Our Villa is located at the Top of the hill and is south west facing, so from mid morning until dusk the sun is beaming down on the pool for you to work on those sun tans!! In the evenings there is the Famously Beautiful Florida Sunset to enjoy, whilst relaxing on the comfortable deck chairs, relishing the drink of you choice!

Calabay Parc in Orlando offers attractive and spacious holiday rental villas direct from the owners. Located on HWY 27 in Davenport Florida all our Calabay Parc Orlando villas are only 20 minutes from Disney World and within easy reach of the theme parks.
You have a large Publix supermarket, restaurants and takeaways within minutes of the community at Berry Town Center located next to Highlands Reserve. These well designed vacation rental villas range from 3 to 5 bedroom, and offer an excellent bedroom to bathroom ratio. All our Calabay Parc Orlando villas have pools, some have Spas (even Mickey Mouse Shaped!) and the added benefit of a Game rooms.
Calabay Parc (Calabay Park) is close to Interstate 4 which is the main Florida highway that runs from Tampa to Daytona and gives easy access to the Gulf Coast (Clearwater) and Atlantic Coast (Cocoa Beach) beaches which are about an hour away. Note: If you are looking for Calabay Parc at Tower Lake please click on the link as this is Calabay Parc. They both located on HWY 27 in Davenport but are about 10 miles apart. Calabay Parc is located close to Hampton Lakes and Highlands Reserve where as Calabay Parc at Tower Lake is 10 miles further South on HWY27 and is close to Southern Dunes and Ridgewood Lakes.

Rental rates additional information
A returnable breakage deposit of £350 is required when booking, then the full rate is required 8 weeks before date of departure. The damages deposit is fully refundable pending an inspection by management and will be returned 7-10 days after departure.
Pool/Spa heat is £200 per week

Fantastic villa
We have just arrived back from a fantastic 3 weeks in this lovely villa. It was more than big enough for the 10 of us The welcome pack was amazing to find when we arrived and very helpful as we arrived late. There was everything we needed in the fully stocked kitchen. The jacuzzi and pool were fabulous. The location was very good 30 mins to Disney 45 mins to universal and was close to many shops , Susan and Alan were very helpful and responsive to any emails we sent, spoke to management/ agent to arrange a couple of items for babies which were arranged without hesitation Fantastic! All round service

The best villa we have ever stayed in
6th visit to Florida ,and this is by far the best villa we have stayed in. Ideally positioned for local ammenities and 20 -25 minutes from Disney and 30-40 minutes from Universal depending on traffic. Beautiful,spacious, clean villa and our kids loved the pool area, which has the sun all day to when it sets in the evening. The owners Susan and Alan were very helpful with any questions we had and the welcome pack on arrival was a lovely touch and was much appreciated. We would love to stay in this villa again.

Excellent family stay!
We’ve recently come back from 2 weeks staying at this lovely villa. The location of the villa is spot on, there is a Starbucks and publix less than 5 mins drive, it’s also really close to the 192 with all the restaurants and it offers a handy shortcut to Disney (which avoids the dreaded i4! The villa is extremely clean and spacious and the management company are on hand almost immediately if there’s anything you need whilst you’re there. The communication with Susan and Alan was excellent and they were always quick to offer information and answer any queries we had prior to going and whilst staying at the villa. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending this villa to friends and family!
