Overview

This fantastic lake view home is one of the larger homes on Lake Berkley and boasts 7 bedrooms 7.5 bathrooms.  This home is perfect for the larger families or groups.  All bedrooms come with en-suite bathrooms and smart cable TVs which gives every member of the trip complete privacy.  

Two large family room areas and open plan kitchen lead out onto the large pool deck overlooking the largest lake on the resort where you can unwind watching nature at its best and sometimes being able to catch a rocket launch from Cape Canaveral.  

This large pool and spa comes with optional pool heating (contact us for a price) which we do recommend for stays between October and April.  If you love to grill then this home has got you covered with a large bbq grill again overlooking the lake area.

The games room featuring pool table, foosball, basketball hoop, playstation and smart tv make this a perfect destination for kids of all ages to entertain themselves.

Living

The main living area is located at the back of the home and is part of an open plan area with the kitchen.  With direct access to the pool and beautiful outlook this really delivers the wow factor.

Two large sofas, large screen tv with cable and dvd player offer comfort and entertainment.  

This room also leads to the master bedroom and small toilet area and utility room which has a washer and dryer, iron and ironing board and plenty of pool towels.

Kitchen

Large kitchen area with middle island featuring stools to sit around.  This home comes with all the appliances you need such as dishwasher, stove, double fridge freezer, microwave, closet.  The kitchen area also offers direct access to the pool deck.

Dining

Large dining table with 8 chairs.  Located to the front of the home the dining area is also open plan to the second living area which features two large comfortable sofas.

Rear of the home overlooks the biggest lake on Lake Berkley looking onto the island where you will be able to relax and watch the wildlife.

Other side of the lake features a childrens play area and walking trail.

Restaurants & Shops near Lake Berkley Resort

Lake Berkley is also very close to lots of restaurants and fast food outlets mostly located on HWY 192 as well as a Walmart and ALDI super markets. You also have lots of gas stations, pharmacy's and retail shops. A couple of miles down HWY192 is a Sam's Club and Target SuperCenter.

If your looking to do some shopping the nearest outlet mall is the Lake Buena Vista Factory Stores which are about 5 miles away. Other nearby attractions include Kissimme Old Town which has lots of old school theme park rides and stores and is 5 miles away. You also have two golf clubs very close by which are Falcon's Fire Golf Club and Celebration Golf Club.

Lake Berkley Resort nearby Airports

Located in Kissimmee the Lake Berkley Resort is only 20 miles (30 minutes) from Orlando International Airport (MCO). If you are flying in to Tampa International Airport (TPA) this is 80 miles (90 minutes) via Interstate 4. The last airport would be Sandford International Airport (SFB) which is 50 miles (60 minutes) drive. As you can see the Lake Berkley Resort is close to everything so an ideal for your next Orlando vacation.
