Highlands Reserve Stunning 4 Bed Villa, Private Pool, ALL DAY SUN

We have just returned from our wonderful stay in this beautiful villa. Sharon was great to deal with right from the start with good communication and friendly manner. Villa was excellent, we chose this because of the two master bedrooms as we were two couples. Villa is in excellent condition and everything you could possibly need/want is provided for. The Publix and other shops are close by and you can get there without having to go to the main road. Villa is lovely and quiet with privacy to the sides and rear. We know Highlands Reserve well having been to this area a few times and would recommend this villa to others. Hopefully we can return sometime.

So we have just returned home from our wonderful holiday and a second stay in Sharon and Alex’s fantastic villa. From the second we walked through the front door it was exactly as we remembered it and we were “home”. It was spotlessly clean, SO comfortable, equipped with everything we needed ( and even things we didn’t know we needed until we saw them) and much much more. The beds were extremely comfortable and the whole house was somewhere our whole family could enjoy and relax after long Park Days. The pool and outlook was the star of it all. Seeing so much wildlife was really magical. A family of deer in your “back yard” is so special. Finally but most importantly was dealing with Sharon. Nothing was too much trouble and she went above and beyond to make our stay the best. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us. Already planning our next trip! xx

Fantastic villa with everything you may need. spacious and in a quiet neighbourhood overlooking woodland area. We enjoyed a very comfortable stay. Location was great not far from supermarkets and restaurants. Sharon the owner was very friendly and made us welcome. thanks again for a wonderful stay.

Villa was lovely and clean. Everything we needed for our 2 week stay was provided. Easy to find, and close to the Disney parks. Publix store was 5 minutes away in car, and was very handy. We thoughly enjoyed our stay at the villa, it was very comfortable and the pool was amazing. We will definitely be back in the future and would recommend highly. Thanks Sharon for everything. We had a fabulous time.

Unfortunatley its time for us to leave your beautiful home! We'd like to thank you for letting us stay in your home and we've had a wonderful time. The villa has everything anyone would need and the attention to detail is very impressive. All the utensils are of a very high standard and any issues were resolved very quickly. A huge bonus in staying here is the amazing wildlife which you can see from the rear of the property & the seclusion and privacy. Without doubt we will return!! Well where do I start!. From the minute we booked this place I was beyond excited. We had fantastic information prior to arrival, personal messages so excited for us and our up and coming holiday. When we arrived everything was beyond perfect. Great starter pack of household items. The rooms spacious, so so perfectly clean, the appliances and kitchen wear fantastic and the fridge! That fridge! If I could have left my husband there and brought the fridge home with me I would have. It did ice cubes, cold water and crushed ice. I’ve been trying to figure out since how to fit one in my kitchen at home. The pool was clean and perfect. So quite outside backing onto fields. We had an issue with the Lenie when we were there due to the umbrella blowing into it and reported it and it was miraculously fixed when we were out one day. Commute to Disney not an issue at all. Lots of establishments around. Just the most perfect place on earth really. Best quality of the place is Sharon Ellis the lovely owner! Cried when we left.

We have just returned from staying in this amazing villa. Sharon was helpful and friendly throughout, nothing was too much trouble. She was extremely responsive to messages. The villa itself is exactly like it is shown in the photos. There were lots of little extras left which we really appreciated - silly things like bin bags, washing pods, dishwasher tablets. We have stayed in a few villas over the years on Highlands Reserve and this is definitely one of our favourites. We love the outlook from the pool area and the fact you get the sun all day long. The games room was another hit. We will definitely be looking to book a return visit.

Let’s start with the amazing owner Sharon. Brilliant! Words like attentive, efficient, helpful, accommodating and every other positive adjective you can think of is what she is. An absolute pleasure to deal with. We have stayed on Highlands Reserve many times (our favourite estate) and we find it central to theme parks and shopping. The Welcome Pack Sharon sent us thoroughly covered everything we needed to know and made our arrival/holiday so much easier. Now the villa…We have stayed in many villas over the 27 years we have been visiting Florida. Some shockers in the earlier trips and some really lovely ones but walking in to Reflections Villa was magical and it just felt like we were home. ?? Absolutely spotless, so comfortable, well stocked with everything you could want or need and we can honestly say it has been our most favourite of all. So much so that we are already booking in for next year! The pool area and conservation view is a real extra bonus to this beautiful villa. To lie on a sun lounger watching deer walking by along the edge of the wooded area is very special indeed. Like a dream. Thanks again for sharing your beautiful villa with us and I’d highly recommend a stay to everyone. ??

I was very fortunate to spend four weeks in November with my family at Reflections Villa. What a beautiful home! Sharon has incorporated everything you'll need to have a wonderful and relaxing holiday. The attention to detail throughout the villa was incredible. From the basket of pool towels by the door, to the comfiest of beds and bedding - all lovely quality. The decor is tasteful, and the massive sofa is perfect for family movie nights. The pool area is always sunny. My grandchildren especially loved the pool, hours of fun were had by everyone, myself included. The pool area isn't overlooked, except by the deers, which we had the pleasure of seeing several times. The view over the woodland is truly very special - watching the wildlife and birds was a wonderful treat of a morning. The games room was also a massive hit with a wide selection of games to play. Now Sharon. She is a delight and I will miss our emails. She was informative, always responding quicky to any questions you had, checking in to make sure everything was okay, was there anything we needed. She genuinely wanted everything to be perfect for you and it was. I have been lucky to visit Florida many times and stayed at some nice homes but here, for me felt very different, so relaxing. We were genuinely sad to leave here. The location is perfect, literally minutes from Publix, a wide choice of eateries including Twistee Treats. We are lucky to be returning in March but not happy to find Reflections Villa not available. Please don't hesitate to stay here but unlike me, book early so you don't miss out, you'll regret it.

We recently stayed at Reflections Villa and couldn't have been more pleased. This spacious, well-appointed villa was perfect for our family of four. The bedrooms were comfortable, and the open-plan living area made it easy for us all to relax together. The games room was amazing as well and the kids thoroughly enjoyed this. The highlight was definitely the private pool with its stunning views—perfect for enjoying the Florida sunshine. The villa's location was ideal, offering peace and quiet while still being close to all the attractions. We highly recommend Reflections Villa for a relaxing and memorable family holiday.
