3 Bedroom 2 Bath Villa | Loma Linda

Bev's villas are now "home from home" for us and whatever the weather and season they live up to expectations - very clean, well furnished and everything you could need. The pool area was clean and very peaceful - the wildlife neatly seemed to make it very secluded. Our only debate is which of the villas we prefer - jury still out. Bev is as good a host as one could wish for - always responsive and helpful (especially when we had a cancelled flight and needed guidance as how to avoid the holiday being totally disrupted). We will book again!

We stayed at Bev's beautiful house in the Davenport area for 10 days and loved every minute of it. Communication with Bev was perfect and the house was beautiful and well equipped including a very handy dishwasher! Location was fantastic for Disney/ Universal etc and we loved being here over the holiday period when families were decorating their houses in the residential area for a Christmas competition. Will definitely be back - thank you!

The communication before renting was great. all questions were answered and we were given all information needed to check-in. We found the house clean, beautifully decorated, spacious and in a nice quiet neighborhood, very close to all the major attractions as well as shopping areas. The pool are was lovely and very private with a jungle like feeling. We will definitely rebook.

We have just returned home from a wonderful two week stay in this stunning villa. It was everything we needed it to be & more. Spacious, homely, spotlessly clean, modern facilities, well equipped, the pool area is huge, the gardens well maintained & and add a little extra magic, especially at night with the fairy lights on. It’s close to shops, restaurants, 20 minutes from Disney. We would absolutely stay here again. The keypad on the door is great & made us feel very secure, communication was faultless & the lovely owners checked in with us during our stay to make sure we were happy & comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble. We will absolutely be back again & would recommend to anyone. We had the best holiday with this villa as our base.

From initial enquiry to return of security deposit, the process couldn't have been any better and professional. The villa is absolutely fantastic and everything you would need whether a short break or 14 nights +. Location in Davenport is perfect, lovely and quiet and situated in a cul-de-sac. Just a short drive to theme parks , local supermarkets, malls, etc. I would definitely recommend this villa to all, you won't be disappointed. The pool table is a great addition whether you have kids or just adults.

Absolutely loved are stay at this villa it had everything we needed, great location, a beautiful private setting. I stayed here with my husband and 2 teenage children 15yrs and 18yrs. They loved having their own bedroom with their own bathroom between them. Loved coming back after a busy day to get in the pool which was a perfect size for us. Then a few games of pool in the games room to finish of the day. The scenery surrounding the pool area was beautiful and made sitting out a relaxing environment. We also felt very safe here. Bev was amazing gave me so much needed information before we even left for our hols and was to hand the whole time we were there. I would definitely recommend this villa and thank Bev for making our stay in Orlando so easy??

We just came home from a 3 week holiday and stayed in Bev’s villa, it is absolutely beautiful and has everything you need and more. Beds are super comfy. Lovely quality bed linen and towels. Pool area is stunning as it’s set in woodlands and you hear so much wildlife, I loved sitting outside listening to it all and I was so lucky to see the resident owl and raccoon! It’s set in a perfect location to reach all the popular attractions. Bev goes above and beyond to make your stay is a happy one. If you book this villa you will want to come back again and again!

I really don't know where to start, but how about WOW. This villa is beautiful. It has everything anyone would need to have the perfect holiday. The beautiful surroundings, trees and vegetation at the rear, with racoons, cranes, birds (get an App to find out the sounds), so quiet and peaceful. Bev, the owner was fabulous from start to finish, we feel like she is a friend. She is always on hand for questions, not that we needed to ask. Having been to Florida many times, since 1989, I can hand on heart say this is the best Villa we have ever stayed in, and will definitely definitely return. So sad to leave, thinking someone else will be here when we go. Also, very close to restaurants, shops and access to I4, 27 and 17. Thank you Bev. Until the next time.

After a very long (flight delayed) journey, arrival here at Woodlands was so uplifting and exciting, from the wonderful lights out front, highlighting the villa, to the beautiful furnishings, to the lannai covered patio and pool area, we knew we would have a great time here. Being in a corner plot, backing onto a wildlife reserve, you feel you’re in front row centre of your own wildlife show. Not overlooked at all, the deck/patio area is very private. And the pool has been absolute bliss after a long park day. There’s plenty of shade accessible by wind-out awnings and umbrellas, and very comfy sunbeds and chairs to relax on. Inside, the luxury furnishings are so nice to chill-out on after dinner, and comfortable climate control AC to keep the Florida heat at bay. Woodlands owner, Bev, is just so helpful and friendly, answering any questions or queries both prior to our visit and during. It is so appreciated to be able to contact someone with great knowledge of the area and experience in hosting a property. Woodlands has been an absolute sanctuary, and would highly recommend it for a stay here in Florida. Definitely five stars ??

We have been visiting Florida and staying in Bev's villas for 15 years so we were so excited to stay here. There are no words to describe how beautiful it is. The villa is beautifully decorated and so inviting when you walk in. We felt immediately at home and had everything we needed. Easy access to the parks and shops with Disney just 15 mins away and Universal Studios around 20-25 mins. Bev really has thought of everything as usual. TV's in every room, games room with pool table, the kitchen has everything you could possibly want, the management are fabulous but our favourite part was the pool and deck area. Aside from being south facing and receiving sun all day long, the wildlife we saw was incredible. Racoons, Owls, red cardinal birds, cranes, the list goes on. I loved nothing more than waking up early and watching the sun rise with a cup of "Joe" and seeing all the animals come to life. I cried when we left, could have stayed forever. We have booked again next year, and the year after and the year after that etc. Thanks again Bev, best stay ever - here's to many more !
