Welcome To Our Stunning 6 Bedroom Villa At Calabay Parc

We have just stayed for three weeks in this lovely villa. It has lots of space for a very large family. The welcome pack was the best of any villa we have rented and very helpful as we arrived late. There was everything we needed in the kitchen. The jacuzzi and pool were fabulous. The location is fabulous as close to many shops and the Starbucks at the end of the road was very well used. Susan and Alan were very helpful and responsive. Fantastic!

Just back from a wonderful trip to the U.S which was made all the better by this great villa. Was a bit wary of using VR360 as I had not heard of them, however they are really just introducers and once you make the inquiry all communication is then directly with the villa owner, Susan. From the off, Susan was very responsive and throughout was a pleasure to deal with. As for the villa, there were many positives. Firstly, the pool is relatively large and very well maintained. We have stayed in many Orlando villas over the years and the size of this pool is something you would expect in a villa with twice the number of bedrooms. Secondly, the bedrooms were all well appointed and very comfortable, the kitchen nice and modern with all the expected mid-cons, and the lounge comfortable with a huge TV. Would we return to this villa next time we are in Orlando? The answer is easy - absolutely we would.

Super villa! Nice and spacious, all the bedrooms are a good size and my little boy loved the Lion King room. It had everything we needed and the welcome pack was very much appreciated and a really nice touch. The pool is a good size and we paid for pool heat which was great (much warmer than some other villas we’ve stayed in) - the spa was lovely. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Wow! What a spacious and very clean villa. Received a lovely welcome pack on arrival too. We spent 9 days here in early December and had a great time. Fantastic weather, 80 degrees every day and no rain. Wonderful pool/deck area with plenty of seating. The owners and maintenance company were very accommodating. We asked for a few things which arrived the same day. We loved if. Thanks toT ! Susan & Alan.

We recently returned from a fabulous three week stay at this villa. We arrived to a very welcome ‘welcome Pack’ which after a long flight was a very nice touch. Everything you could need was there and the bedrooms particularly were extremely comfy. Spoke with Susan before our visit and she was very informative and helpful as were the team in the U.S. as had a minor issue with the TV which they rectified immediately, could not fault that service at all. We would have no hesitation in recommending this villa and hope to visit again. Wonderful holiday

I thoroughly recommend this to all.. We have stayed in Orlando many times over the last 15 years but this was by far the best! Susan is an excellent host and nothing is too much trouble for her. One evening, we set the house alarm off by mistake and can honestly say the host was so understanding as we were so embarrassed and the next morning she checked we were all okay. That was very much appreciated. The villa is fantastic and has everything you would ever want and more. Pool and Spa very clean. Bedrooms are all excellent and a good size. It was a lovely touch to arrive to a substantial Welcome Pack as our plane was delayed and we had a baby with us so it saved us going to get groceries until the following morning. We will definitely be returning and telling all our friends about this great villa. Calabay Parc so close to everything as well. If you are looking to book, please don’t think twice as this home is well worth going to.

We have stayed on Calabay Parc a few times over the years and this year we had 11 of us staying in Florida so required a 6 bedroom villa, we selected this villa and it didnt disappoint, this villa is excellent inside and outside and location is perfect for everything you need from Parks to food. The Villa was lovely and clean and a welcome package upon arrival was just ideal and perfect to start your holiday, its very spacious and all rooms have the space you need. Games room was very good and perfect outside for the pool, also communication with owner was perfect so would defo recommend to use this villa in the future.

My family of 6 adults have just returned home after staying at this wonderful villa. The location is close to Championsgate, providing a good selection of restaurants and cafes. When we arrived at the villa, there was a substantial welcome parcel with everything we needed, including some cold beers. The villa was spotless with an abundance of fresh white towels. The boys were able to cast to the TVs, to watch the football and the new Game of Thrones. The pool was beautiful and again spotless, the jacuzzi heated within 10 minutes and was wonderful after a day at the parks. The management team are on call for any issues and were very easy to deal with. We had a storm and they sent someone out immediately to mend the net cover over the pool area. My family will definitely be returning to Calabay Park, and staying at this lovely home.

Situated at Calabay Parc on highway 27 this wonderful villa is of a high standard and can easily accommodate 12 people very comfortably it is ideally situated for all Disney parks and shopping. I can honestly say all the 24 years we have been visiting Orlando this villa wins hands down for its location and amenities. The pool is amazin with the coloured lighting and the pool heating makes it even more enjoyable. Even the adults loved the themed rooms and games room has everything to suit all ages. You will not be disappointed with everything this villa has to offer. All the other attraction parks apart from Disney are only about a half hour away and easy to find. Our favourite local restaurant and a certain Must visit is Mannys located at Haines City this is approx fifteen mins away and more than worth the drive you won't be disappointed with both the menu choices and affordable prices. If you visit on a Wednesday it's BOGOF fajita night.

