Overview
Our villa offers one of the finest elevated views in Central Florida. From the directly south-facing pool you have a spectacular panorama covering the fourth green, fifth tee and fairway, ninth fairway and the conservation area beyond and are ideally placed to watch the enchanting sunsets to the west. With the property situated in a cul-de-sac, the pie-shaped plot ensures privacy.
Location
Highlands Reserve Florida villas located in Davenport, just off HWY27. This luxury villa rental, golf course community is a great place from which explore all the world famous Orlando attractions. As you enter the community, and pass the welcoming waterfall, you drive down the main tree lined Highlands Reserve Blvd and pass the clubhouse on your right. Various golf holes can also be seen from either side of the road. The community also has a children’s play area. NO SERVICE FEE
The Highlands Reserve Orlando community is split into seven subdivisions. Most have golf related names you will recognise including, Troon, Belfry and Gleneagles. If the names inspire you to enjoy a round of golf, then tee times can be booked at the clubhouse. The course is ideal for golfers of all levels. With wide open fairways, undulating greens and only one water hazard on the tenth hole.
For a different golfing experience why not try the Country Club at Champions Gate or Ridgewood Lakes both of which are nearby. Other local courses include Southern Dunes, Reunion Resort (3 courses) and Champions Gate (2 courses). So many options so little time!
After a hard round of golf why not check out the locals favourite bar, the Paddy Wagon! Located at Berry Town Center, the nearby shopping plaza, the Paddy Wagon has quiz nights, ladies night and lots of drink specials. As well as multiple tv screens showing all your favourite sports and English Premier football.
If you are in Orlando to visit the theme parks then Highlands Reserve is a great location with Disney World's main gate only 15 minutes away. Whilst, Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure and SeaWorld are around 25 minutes away by car.
Fancy a day at the beach, no problem, Highlands Reserve is located about an hour from either coast. Cocoa Beach on the Atlantic is great for surfing. Whilst, Clearwater Beach on the Gulf Coast is ideal for swimming or relaxing in the calm warm waters, which live up to it’s name!
Highlands Reserve Florida Villas in Davenport
All our Highlands Reserve Davenport villas are located around 35 minutes from Orlando International Airport (MCO). Sanford (SFB) and Tampa (TPA) airports are just over an hour away. British Airways and Virgin Atlantic fly direct to Orlando and Tampa along with a number of other airlines. Most tour operators like Thomson fly into Sanford airport.
A great advantage of staying on Highlands Reserve is the size of the lots the villas are built on. Having oversized lots means the homes are not right on top of each other, which you often see on other Orlando villa communities.
Guests come back year after year to Highlands Reserve making it one of the most popular villa communities in Orlando. With its great location, excellent golf course and larger than normal homes, it’s easy to see why!
Highlands Reserve Orlando Villas: Driving Distances to the Theme Parks
We have added the actual driving distances to the main Orlando theme parks. These are not the distances to the main gate which most people quote, but to the car park for each attraction.
Most journeys to the parks are via highways or the main I-4 Interstate. Driving at speeds of 55-65 MPH makes it quick to get there, and all attractions are well sign posted.

Pool Safety Fences
Most of our Florida villas will either have door alarms on any exterior door that leads to the pool area or a pool safety fence surrounding the pool. Some even both, we have put together a blog post and video showing you how to use the fence. If there are no children in your party then you can take it out and rolling it up in the corner if you prefer but please put it back when you leave the villa, ready for the next guests.

Magnificent !
We stayed it this beautiful Villa during the Summer of 2018.
This Villa is faultless.....it has the most amazing view over the golf course to the rear of the property.....which really made our vacation extra special. The Villa was immaculate in every other way too. We can’t recommend it highly enough. Thank you Guy.

Fantastic villa with best outlook
Stayed here July 2016. It's a fabulously situated villa overlooking the 4th green and 9th fairway of the golf course. Probably the best view on Highlands Reserve by far!!! The villa is lovely with plenty of room. The pool is gorgeous with sunshine all day. However, the outside seating area could do with updating but this in no way spoilt our enjoyment and we wouldn't hesitate to return here again. Close by to all local amenities. The English bar on the Berry Shopping Centre is definitely worth a try.
Guy, the villa owner, was very helpful and easy to contact. All in all an amazing holiday on a fabulous resort in a lovely villa. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend. We'll be back.

Great location for golf
Excellent villa. Undoubtedly one of the best on Highlands Reserve we've stayed in. Wireless internet access proved very useful (aren't we sad!) We enjoyed fine weather and lots of good golf.

BEST OF THEM ALL
We have been coming to Florida since 1989. In all the villas we have stopped in this one beat's them all. It is in an ideal location and having a disabled person the layout is perfect. We would have no hesitation in booking this villa again.

Perfect location to visit Disney from

Better than a hotel
Our first experience of a villa in Florida - it definitely beats staying in hotels - the problem was that once we were here we didn't want to go out!! Had many lovely hours around the pool. The villa is wonderful, well equipped and well maintained.

Great location
I would like to thank you for letting us have your villa at Highlands. I must say it was the best one we have been in with great views of the golf course, again the best we have had. I may be interested to book again the same time next year. We had no problems and hope we left it in the same condition.

Perfect villa and location
You have a beautiful villa here in Florida. We came up trumps when we picked your fantastic home. Great pool, lovely views, like a show house inside - we couldn't have asked for anything better. We come over here every year and this is definitely the best villa we have stayed in. Hope to be back again next year. Nothing negative to say. Great villa
What a stunning place, we were in love from the drive up to the villa, to the moment we drove away. I cant say enough good about this villa, but I want to thank the owners for allowing us to stay there. Great rooms, perfect outdoor space, great views of the golf course, sun all day from morning till night. I would book this villa again with no hesitation and after 1 day being back are planning the next visit to this paradise.

Best villa yet

We have looked at putting in a safe but we have heard that this can cuase problems (people losing combinations/key codes etc.) and this can lead to unexpected charges for guests so we have opted not to add one at this stage but we will review this.

Like a Premier villa
This is our second trip to Florida. Last year we stayed in a Premier villa and we have found your home to be just as lovely. We have 3 boys (13,11 & 5) and within minutes of being through the door they were in the pool and would have been in there every day given the chance. Absolutely loved being able to sit out in the morning with a cuppa and enjoy the peace and quiet. Loved the fact that it was so close to Publix and is in such a good location to all the parks.

Impressive lightning
Great place here. Views are really good. Its rainy season now and the lightning shows early evening are fantastic. Kids enjoyed the pool. Hope everyone enjoys the villa as much as we did.

The lightning shows can be particularly spectacular and is very dramatic to watch from the safety of the villa. The villa is also built to withstand 120+ mph winds so hopefully OK for hurricanes too!
Great golf course views
We've had a lovely holiday and your villa & pool were perfect. The views across the golf course are great - next time we come we shall bring our clubs. A mirror and waste bin for the second bedroom would be a helpful addition.
