Orlando Heights | Highlands Reserve 5 Bed 3 Bath Villa

We are fortunate to have 2 beautiful areas for family relaxation! the first is the lounge at the front of the property with a large Roku TV which seats 8 people. The TV cabinet houses a range of family board games for guest use after a hard day at the parks! 

Further down the large imposing, galleried hallway is the front lounge with plush velvet sofa and various accent chairs and an ottoman. You can also choose to sit here to stream your favourite programmes or enjoy a family movie.

The kitchen is the hub of the family living space with easy access to the formal dining area, breakfast nook and breakfast bar.  We have a kettle, toaster, microwave, Keurig coffee maker and a crockpot for the slow cooker meal ready option when back from your busy day!

You will find a host of pots and pans, baking equipment and a plethora of tasteful white crockery and 2 sets of silverware. There's even a small hauntd mansion waffle maker - a must if you are a Disney fan!

Note the Disney  "hOme" sign has a range of velcro options for tailoring it to the season or celebration. 

We have a wide range of glasses, including the all important ice bucket for your bubbles!

Bedroom 2 - first floor Primary suite. Double aspect with king bed, 2 x feather pillows, TV, Large walk in closet, full length mirror, 2 x nightstands with USB charging lamps. Ceiling fan.

Bedroom 3 - Disney themed twin room. Double aspect.TV, walk in closet, Drawer unit. Ceiling fan.

Bedroom 4 - Blue and white room, King bed, TV, 2 x feather pillows, built in closet, 2 x chest of drawers, full length mirror. Ceiling fan.

Bedroom 5 - Pink and silver room. Queen bed golf course views. TV, built in closet. 2 x nighstands with USB charging lamps, chest of drawers. Full length mirror. Ceiling fan. 

Ground floor bathroom - sink with mirrored vanity unit and storage, WC, bath and shower. Hairdryer.

Ensuite bathroom - double sink with mirrored vanity unit and storage, seperate WC. Walk in shower and seperate oval tub. Hairdryer.

Family bathroom sink with mirrored vanity unit and storage, linen cupboard, bath and shower. Hairdryer.

Our games room at the front of the property has a wide range of fun activities for famies and adults alike;

• 2 player basketball hoop game
• Small childrens ping pong table
• 4 x bar stools and bar table  
• Wall mounted TV
• 2 large fans
• Set of golf clubs for complimentary guest use
• There is also a useful rail to hang up your coats after a florida rain shower!

The 30 foot pool is West - slightly southerley facing so we get the sun most of the day and amazing sunsets!. The pool has steps leading into the shallow end. Covered lanai. Dining table and 6 x chairs ( 1 under the shaded terrace that also has a ceiling fan) and a round table on the pool deck with 4 chairs ( optional umbrella). We have 4 x loungers plus a double lounger bed with side tables and a canopy for shade. In addition there are 4 x small sun chairs currently located in the private garden. There are movable safety fences which will always be up on arrival. There are also door alarms for safety.  The garden has a fence to the left so total privacy and pools to the right. The view from the pool deck and garden is stunning, looking down on the golf course and further to the nature reserve.

The outside space is Orlando Heights' crowning glory! with its stunning views and sunsets you will enjoy looking out over Highlands reserve golf course and hear the occasional sound of a ball being launched ! its a peaceful area with no traffic sounds and very few cars. There is space at the front to park 2 cars on the driveway. 

We have had a fence constructed to the left as our lovely resident neighbours who look out for us have some cute dogs who used to pop over and visit. Not all our guests are fans so the fence keeps harmony and gives us even more privacy,

We have converted our garage to the games room for guests enjoyment. There is parking for 2 cars on the driveway.

We have excellent WIFI which works thoughout the property - passwords are located on signs within the villa.

We have a pack and play cot, a high chair and plastic cutlery, plates , bowls and cups for the little ones.
