Highgate Park 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath Luxury Villa near Disney

The open-plan livingroom looks out to the pool deck and is very light and spacious. It has luxurious furniture and has been decorated to a high standard to give you that 5* feel. It has a large 65" smart TV with all the programmes you would need. It has three comfortable sofas to relax after a busy day shopping or at the parks. It is a great space to sit together as a family and plan your next adventures or golfing trip. We have high speed wi-fi throughout the villa.

The open-plan kitchen has every amenity you will need to enjoy your Florida holiday. It has a large kitchen island and dining table. There is a large fridge freezer with ice maker, cooker, oven, microwave and dish washer. The kitchen also has a filter coffee maker, pod coffee maker, kettle, toaster and blender. There is a large selection of cookware, crockery, cutlery and plasticware to use on the pool deck. There is an ironing board/iron in the garage and the villa has a laundry nook with a Samsung top loading washer and a dryer.

The dining table and chairs are in the open-plan kitchen/living space. It seats up to 9 people with matching chairs, a bench and bar stools at the kitchen island. We also have outdoor dining for breakfast and cooler evenings.

Bedrooms - we have ceiling fans in all bedrooms to supplement the aircon, for your comfort.

We have top quality mattresses for a great night's sleep. The master overlooks the pool deck and has a US king bed (UK Superking) and a walk-in closet. It has a TV with a ROKU stick to stream live TV and your own programmes. The en-suite is very large with a walk-in shower and soaking bathtub. It has dual sinks and cabinets to store your toiletries and cosmetics. There are hairdryers in every bathroom.

Second Master: This is a smaller master situated at the front of the villa with a US Queen bed (UK King), closet and a smart TV with ROKU. It also has a spacious luxury en-suite with further closet space and cabinets for your toiletries and cosmetics. It a great room for grand-parents or for friends who are sharing your holiday.

Disney Room: The Disney room is all about Mickey and has twin beds, TV and a double closet. It is the perfect room for your little ones (although it is also suitable for those older kids or grown ups who love all that is Disney).

Triple Room: The triple bedroom has a twin and a double/full bed, it has a TV and a double closet. This room is great for adults, teens and families who need flexibility in their accommodation.

There are three full bathrooms in the villa, two en suite and one for the Disney and Triple rooms. The main master bathroom has a large walk-in shower and a soaking tub. It has twin sinks and plenty of storage space.

The second master bathroom has a spacious en-suite with a vanity sink unit, walk-in shower,  and additional closet.

The third bathroom is central to both of the other bedrooms, it has a vanity sink unit with cabinet underneath and a walk-in shower

The garage is set up as a gamesroom and has a pool table and foosball table. There is a library where guests can exchange books. We have a large fan to help circulate the air and chairs to relax while others play games.

The private pool and large spa are south facing and very private. There is a sheltered area with a ceiling fan and large dining table with 6 chairs. There are 4 sunloungers and many deck chairs to relax and read during your stay. The pool has a child safety fence, that can be removed at the discretion of the guests. We have a smaller seating area to enjoy a coffee or a glass of wine.

The villa is in a quiet avenue in Highgate Park, it has a brick paved driveway for at least two cars. The pool area at the back is surrounded by palm trees and shrubs and is south facing, it is a great place to watch the sun rise and set. The pool is also elevated above the properties behind the villa, making it very secluded and relaxing. We have been told that the pool deck is the best of any villa in the area, it is so peaceful and secluded.

The garage at the villa is set up as a gamesroom.

There is high speed internet in the villa which is complementary for guests. It allows guests to work from home (if needed) and has plenty of capacity for the whole family to stream their favourite programmes.

The villa has a highchair, travel cot and pram/stroller for guests to use. There is also suitable bedding and plasticware for infants in the kitchen cupboards.
