Orange Tree Luxury Executive 4 Bed 3 Bath Florida Villa

My family have recently stayed in Sheila's lovely villa over Christmas. The villa is very clean and well maintained with a quiet lakeside location, with the added bonus of the Magic Kingdom fireworks for free every evening from the poolside. We have stayed in several villas in different areas over the years and this is one of the best. Sheila and the management company respond promptly to any queries. We look forward to staying here again on our next visit.

We had a lovely time here Nov/Dec. Views of lake in the day and fireworks at night, an added bonus. Lovely quiet area to be in, villa itself, very comfortable and a home from home, but with a pool!!

We recently stayed at this villa for two weeks in August. I haven’t stayed in Clermont before but I am so glad I did. Sheila provided us with lots of information which was useful has this was a new location for us. This villa had everything we needed for the perfect stay. Evenings were viewing the wildlife and fireworks from Magic Kingdom which were so clear. We saw alligators early evening and two mornings we saw one getting out of the lake and moving to the other lake which is behind the trees it was amazing. We had daily visits from the Sandhill Cranes who seemed to have a routine going every day. There was lots of activity with squirrels, rabbits, birds some very big birds it was truly a lovely place to sit out and just watch. I would highly recommend a stay.

Sheila's villa is beautiful and in a fantastic location. Overlooking a gorgeous lake with views of the Disney Fireworks at night. The villa had everything we needed. The pool team were amazing and even came out at 9pm at night as we were concerned about the algae appearing in the pool. Fantastic location for all of our exploring whilst we were on holiday and close enough to the wealth of available restaurants and shops of the 192. Thank you Sheila. I'm sure I'll be in touch in the future!

The owner Sheila was really helpful and prompt in replying to emails. The information we received was detailed and clear. The villa itself, has to be the nicest one we have stayed in. It was exceptionally clean and spacious. The kitchen has everything you need. The view from the pool was beautiful and lovely to see lots of wildlife walking by. The pool was cleaned weekly. We did experience a power cut in some electrical points in the kitchen, due to the stormy weather, however, Dave from the management team was great in stopping by and resetting the trip switch. The area of Clermont , in particular , Orange Tree, is lovely, very close to a Publix and takeout restaurants which are fab. We were two couples staying at this villa and we would all like to say thanks to Sheila for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home. Thanks to Dave and his team as well. We had a fabulous three week holiday.

Stayed here with my husband for a week in June and had an amazing stay. The villa has everything you could ever need. The views from the pool are amazing it is the most relaxing place we have ever stayed. Sheila is a wonderful host we didn't have any issues we were even allowed to stay an extra couple of hours the day of departure which was a bonus as we had a late transatlantic flight home. Shops and eateries near by. Visited Lake Louisa state park which we wouldn't have known about with out Sheila's excellent pre departure info. We would deffo recommend a stay you won't be disapointed.

Host was great - lots of info before the visit which was super helpful. This meant we were able to find the property really easily even though it was dark when we arrived. The villa was very clean and everything was as expected -lovely to be left some things we could use - pool toys, towels etc. The pool and view had to be the highlight of the villa, the children will remember it for years to come. It was amazing to wake up to beautiful sunrises and then the Disney fireworks in the evening topped off the days. We would definitely go back - thank you Shelia for a fabulous stay.

Have just returned from an amazing holiday at this lovely villa. The pool is particularly beautiful, not overlooked, with ample very comfortable loungers and chairs to use. We were a family of eight, us grandparents , sons and partners and two very excited granddaughters. The house is very well equipped and met all our needs and more without feeling cramped. Were lucky enough to see an alligator thrashing around on the other side of the lake, cranes waiting for us every morning to be fed and the tranquil view right outside the villa was magical. Would thoroughly recommend this beautiful villa to everyone.

