a great location! Correspondence with the owner was very good. We had a couple issues during the stay and both the owner and property manager were very responsive in taking care of these immediately. Nice neighborhood, gated community and quite. Good place for family!

Very Nice!
This house is very clean and spacious. Although, this was not a Disney trip for our family, it was close to all the attractions. We mainly rented this house to enjoy the nice pool and hot tub. We paid for the heated pool for the week and it really made the pool that much more enjoyable. A great place to stay!

Great House!
The house is great! Super clean, comfortably furnished, and in a great location for us. The beds were really comfortable. There are two twin rooms, one Toy Story themed, and the other Monsters Inc. themed. My son was so excited he slept in both rooms over the course of our stay. The house offers a hot tub, pool, great game room with pool, air hockey, and fooseball. We spent a lot of time in there as the weather was on the cool side. The kitchen is stocked with the essentials that you'll need for cooking and eating in: pots, pans, dishes, glasses, etc. The neighborhood is very quite, but you are right off Route 27 so you have access to Walmart, grocery stores, and all kinds of fast food places & restaurants. We've stayed in many houses in Haines City and Davenport and this property management company was by far the most receptive to our needs. We chose the house because it is close to family that we were visiting, but the house is really close to Disney World, Universal, and all the other Orlando attractions. Plus, a few exits up I4 is Route 192, which offers almost any kind of restaurant you could want. Lastly, John, the homeowner, was very receptive to our needs. I was in touch with him before our stay about a few things and he responded very quickly. We will definitely be staying here again!
