Facilities
Please note this resort is a tow away zone 24/7. Only two cars are permitted to park on the driveway. No on street, curbside or grass parking at any time. Property Manager, home owner and booking agent have no responsibility should this happen.
Living
The whole ground floor is open plan, so the living area comes with two large sofas with cable tv and soundbar on large screen tv. The room has two sliding door leading out onto the pool deck.
Kitchen
Open plan white kitchen with pantry and stainless steel appliances. There is also a high top island with four stools providing additional seating.
Dining
Large dining table in the open plan floorspace.
Bedrooms
Master Bedroom on ground floor comes with King bed large screen cable tv with walk way thorugh to large ensuite bathroom. Room also comes with a ceiling fan and closet.
Second master bedroom on second floor comes with King bed, cable roku tv, ceiling fan and walk way through to large ensuite bathroom with walk in closet.
Third bedroom comes with a Queen bed, ceiling fan, cable roku tv and ensuite bathroom and closet.
Bedroom four comes with a King bed, ceiling fan, cable roku tv and closet. Use of shared bathroom with bedroom 5.
Bedroom 5 comes with a double bunk on the bottom and single bunk on top, roku cable tv, and closet.
Bathrooms
Master bathroom on ground floor comes with his and hers large shower, his and hers sink, separate toilet.
Master bedroom 2 comes with large walk in shower and his and hers sinks. Separate toilet
Bathroom 3 in bedroom 3 comes with walk in shower and toilet
Bathoom 4 is a shared bathroom for bedrooms 4 and 5 comes with a shower over the bathtub, sink and toilet.
Bathroom 5 is on the ground floor adjacent to the door to the outside so good use as a shower room from the pool. Comes with walk in shower, sink and toilet.
Games Room
Comes with large slate bed pool table and air hockey. Also has AC in the garage and hightop bar stools and table.
Pool
Large oversized private pool and spa facing south west. Pool can be heated for $35 per night. We do recommend heating during the months of October - April.
Outside
Large oversized pool deck with pool & spa facing south west looking out onto conservation. Homes either side are set back so gives you plenty of privacy. Full length covered lanai offers plenty of shade. Out here there is also a dining table and chairs, sunloungers, wicker seating area and gas BBQ. The space out here is larger than most other pool decks and really needs to be seen to appreicate it.

Solterra Resort Orlando located in Davenport, Florida just off HWY54. This resort style community is only 15 minutes from Disney World. The Solterra Resort has a communal clubhouse open to all guests. It features a large pool area with water slide, lazy river, hot tub and plenty of sun loungers for all. There is also a large covered lounge area with outdoor TV’s and tables so you can get a break from the hot Florida sun, whilst enjoying a snack from the onsite cafe. Building work is ongoing as the community grows, and new homes are being added to the site as they are completed.
Solterra Resort Rentals minutes from Disney
Inside the Solterra Resort air conditioned clubhouse there is a gym with state of the art workout equipment. There is also a lounge with comfy sofas, dining tables, HDTV, breakfast bar and small kitchen area. An ideal area to sit, read a book and relax while the kids play in the pool.
For kids there is a play area which has slides, climbing frames and is sand based so easy on the feet. If you feel like a game of Tennis there are courts available but you will need your own balls and racket.
Solterra Resort is close to shops, restaurants and supermarkets at Champions Gate or Reunion Resort. As well as minutes from the Orlando attractions via the I4. If you are flying in to Orlando then the Solterra Resort is only 30 minute from Orlando International Airport. With Sandford Airport about an hour and Tampa about 1 hr 15 mins.

Most owners will ask guests to leave a review once they have returned home from there stay. Unfortunately alot don't bother, for no particular reason they just never get round to it or had a great time but don't know what to write.

Restaurants near Solterra Resort, Florida
Whilst staying at the Solterra Resort you will no doubt be eating out most nights. The closest place would be Champions Gate village which has a selection of shops, gas stations, pharmacies and restaurants. We have put together a list of Champions Gate restaurants with links to the menus so you can see what's on offer. Our personal favourite is Millers Ale House or Chili's.

Direction to Solterra Resort Orlando
More than likely you will be driving to Solterra Resort via Interstate 4 so below are the very simple directions from Interstate 4. We have also added driving direction from Orlando International Airport, Sandford and Tampa airports so you won't get lost after a long flight.
East Bound: Take I-4 Exit 55 and go south on Highway 27. Turn right on Heller Brothers Blvd. Then right on Ernie Caldwell Blvd. Then left on Pine Tree Trail. Solterra Resort will be on the right.
West Bound: Take Exit 58 at Champions Gate. Go right on Champions Gate Blvd. Turn Left on Ronald Reagan Parkway and then right on Pine Tree Trail. Solterra Resort will be on the left.
Solterra Resort Nearby Shops
The Solterra Resort is located just off HWY54 in Davenport and is close to Champions Gate, Posner Park and Reunion. Each of these areas has shops, supermarkets and restaurants so you are never far from anything. For shopping head to Posner Park as this is the nearest shopping mall which also has a brand new cinema. Other nearby places include Celebration which has lots of restaurants and independent boutiques. Great place for lunch and a walk around the lake. You are also not far from HWY192 which is the main road that links Davenport to Kissimmee and has hundreds of shops, restaurants and other attractions.

These are actual distances to the car parks rather than to the edge of the Disney property which is how most people quote times. We want to give you a realistic time, Disney has a 30 square mile site so once you reach the edge of the property you can still have a 10 minute drive to get to the car parks. Golf Courses near Solterra Resort Orlando
There are lots of golf courses near the Solterra Resort but here are just a few that I would recommend. You can normally book on there personal websites or by calling the pro shops which is sometimes best if the weather is looking a bit unsettled. If you book online you can't normally cancel, but if call and book over the phone they don't normally ask for payment upfront. If the weather is looking good also check www.golfnow.com as they often have last minute Hot deals and you can get some very cheap rates.