We have stayed at Shelia's villa quite a few times I think this is our 6th visit and the villa never disappoints it's so lovely furnished and the pool is gorgeous with wonderful views over a lake full of birds and wildlife, and you can also watch the Disney fireworks in the distance most nights. Hopefully we will be staying there again in the future

As ex villa owners, we knew exactly what we wanted and where we needed to be. Sheila's villa did not disappoint in any way, from the information we received prior to leaving the UK, all the way through to the 'Wow factor' view when we arrived. The villa was clean, well maintained and ready for our stay. A beautifully peaceful place to return to after hectic days in the theme parks and the final surprise of being able to see the Magic Kingdom fireworks from the pool deck.

Stayed for 2 weeks in June 2022, with friends. The communication before the holiday was excellent and the villa was above our expectations. Very clean and in a nice quiet location. Price was very good as well with 4 bedrooms it’s not that expensive if 8 people go. Plenty of room and lovely pool and views.

What a fantastic villa this is, you have everything you could possibly want and more. The view overlooking the pool is to die for. Wildlife everywhere including gators. We were a family of 5 adults and had plenty of room with four bedrooms and three bathrooms, lovely dining area and full working kitchen. We all said we would sleep by the pool because of that fantastic view over the lake. In a nutshell, we will be back if lovely sheila would let us. Enjoy.

This villa is absolutely beautiful, with everything you could possibly need, the only thing you need to take with you is clothes and a charger for your devices. The home is very well looked after, and any questions or issues you may have are dealt with very quickly and efficiently. The home itself is very welcoming and relaxing, we especially enjoyed coming back at the end of the day from the parks and watching the fireworks from DisneyWorld in the distance over the lake. It was a fantastic experience and we are definitely going to come again! 11/10 as far as we are concerned, we absolutely loved our time here and are thankful we got the opportunity to stay here.

We had a wonderful time at your beautiful villa. When we arrived on Sunday evening in the dark we could't imagine the lakeside view we would wake to the next morning. We were fortunate enough to have good weather and spent quite a few hours laying around the pool in the sunshine. Just back from 2 weeks in this fabulous villa. The villa is very spacious, tastefully decorated and has everything you could possibly need. Cannot fault anything about this villa. The large pool and jacuzzi were fantastic. Peaceful location. The view onto the lake....WOW!!!! We could sit there all day and night watching the wildlife on and around the lake, the sunrise, the moon and stars and especially the fireworks from the magic kingdom.

This was the perfect property for our family holiday. The villa is beautifully maintained and spotlessly clean. There were plenty of additional towels, pillows and bed linen available. Pool towels were also provided. Excellent utilities, large washer and drier, huge fridge, cooker, microwave, coffee maker and kettle. The bedrooms and bathrooms were a smashing size. The huge lounge space provided comfortable seating. The pool, spa and lanai overlooking the lake were the highlight of the holiday. Communication with Sheila was brilliant from the onset. I would most certainly recommend this villa and look forward to future visits.

What a perfect location you have !! The villa was brilliant and after a week staying in a Disney Resort it was just what we all needed. The kids spent all of their time in the pool. The wildlife from the pool area is great and we enjoyed our daily visit from the Sandhill Crane family. We can truly recommend it.

We had a fantastic two week holiday staying at this lovely villa. The pool and jacuzzi area was a great place to relax especially with the beautiful views of the lake. It was so good to be able to have breakfast outdoors, not something we are able to do very often in Scotland! The villa had excellent facilities and was very clean and spacious. The games room was a really nice touch and our children enjoyed playing there. We loved the location too, handy for the parks and the shopping outlets. The information pack sent to us had lots of useful tips and hints on how to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. We would highly recommend this villa and we hope to be able to return one day.

We stayed at the villa for 2 weeks and really enjoyed our stay. Before we arrived Sheila had sent me loads of information and directions. It was clean on arrival and had everything we could possibly need. The pool and jacuzzi are lovely and were very welcome after a day or in the heat! The villa is easy to find and it is easy to travel to all the Disney parks. I loved the view over the lake and we could see the fireworks at night above the lake. Orange tree community is a lovely area to stay. I hope that we are able to return in the future.

