The space
This spectacular 8-bedroom, 8-bathroom, three-story cottage is designed for relaxation and fun, with four bedrooms conveniently located on the first floor.

Indulge in the luxury of your private pool and spa, surrounded by lush tropical landscaping, and savor the stunning sunset views from multiple balconies. The oversized third-floor gaming loft provides the perfect space for entertainment and making memories with family and friends.

Facilities

Guest access
Access to Margaritaville’s resort and its amenities is not included with this rental.

This property is privately owned and not affiliated or associated with Margaritaville.

With your stay, you have walkable access to the entire downtown area called Sunset Walk which includes many restaurants, shopping, entertainment and a waterpark called "Island H2O". Most of our guests purchase tickets to this attraction with the money they save from not having to pay a resort fee and lower nightly rates :)

YOU MUST FILL OUT THE MARGARITAVILLE GUEST ACKNOWLEDEMENT FORM PRIOR TO ARRIVING. IF THE FORM IS NOT FILLED OUT, YOUR RESERVATION WILL BE CANCELLED AS IT IS A REQURIEMENT OF THE RESORT. THE FORM WILL BE SENT IN A MESSAGE RIGHT AFTER BOOKING.
Other things to note
1.) No parties, or any illegal activity permitted on property.
2.) Hotel amenities are not included with this cottage
3.) No pets allowed at this property

Kitchen is well appointed with lots of flatware, dishes and a Margatitaville Margarita machine, Coffee Maker and Kettle.