Having spent 16 years travelling to Florida staying in villas for our family holidays this villa is the best we have found! Very spacious and luxurious accommodation in a quiet location but accessible to all the parks and shopping. The information provided prior to departure was precise and allowed us to easily find the villa following the flight. The house was beautifully presented on arrival and the management company were attentive and quick to respond. Our barbecue evenings relaxing by the pool were definitely the favourite! Without doubt we will return next year! Thank you to the Malley family for allowing us to stay in such a beautiful home providing the base for a wonderful holiday!

We stayed here for 2 weeks in June 2013. We went as 3 different households including a 4 month old baby and a 3 year old. The villa suited every one of our needs. The rooms-perfect. The pool area-perfect. We even got to meet the owner and he was lovely and very attentive to our needs. All in all this villa is exactly what it says its going to be. The best we have ever seen (been holidaying to Florida for 20 years) and we are definitely returning next year :)

we were all looking forward to arriving at the villa after a long flight and we were not disappointed.The villa was just as it had been described, very spacious and very comfortable. We are 2 families of 5, yet there was ample room for us all. The pool was lovely and I think the younger kids would have happily stayed there all day. It was Easter time and therefore the travel to the parks took longer than we had hoped as there was heavy traffic, however on a good day it took approx 20 to 30 mins. Overall the villa was immaculate, very spacious and set in a lovely quiet estate. I would certainly recommend this villa and if travelling with friends again we would be delighted to return

The Malley home in Calabay Park, Davenport, FL is perfectly placed to provide luxurious accommodation in an area just far enough away from the ‘bright lights’ to make it a peaceful haven yet near enough to make the attractions of Disneyworld (15 – 20 mins) and International Drive (25 mins) easily accessible for your fun-loaded vacation. The property is tastefully and luxuriously appointed with ample space for the family to spread out. The pool, its large deck and spa, are superb for soaking up the strong Floridian sun and the shady lanai is great for cooling off or eating ‘al fresco’. The pool deck faces an open outlook west... it's great not to be overlooked. Calabay Parc is an exclusive residential development where you will live as the locals do without interference from holiday reps and merchandisers, yet the comfort that the management company is only a free phone call away if you need assistance or advice. Ideally located, right on Highway US27 which connects the Interstate 4 (2 miles south to intersection) with Highway 192 (Spacecoast Highway / Bronson Memorial Highway - 5 miles) to the north and further north to the Florida Turnpike up by Clermont (about 18 miles). If you head up towards Clermont be sure to visit Lake Louisa State Park – signposted and about 2 miles off the US27 3 miles south of Clermont – stunning beauty and wildlife. There are a variety of bars and restaurants within a couple of miles of Calabay Parc, all serving good value food for those who don’t want to mess up the sparkling kitchen! Local shopping is great with a new open plan shopping mall (inc. Target & J C Penneys) at the Interstate 4 intersection. There’s Wal-Mart and Publix close by for those daily needs and bottom dollar bargains. Having been visiting Florida for 16 years the Malley home is amongr the best places we have stayed and we’ll return without hesitation. The Steel Family, Darlington, England

This is the 7th house we have stayed in in the Davenport area in 6 years and it is one of the best! We stayed for 16 days in July 2012 and were not disappointed. The house is well maintained and very well equipped. The new management company was very quick to respond to any inquiries. We like the Davenport area with close proximity to shopping & attractions. We would recommend this house for any family vacation.

The villa is an a fantastic location. It s very spacious and well presented, with a fantastic pool and unobstructed view of the sun set out back. The owners are very friendly and always on hand to help if needed. I would recommend this villa to anybody and will definately be staying with my family again!!

The owners were very prompt when initially approached, and provided details and directions from the airport. The house is in an excellent position, close enough to all the parks, and in a quiet neighbourhood. The accommodation is very spacious for either a large family or golfing party. There is a Walmart within a 10 min drive and other garages and supermarkets very local to the house.

We rented this villa in 2011,and are pleased to say that it met our expetations.This was our third stay at Calabay Parc and you will not find anywhere nicer than this as it is a quiet and tranquil area,not far from a large Publix supermarket,Bank and Pharmacy.The drive to the parks are not far away and are easy to get to.The villa is very spacious and clean and has everything you need for a fantastic holiday. The owners are very easy to contact should you need any questions answered.Overall a great place to spend your holidays.

On arriving at Calabay Park we could not believe the size of this house! The kids spent the first day finding rooms (and swimming of course). The house is really accessible from Orlando, being really close to the main road but still totally peaceful. I would recommend it to anyone