A lovely villa, not overlooked, really can't fault it, you really can see the Disney fireworks from the pool!! although didn’t get to spend much time there as we were out all the time, didn’t even get to cook! The jacuzzi was a welcome home that cured our aching feet each night! We had such a wonderful time. It was a very hectic few weeks but we had the holiday of a lifetime, hopefully to repeat again some day. Excellent service from Sheila with lots of hints and tips.

Stayed in this villa for 3 weeks, it was very comfortable and well-equipped. Without doubt our favourite part was the pool area overlooking the lake at the back - sunrise was magical over the lake, and in the evening it was a relaxing place to sit and watch the sun go down. The owner was very helpful before-hand, providing lots of information, and the local management team were very good. I have no hesitation in recommending this villa.

It has all been said before and they were all right! A fantastic, well equipped villa in a superb location. Also, one of the best views which was hard to leave on some mornings. Sheila could not have been more helpful and her management team in Florida were also first rate. We really enjoyed this villa, which provided us with very comfortable, clean and well presented accommodation, with everything you could possibly need to make the holiday home from home. The position of the villa was perfect, beautiful views and privacy. The estate was quiet and very pleasant, lined with mature shrubbery and orange trees. Also near to Publix and only a short drive to local restaurants. Support from Sheila and her management team ensured our stay was as hassle free as possible, with friendly, clear information given before we left and excellent service whilst we were there. I have stayed at this villa twice now, first time was with my boyfriends family and this time was with my boyfriend and my family. It was my families first time in Florida and they were amazed at how immaculate and beautiful the villa was. They loved waking up in the morning and getting a daily visit by the sandhill cranes. I would highly recommend this villa as the price is excellent and location perfect. I would always stay here anytime I stay in Florida and have actually passed on details to alot of friends who are interested in booking it. Chose this villa for the pool view in particular as well as the reviews from other guests and have to say we were not disappointed!! On arrival the villa was immaculate and far more spacious than we were expecting. Watching the sunrise on our first day over the lake was awesome especially when we were greeted by the Sandhill crane! Loved watching the fireworks every night, and spotting the local wildlife. Kids loved jumping in pool after a busy day at the parks . Great location, this villa had everything we needed and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend! Sheila was always friendly and helpful. As for the villa and its location, WOW. No faults and all the great comments from other reviews are true. I could go on and on about how much we loved it but the fact so many other guests have returned so many times says it all. The villa was a spotless luxury home and especially nice because it’s part of a friendly local community. This property is amazing. We arrived at night so didn't see its full glory until we woke in the morning. What a sight to wake up to. Overlooking the lake is just stunning. We met the residential alligator who thankfully showed no interest in us. The wild life keeps you entertained. Location of the villa to the theme parks is well placed. Plenty of shops and restaurants on route to the villa. A big thank you Sheila for letting us stay at your villa. We plan to visit Florida again very soon.

I stayed with my family in November and was a little nervous booking direct with the owner but needn't have been. The travelling instructions provided by Sheila were fantastic and the local information was very helpful. I would recommend a visit to Downtown Kissimmee to see the old classic cars the atmosphere is great. The villa itself is in a beautiful position overlooking the lake and being able to watch the wildlife and fireworks at Disney was a lovely part of the holiday. My partner and I had an amazing time staying at this beautiful house. The owner, Sheila, provided us with lots of great information, and was extremely personable. The house was perfectly located 15 minutes from Disney and 30 minutes from Universal. We would not consider staying anywhere else in the area, this really was a fantastic abode which we were extremely fortunate to have been recommended by a friend.

This villa and it's location was perfect for our family holiday. The property was clean and tidy upon arrival, it's well equiped and in a lovely condition. Sheila, the owner, provided us with excellent information about the villa and would always keep in touch with us about any relevant information. We were amazed to see all the wildlife from the villa especially the cranes which would visit us every morning, the Alligators in the lake, the eagles, the racoons, hares and armadillos. Also watching the sun rise on the horizon every morning, lots of memories that we will treasure for ever. We would highly recommend this villa and definately stay there again.

