This beautiful modern luxury 4 Bedroom Villa with 4 Ensuite Bathrooms is ideally situated on the Margaritaville Resort with access to the Small Gym, Spa, Neighborhood Pools, Onsite Restaurant and Resort Shop.

Please be advised that access to the Fins Up Beach Club and the H2O Waterpark is not included, but you do have access to the neighbouhood community pools (check out the pictures).

The Villa is located within walking distance of Sunset Walk where you will find several table service Restaurants - Estafan's, Fords, The Wharf, Brazilian Steakhouse, Rock & Brews along with takeout restaurants like Bentos, Cowboy Chicken, Fat Boy's Pizza and many more! There is also a Studio Movie Theater. Shops include Skechers, Naples Soap company, Leo'z Arts, Verizon. There is an Artisan Market every Thursday, Friday & Saturday, Car Promenades on Friday evening, Various Live Music events and Tribute bands.

There is an open plan living area with L Shaped sofa and large Flat Screen TV and patio doors leading to your own deck area with Al Fresco Dining table with 6 chairs and 2 sun loungers.

The fully fitted kitchen has everything you need to make a quick snack or cook up a gourmet dinner for you and your friends/family. There is a formal Dining table to seat 6 persons and a breakfast bar with 3 chairs.
