Location
Sunridge Woods Florida holiday villas to rent located just off HWY54 (Ronald Reagan Parkway) in Davenport Florida. A quiet development just 8 miles south of Disney World Orlando, the villas on Sunridge Woods villas are built on larger than average plots in a pretty community of woodland and lakes. Situated just of I-4 often referred to as the gateway to Florida, there is easy access to major attractions and the Atlantic and Gulf coasts for trips to the stunning coastlines in both the east and west. ChampionsGate, one of Orlando's top attractions featuring 36 holes of championship golf designed by golf champion Greg Norman, village retail centre with Publix supermarket and restaurants is 5 minutes away from your villa. For keen shoppers, there is a wide choice nearby including the Florida Mall, Premium Outlets, International Drive and Lakeland Mall.

Prices are inclusive of Florida State Taxes.
There is a minimum length of stay depending on time of year - please enquire for details.
Discounts available for bookings of 3 weeks or more. Bookings of less than 7 nights will incur a £100 end of stay cleaning charge. Stays of 7 nights or more are inclusive of end of stay cleaning charge.
A non refundable deposit of 20% is payable at time of booking, along with a completed booking form.
A security deposit of £300 is required with final balance and will be returned in full subject to a satisfactory report from the Management Company.
Heating of the pool is an optional extra and is usually necessary from November until April. Please enquire for pool heating prices as these vary depending on time of year.

A fabulous stay at Herons Rest!
We had the pleasure of staying at Herons Rest last week, our first time in Orlando. The villa was perfect, unbelievably spacious and impeccably turned out with everything we needed and more. Our two teenagers very much appreciated their spacious bedrooms, pool table and air-conditioning after long days out exploring.
The villa is situated in a beautiful spot, nested on the corner of a very beautiful and tranquil site overlooking a lake. We had the pleasure of meeting the resident little alligator several times, who'd pop his head up from time time. We spent lots of time in the beautiful outside space watching the wildlife whilst the kids enjoyed the pool. Whilst nested away from the busy spots, we could very easily reach where we needed to quickly in the car.
Bev was a fab source of information before and during our trip, and this was appreciated.
We will certainly stay here again on our next visit and would highly recommend to anyone.

Fabulous Second Visit to Heron's Rest - March 2026
We returned to Heron's Rest for a second holiday in late March. The villa provides a wonderful base for a Florida holiday and the property is maintained to a very high standard in every way. Bev the owner and her Management company provide excellent service and we will return as soon as we can. Heron's Rest is a wonderful home from home and has become a big part of our American dream holidays and never disappoints.

Beautiful home and lovely helpful owner.
We have just returned from our stay at Herons Rest. It was a lovely home in a peaceful residential area. It overlooks a beautiful lake so we enjoyed watching all the wildlife. The home was clean and had everything we needed. When we had a slight issue Larry the owner came straight round to sort it out. Bev is so lovely and helps in any way she can making everything easier for you. It really had the personal touch and you feel looked after when you are staying there. It was our second time and we are looking forward to planning our next stay.!!

The perfect Florida escape
We have been visiting Herons Rest for over 10 years. I cannot express absolutely incredible this place is. The villa itself is perfect and is equipped with everything you could need. The games room is great fun and I very much enjoy winning a game of pool against my other half!
The pool deck is incredible with the most awesome view of the lake. It’s private, south facing with sun all day and we adore relaxing and admiring the wildlife.
Huge thanks to Bev for another awesome stay in February. We’re back again in May and cannot wait!

Exceptional 5-Star Villa with Private Pool & Lake
We had a fabulous holiday at this beautiful executive villa. The house is spacious, spotless, and extremely comfortable. The layout is perfect for families, with large bedrooms, comfortable beds, and excellent en-suites. It was easy to find and get access with the information provided, the property has a beautiful decoration and is well maintained and cleaned!
The south-facing private pool and large deck overlooking the lake were definitely highlights — perfect for relaxing after busy days at the Disney parks. The experience of fishing in the lake was amazing, kids had so much fun ?? We truly felt at home and were extremely satisfied with our stay.
The location is ideal, very close to Disney Parks and other attractions. Everything we needed was provided and Beverley was amazing by providing all support for us! I’m so grateful for everything ??
We were very satisfied customers and would 100% recommend this property. A true 5-star experience! ? ? ? ? ?

Amazing villa with the best views
Another amazing stay at Herons Rest. From start to finish its been perfect. The villa is brilliant with everything you need for a home from home. Its immaculately clean inside and out.
The view onto the lake is so peaceful and watching the herons do their daily walkabout is all part of the fun. Watching the sunrise and sunset from the deck is so relaxing.
Communication and support from Bev throughout the process is second to none, and she makes everything so easy, such a wonderful host. Thank you so much for letting us use your beautiful villa again and cant wait for our next trip.

Peaceful Villa Stay with Thoughtful Host

Lovely stunning Villa
We booked this last minute and with all the apprehension that brings, it was soon forgotten when arrived at the Villa. Lovely quiet location and the Villa is really nicely decorated with everything you need. Really a home from home. The layout is great with the 3 large bedrooms and lovely living area. The pool was great and even on a few cooler days it was a ok temperature. Good location about 20-25mins to disney, and less then 10mins to local restaurants and shops.

We’d like to say a massive thanks to Bev and family
The villa was lovely clean / spacious.
The pool an seating area is just so peaceful
We’d sit out side every morning an just watch the world go by while having the morning coffee before the rush of the parks .
It’s a view you couldn’t buy watching the early morning crocodile popping up for his morning swim around 7:00-7:30 …?
An after a busy day around the parks just coming back to siting out side pool side , an enjoying the peaceful evening
Lovely wild life around the area also