Spent a great week in Sandhill Crane Villa. Our son adored watching the wildlife in the lake. He saw a turtle, raccoon, alligators, ospreys and of course, the cranes. Very helpful owner, lovely clean villa, would definitely recommend it.

The villa is a great place to kick back and take it easy when in need of down-time from the hubbub of the theme parks. What a fantastic villa in an ideal location so close to Disney Parks. It has everything you could wish for and lots more too. We loved relaxing by the pool after a hard day in the parks and feeding the cranes was an added bonus! Would definitely recommend this villa and cant wait to return!

When you first see this wonderful villa you immediately feel at home.It has everything you need and lots of extras.We had a few days of heavy rain due to a hurricane in Mexico but a previous family had left ponchos and we stayed dry.The view from the pool is beautiful and serene we saw numerous birds of prey,we all enjoyed feeding the cranes especially my granddaughters.Disney parks are only 15 mins away, Walmart and an excellent restaurant 5 mins away on H27 with more Shops and restaurants 10 mins on 193.Universal and designer shopping 25 mins away.Whatever your daytime activeties Sandhill Crane is a haven of tranquillity for relaxing.For us there is no better place to stay .

Great villa in peaceful location. Comfortable villa with all the facilities one might need. Great outlook to the rear of the property. Good location for supermarket and easy journey to the major parks. We had a problem with the pool heating but this was quickly rectified by the local support and maintenance team. Would definitely book again.

We were so lucky to stay here over Xmas and new year. The villa was amazing! We loved the fact that we could soak in the hot tub with a glass of wine and look out over the amazing view and even catch the Disney firework every evening without having to move. Kids loved the games room. English football channels was a bonus! Lovely and quiet location. Sandhill Cranes fab to see! Would highly recommend. Thanks again!

A beautiful villa in an excellent location, close to everywhere you want to vist during your holiday. The villa is set in beautiful surroundings overlooking a fantastic lake and the kids loved looking out for the gators ( non seen but strange noises were heard ) and watching the cranes wondering the street was of great amusement. The villa was the cleanest I have ever seen and when we had a problem with the door keys the management company were there and dealt with it straight away. I would highly recommend this villa to everyone and we are hoping to stay again soon.

This villa is nothing short of SPECTACULAR! While relaxing in the screened pool area, you will scan the horizon of some of the most amazing wildlife right there in the back yard. Our kids were thrilled to see the long necked sand cranes, owls, snakes and of coarse our favorite “Big Al” (the alligator). Indoors, it was the perfect place to just hang out after a long day of AAU volleyball tournament play. There is a Wal-Mart, Sweet Bay grocery, and plenty of restaurants to choose from off of 27. Despite the efforts of tropical storm Debbie, we did salvage some time from the tournament and took a day trip to Clearwater Beach and the Rescue Marina. It was less than a 2-hour drive to Clearwater Beach and the white sand beaches are so beautiful and my daughter was just amazed that you can walk on this sand barefoot and not burn the soles of your feet. (I think she will only visit white sand beaches now…ha, ha). Minutes from the beach is the Clearwater Rescue Marina, which is the home of “Winters”, the dolphin, from the movie Dolphin Tales. Our days ended each night at the Sand crane villa seeing glimpses of Magic Kingdom’s fireworks display over top of the tree landscape. Sheila is a wonderful person to work with and she made booking this villa a breeze. Thank you Sheila!!

Just wanted to drop you a note to say what a fantastic stay we had at your villa from 2nd June. The villa was extremely comfortable and had everything that we needed and more! It really is a home from home and we looked forward to returning to the villa after busy days.  The pool area was fantastic especially for my 8 year old son and to sit and watch the sunrise listening to the wildlife was truly magical.  Having so many supermarkets and restaurants within easy reach was great and we had easy access to the parks, shopping malls and Legoland! Thank you for all of your assistance and information prior to our stay.  We have been travelling to Florida for the past 15 years and this is most definitely the best villa that we have stayed in.

