Situated within an established orange grove the villa backs on to a lake & conservation area so your peace & privacy are guaranteed.
Orangetree Villa has over 2000 square feet of living space & all the modern features you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible. With an openspace layout the formal dining area & lounge are connected to a fully fitted kitchen with breakfast nook.
The home is fully air-conditioned & there are ceiling fans throughout.
We are located just 10 minutes from Disney & 40 minutes from Universal Studios.
We have a no smoking policy - this is not only our rule but a state law in Florida. In addition, we are unable to accept pets of any kind.

Living
The family room has 2 patio doors leading out to the pool area. It is equipped with a 46” TV (with digital cable), a DVD player (there is a small selection of DVD's), In addition there is also a CD / MP3 player / radio for those of you who prefer music.
There is also a separate lounge for those who require a quieter moment.
Kitchen
Fully fitted with all the facilities you would expect (cooker, fridge freezer, microwave & dishwasher etc). There is also a laundry with a washer & dryer plus ironing facilities.
Dining
There are 2 dining area's - a formal one & the 'nook'.
Bedrooms
The main master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed & has a 39" TV with cable. It has its own en-suite bathroom. There is ample storage space with a walk-in closet situated between the bedroom & bathroom. The master bedroom has direct access to the pool area.
The second master bedroom also has its own bathroom. With access to the pool the bathroom also serves as the pool bathroom. The bedroom has a queen size bed & has a 28" TV with cable.
The 3rd & 4th bedrooms these rooms share the 3rd bathroom. Both rooms have twin beds & TV’s with cable.
There is a cot / crib & highchair for your use should you require them.

Queen - WC, walk-in shower & vanity unit.

Games Room
The games room features an 8ft x 4ft professional quality slate bed pool table & dart board.

Rental deposit of £175 (p/w) required to secure booking.
Balance payable 10 weeks prior to arrival.
£400 security deposit required with final payment.
Payments accepted by Bank Transfer or Personal Cheques. We cannot accept cash payments by mail.

Wonderful family home
We were fortunate enough to be able to rent this wonderful villa for 2 weeks over the end of June into July. The villa is superbly clean and comfortable. Location is excellent and only 20 mins from Disney. From our initial contact which had a very prompt response and in answering all our questions, I couldn't have asked for more. We received information about how to get from the airport to the villa and how to gain access, all which was clear and concise. The owners couldn't have been more helpful. The location is quiet and not overlooked from behind, the side panels of the pool enclosure have privacy screening. The furnishing is of good quality and comfortable. The games room has a good pool table and dart board. The pool is great, not heated as it wasn't needed in July, but I believe heating is available. The pool is cleaned weekly and the gardens around the house are well maintained. The driveway can accommodate 2 large cars. I simply can't fault this home and I will certainly be contacting the owners for further bookings. I have used many villas in the area and this one is great and of good value. I will not be looking to use a different one in the future. If you are considering making a booking, don't hesitate, you will not be disappointed and you will be dealing with decent trustworthy owners. What more could you ask.

Superb vacation rental home
Beautiful villa, we had 3 wonderful weeks here end of April into May and would highly recommend. The first thing we noted was the very high standard of cleanliness and freshness. It is very well equipped, the beds are extremely comfortable, the pool and whole outdoor area too is clean and very well maintained. The area is quiet and peaceful and within easy access of all the parks and other attractions, shopping etc and the area in general is well maintained too. We have been holidaying in Florida for the last 30+ years and this villa is one of the best we have stayed in and we would love to return. Highly recommend, exceptional! Thank you Janet and Rob for sharing your wonderful home.

Fantastic stay!
We stayed here in April 2025, This is our 2nd stay having stayed in 2022 with in laws. Best way to describe this villa is home away from home. The villa has absolutely everything you need and is very child friendly. Great location, very spacious and clean. Hosts Janet and Rob are excellent and the whole transaction from start to finish was smooth with no issues. Can’t imagine visiting Florida again with out staying here. Thanks so much for having us, hopefully we can come back soon xx
