Highlands Reserve to Disney World and the Orlando parks
Plan your drive from your chosen villa to the specific park's guest parking entrance. Disney World covers a large area: reaching its boundary is different from arriving at Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, Hollywood Studios or Animal Kingdom. Journey times vary with traffic, your starting address and the route.

Sunshine Villa
Sun shone over the pool area all day every day. Pool was heated & was the best part of the villa. The layout of the villa was great for a large family. Villa is not new but overall a great place to stay for your Florida holiday (vacation!). My teenage kids loved the large TV's & the internet worked very well for my twin sons to stream online. Great games room next to the pool. Finding the villa was easy & is situated close to restaurants & the theme parks. I would stay here again & again but the villa is popular so....plan ahead if you want to stay here!

Wonderful two month stay
We stayed in this beautiful; home for two months in Jan and Feb this year The home is great and the support was terrific if there were any issues.
The area was wonderful nice neighbors, clean and safe. Golf course needs improvement but staff was very friendly and helpful.
We are going to stay for two months again in 2023

Beautiful property with everything you'll need
The entire family had an absolute blast; this villa was immaculate, spacious and the location was fabulous - super easy to find and plenty of things to do. I would stay there again anytime. We all loved the home and the pool was a nice end-of-day treat for all of us.

We love this rental home!
We have been renting this home for several years, love the layout and amenities. We use the spa and pool frequently and the spacious deck. The house is always extremely clean upon our arrival, the current property management has been very responsive to our requests! We would recommend this property as it is close to all the attractions! A couple of restaurants we would recommend would be Manny's and Texas Roadhouse, they provide great food at a reasonable price.
