Sunridge Woods 3 Bedroom 2 Bath Florida Villa

We have been visiting Herons Rest for over 10 years. I cannot express absolutely incredible this place is. The villa itself is perfect and is equipped with everything you could need. The games room is great fun and I very much enjoy winning a game of pool against my other half! The pool deck is incredible with the most awesome view of the lake. It’s private, south facing with sun all day and we adore relaxing and admiring the wildlife. Huge thanks to Bev for another awesome stay in February. We’re back again in May and cannot wait!

We had a fabulous holiday at this beautiful executive villa. The house is spacious, spotless, and extremely comfortable. The layout is perfect for families, with large bedrooms, comfortable beds, and excellent en-suites. It was easy to find and get access with the information provided, the property has a beautiful decoration and is well maintained and cleaned! The south-facing private pool and large deck overlooking the lake were definitely highlights — perfect for relaxing after busy days at the Disney parks. The experience of fishing in the lake was amazing, kids had so much fun ?? We truly felt at home and were extremely satisfied with our stay. The location is ideal, very close to Disney Parks and other attractions. Everything we needed was provided and Beverley was amazing by providing all support for us! I’m so grateful for everything ?? We were very satisfied customers and would 100% recommend this property. A true 5-star experience! ? ? ? ? ?

Another amazing stay at Herons Rest. From start to finish its been perfect. The villa is brilliant with everything you need for a home from home. Its immaculately clean inside and out. The view onto the lake is so peaceful and watching the herons do their daily walkabout is all part of the fun. Watching the sunrise and sunset from the deck is so relaxing. Communication and support from Bev throughout the process is second to none, and she makes everything so easy, such a wonderful host. Thank you so much for letting us use your beautiful villa again and cant wait for our next trip.

We had a fantastic stay at this villa! The owner was incredibly communicative, sharing helpful info before and during our trip. The villa was easy to find, in a peaceful neighborhood, and beautifully clean and well-equipped—everything we needed was there. Highly recommend!

We booked this last minute and with all the apprehension that brings, it was soon forgotten when arrived at the Villa. Lovely quiet location and the Villa is really nicely decorated with everything you need. Really a home from home. The layout is great with the 3 large bedrooms and lovely living area. The pool was great and even on a few cooler days it was a ok temperature. Good location about 20-25mins to disney, and less then 10mins to local restaurants and shops.

We’d like to say a massive thanks to Bev and family The villa was lovely clean / spacious. The pool an seating area is just so peaceful We’d sit out side every morning an just watch the world go by while having the morning coffee before the rush of the parks . It’s a view you couldn’t buy watching the early morning crocodile popping up for his morning swim around 7:00-7:30 …? An after a busy day around the parks just coming back to siting out side pool side , an enjoying the peaceful evening Lovely wild life around the area also Bev you’ve got one lovely villa so thanks very much . Bev kept in touch from start to finish with anything we had to ask , a was super fast on her reply . Thanks again for an easy booking an stay Am sure we’ll see you in the future the wife and daughter can’t wait to come back already lol ??. Xx thanks Taylor family xx

We had an excellent stay at Heron’s Rest. The whole booking process and communication beforehand was simply fantastic. The villa itself was amazing with incredible facilities. The pool is an amazing feature and the sunset in the evenings was spectacular. We would definitely recommend and would look to stay again if there was availability. Thank you

Wow!! 2nd time visiting Herons Rest ! The villa is bright , spacious and airy ! The villa was super clean when we arrived . The pool and outside area are fab ! The villa is not overlooked and the stunning lake view makes it picture perfect. Location is perfect for us ! It is the 2nd time we have stayed at Herons Rest and it won’t be the last. Bev is an amazing host , she has made booking with her so easy , she is very quick at responding to any queries ! If we could give 10 stars we would !

We have just returned from a two week stay in this beautiful villa. It has absolutely everything a family would need. Bev , villa owner communicated well with us and was available to respond to any queries we may have had. Fixtures, fittings and decor excellent plus the beds were so very comfortable and aided a really good nights sleep. It sits in a quiet area with a great view of the lake and not overlooked. It’s so very close to some lovely restaurants and with more being built on the doorstep so it’s hard to beat. We booked pool heating and it was amazing at the end of a busy day. We loved the lanai and the fairy lights and outdoor lighting truly enhanced our evenings. We have booked again for next year which just goes to show how much we have enjoyed our stay. Superb host and superb accommodation.10/10

Villa very clean and just as advertised amazing tv,s with lots of channels and user friendly. We have been renting holiday accommodation in Davenport for over 30 years and the swimming pool was the best we have ever had. Above average size and always exceptionally clean. The villa is on a great plot overlooking the lake with lots of wildlife to observe. Bev a lovely host, information was good and easy to find . We wouldn’t hesitate to return but not much chance as Bev is always booked, which speaks for itself. Thank you Bev for all the correspondents and it was a real pleasure to deal with you.
