Our Villa is located at the Top of the hill and is south west facing, so from mid morning until dusk the sun is beaming down on the pool for you to work on those sun tans!! In the evenings there is the Famously Beautiful Florida Sunset to enjoy, whilst relaxing on the comfortable deck chairs, relishing the drink of you choice!

Calabay Parc in Orlando offers attractive and spacious holiday rental villas direct from the owners. Located on HWY 27 in Davenport Florida all our Calabay Parc Orlando villas are only 20 minutes from Disney World and within easy reach of the theme parks.
You have a large Publix supermarket, restaurants and takeaways within minutes of the community at Berry Town Center located next to Highlands Reserve. These well designed vacation rental villas range from 3 to 5 bedroom, and offer an excellent bedroom to bathroom ratio. All our Calabay Parc Orlando villas have pools, some have Spas (even Mickey Mouse Shaped!) and the added benefit of a Game rooms.
Calabay Parc (Calabay Park) is close to Interstate 4 which is the main Florida highway that runs from Tampa to Daytona and gives easy access to the Gulf Coast (Clearwater) and Atlantic Coast (Cocoa Beach) beaches which are about an hour away. Note: If you are looking for Calabay Parc at Tower Lake please click on the link as this is Calabay Parc. They both located on HWY 27 in Davenport but are about 10 miles apart. Calabay Parc is located close to Hampton Lakes and Highlands Reserve where as Calabay Parc at Tower Lake is 10 miles further South on HWY27 and is close to Southern Dunes and Ridgewood Lakes.

Rental rates additional information
A returnable breakage deposit of £450 is required when booking, then the full rate is required 8 weeks before date of departure. The damages deposit is fully refundable pending an inspection by management and will be returned 7-10 days after departure.
Pool/Spa heat is £250 per week

Perfect location and facilities
Just returned from a 17 day stay at this lovely villa. The pool and spa is to die for, we used it every morning before we went to the parks. Lots of space and many bedrooms to chose from. Area is quiet and well kept we had no noise from anywhere, was so tranquil. loved watching the wildlife (birds and squirrels) while we relaxed in the pool. Easy to find and no problems getting to any of the parks. Susan was so helpful and easy to deal with. Would recommend.

We Have just returned from 3 + weeks staying at this lovely villa, we have visited Florida 12 times so far and this is the second time staying in this home. It really does not disappoint, welcome pack on arrival was extremely welcoming and needed after a long flight. Personal phone call from the owner to ensure everything was okay and we were settled was a great touch and made us feel valued and that they actually cared that our vacation was amazing, and we had everything we needed.Minor issue highlighted to them and rectified within the day and gift basket left for us. Amazing villa very close to Disney and all amenities. Also amazing service Will be booking again soon. Thank you

Fantastic villa
We have just arrived back from a fantastic 3 weeks in this lovely villa. It was more than big enough for the 10 of us The welcome pack was amazing to find when we arrived and very helpful as we arrived late. There was everything we needed in the fully stocked kitchen. The jacuzzi and pool were fabulous. The location was very good 30 mins to Disney 45 mins to universal and was close to many shops , Susan and Alan were very helpful and responsive to any emails we sent, spoke to management/ agent to arrange a couple of items for babies which were arranged without hesitation Fantastic! All round service