This house is luxurious. It has a lovely spacious and airy feel to it. All of the bedrooms are a generous size and well furnished and the living areas are open plan with a double hight ceiling. The enclosed sun terrace and pool overlook a lake that is teeming with local wildlife but it is not overlooked by neighbours giving a feeling of privacy. It is fantastic to be able to swim in your own pool any time of day or night and the spa pool is just the tonic for tired limbs after a long day at the sights and parks. The location is good for all main attractions and local stores and plenty of family restaurants. Fantastic!

Just had 3 fantastic weeks in this villa. The view from the pool area is spectacular as well as being very peaceful and quiet. There was an abundance of wildlife to watch so don't forget to take a pair of binoculars. It was great being able to see the fireworks at Magic Kingdom from the pool at night! The supermarkets are located within a couple of miles which is very convenient. We would have no hesitation in recommending this lovely villa!

Just to let you know what a fantastic holiday we had in Florida. We did some theme parks and had a wonderful two day trip to Key Largo and Miami to swim with dolphins. We also spent a lot of time relaxing in your lovely villa, what a fantastic house in a great location, so peaceful! We saw the alligator, otters, terrapins, deer, raccoons and of course the 'Crane' family. We loved it, the kids loved it (17 & 15 so that's not easy to accomplish!) This was our third visit to Florida and your villa was by far the best we have stayed in. I hope we can return sometime.

Many thanks for help make the perfect holiday. From the first enquiry right through to arriving back home, the whole team both in UK & at Orlando were First Class. Their help & support with Booking, to directions to villa, short-cuts to the Parks, recommended restaurants, etc were clear, really helpful & saved a lot of time. The villa had everything that we could wish for – excellent location, brilliant outlook, great rooms & a games room for the kids. Highlights for us included the peace & quiet first thing in the morning watching the balloonists over the lake, hand feeding the cranes at the back house & chilling out at night sitting by the poolside watching the sun go down. Would thoroughly recommend “Sandhill Crane” to anyone looking for the perfect villa.

We had the pleasure of staying at this fantastic villa for two weeks mar/apr 11. The villa is very big, but also homely enough to be very comfortable for the duration of our stay. My two nephews enjoyed the pool table in the garage but absolutely loved the pool and spa, often asking to come home from the theme parks so they could go in the pool!! We were unfortunately locked out of the villa on our second night but after a call to the local management team, we had to wait approx. 5 mins for Sue and her Husband to come and help us, we were needless to say, very pleased at this quick response, given it was 10 o'clock at night! Despite a couple of thunder storms during our stay, we had a brilliant holiday. We would recommend the Outback Steakhouse and the Santa Fe for a very tasty meal. All in all, I would highly recommend this villa and would urge anyone to keep an eye out for the alligator, which we were very fortunate to see on 3 seperate occassions.

My wife and 2 children (9 and 5) had an excellent week at the villa this Easter. The property was clean, well equipped and in an easily accessible location. Sheila ensured that we were well briefed prior to our holiday, and the information pack inside the villa, meant we were not left wondering where to find anything that we might need, including shops, restaurants, and all the main tourist sites. The games room, pool, and jacuzzi etc were good good distractions from the mania of the parks and contributed to a fantastic holiday. I have no hesitation in recommending this property if you are visiting Orland and district.

What a fabulous holiday and a beautiful villa. Perfectly located approx. 15 mins away from the Disney madness but within close proximity to supermarkets and lovely restaurants. The rooms very comfortable, the kitchen well equipped and a games room perfect for relaxing after a hard day at Disney! The pool area was lovely, stunning views over the lake at sunrise and sunset, a view of the Magic Kingdom fireworks and maybe even a croc whilst cooking your steak on the BBQ!We were even lucky enough to witness a vapor trail from a space shuttle. Our stay was extended (yay!) due to airport closures and volcanic ash. Both Sheila, the owner, and the management team were flexible and supportive allowing us to stay on a couple more days. The holiday was amazing and this villa was the perfect place for my party of 6 to stay. Thank you!!
