Luxury 4 Bedroom 3 Bath Villa on Highlands Reserve

We've just spent a wonderful week at Sam & Betty's fantastic villa at Highlands Reserve.....we didn't want to leave! We loved the location of the villa, having no rear neighbours was a first for us and felt so private, peaceful and relaxing, along with having the fantastic wildlife to watch out for...we spotted a coyote one day, a giant tortoise, a small snake (more like a worm!) wild turkeys, geckos, dragon flies, squirells, butterflies .....it was amazing! The pool area was brilliant...tonnes of space with plenty of seats and loungers to enjoy the sun or shade. The villa had absolutely everything you could need or want and really is a home from home with 4 spacious bedrooms, welcoming tv/sofa area and well equipped kitchen and dining area. We can't wait to come back! Thanks again for having us :)

We are currently in this fantastic home, and that’s what it feels like it feels like a home from the moment you walk in rather than an anonymous rental. We love the Southwest pool which is lovely to play around in and with no rear neighbours the position of the Villa is great, but just the whole feel of it, it doesn’t feel like a rental villa and we’ve stayed in plenty of those over the years, and this just feels like you’re coming back to your own home of an evening after a full day at the parks. We wouldn’t hesitate to book this villa again are we can’t wait to come back. Thank you, Betty and Sam with your great communication.

Myself and my husband stayed in September 2022 and we really hope to stay again. The villa was beautiful it had the most comfortable sofa and had the most amazing pool with a lovely view. Sam and Betty were very helpful throughout. Great location and easy to get to.

Firstly, booked the villa for August 2020 but due to the pandemic, postponed until 2022. Sam and Betty were fantastic, honouring the initial price, regular, friendly comms, etc. Villa was very comfortable indeed with absolutely everything required for a family vacation. The pool area was great. Sun's out from 9am-ish for the rest of the day, pretty private and allowed us the pleasure of watching all kinds of wildlife on the adjacent preserve. Walking to Berry Town Centre took around 15 minutes with Wendys/Dollar Tree a similar distance in the other direction. Would heartily recommend Sam and Betty's Highlands Reserve villa and hope to rent it again at sometime in the future.

My husband and I have stayed at this beautiful villa for the past 3 years. It has a very well situated location with the swimming pool backing onto a nature reserve. The pool area gets the sun for most of the day. The villa itself is well looked after and well equipped and Sam and Betty have recently redecorated and it looks great. The villa is within a short travelling distance from the theme parks and shopping malls.

This villa is absolutely beautiful, spotlessly clean and has all the amenities to make your stay as easy and convenient as possible. The pool area is amazing, captures the sun all day, fantastic to sit back and relax and enjoy some beautiful sunsets. The master bed is massive and so comfortable. Within a couple of minutes drive you have a Publix supermarket and local restaurants. Twenty min drive to Disney and all the parks and so convenient for the I4 if your heading off west to Tampa/Clearwater or east to Daytona. For the second time we stayed in the villa of Betty & Sam and it was great again. The villa is very complete and clean and you find all the comfort and space you need and looking for when your on vacation. This was the second time and i'm sure it's not the last time and to speak with the words of Walt Disney "see you back real soon" Thanks Betty & Sam for letting us stay in your fantastic villa. From the first email forward we had excellent communication with Sam and Betty.They answered all our questions promptly.The directions to the house were great and we loved the location.Close to grocery store,restaurants.Just far enough from the busy highways..Took approx 30-45 minutes to get to Disneyland area depending on the time of day.The house was amazing,spacious,and clean.Loved the big main bathroom.But hands down the pool was the best thing to come home at the end of the day and relax in.We did get the pool heated and loved it.That was the grandkids favourite part.We bought groceries and ate breakfast at home,packed lunches to go to the parks.And ate out for suppers most nights(we were on holidays)That saved a lot of money.The neighbourhood was great.Golfing,walking.It was quiet and relaxing.Loved Loved Loved it and would go back again.Thanks Sam and Betty??

A fantastic villa. I was dubious about booking a private villa, however I would recommend this one. It is exactly as described on the website and pictures are accurate. Owners Sam and Betty answered all my emails promptly. The villa is clean and the pool area is wonderful. Lovely views over the reserve. Ideal location for Disney etc. I would also recommend the swim with the Dolphins at Discovery Cove. I would highly recommend this villa and would return.

We were delighted with this villa on our recent trip to Florida. From our initial email to the owners (Sam and Betty) right through to arrival everything went very smoothly. You can tell that it is a much loved home and the attention to detail was fantastic ensuring a very relaxing stay. The home was in a very good location, close to everything - Disney etc. , the home was very nice and clean when we arrived. The pool was great, and one nice thing we loved about the home was that the reserve was directly behind the home, no homes behind you. Everything about our stay was great and I would recommend the home to anyone.

This was our first stay in this villa having stayed many times in the area over the last 25 years. On arrival we were delighted with the property which was amply sized for the four of us and could have accommodated more. It is well situated for the surrounding attractions and dining but far enough away to ensure peace and quiet for relaxing days around the pool which attracted the sun from the early morning through to sun set. The décor throughout the house was modern, light and stylish offering all we could need for our stay. A small problem with the pool heating was addressed immediately by the management company once we reported it. A property we definitely hope to return to!

We had a wonderful 3 week stay in this lovely vill and would not hesitate to stay here again or to recommend to family and friends. From our initial telephone enqiry everything ran very smoothly and we were given all the relevant information necessary to locate and access the villa. On arrival we were delighted to find that the house exceeded our expectations. It was beautifully maintaned and scrupulously clean. The location was perfect with the parks very easily accessible and a well stocked supermarket within walking distance. The facilities in the villa provided everything we needed and we particularly enjoyed the pool overlooking the conservation area. All in all a wonderful home from home. It was a pleasure to return at tjhe end of a tiring day at the parks, kick off our shoes and relax.

Our holiday to Florida with or Gran kids was enhanced by staying at this luxury villa which is not overlooked. It was ideal for commuting to the theme parks. The owners Sam & Betty attended to our every detail and provided detailed instructions on the directions from the two main airports. We have stayed in Florida on numerous occasions and for value and location I can thoroughly recommend this property

It's a beautiful villa and very clean. The villa is very complete and everything you wish for. I've been to a lot of villa's before in Davenport but never as beautiful as this one. We surely will come back. Thanks to Sam & Betty for letting us stay is this villa which feels like home.
