Facilities
Orange Tree is one of Florida's most prestigious communities, set amongst Orange Groves and only 15 minutes away from the Walt Disney World Resort. It is a perfect location for golfers with 20 championship golf courses within a 20 minute drive. There are two childrens play parks on site, also tennis courts, basketball and football facilites. Lake Louisa State Park is only ten minutes drive away. Here you will find a very large lake and a white sandy beach. Dave from Florida Palms Vacation Villas our local management team keep the villa maintained to a very high standard and are available 24 hours a day seven days a week. They are very knowledgeable about the area and will call to ensure that everything is OK and if you need any help or advice about the area or restaurants.

Living
Large beautifully furnished lounge overlooking pool and lake area. There are french doors which lead directly on to the pool and a beautiful garden area, the gardeners attend every week to ensure the garden is maintained to a high standard the same as the rest of the property. There is a display area which houses a 52 inch Television. There are comfortable chairs and fitted carpets in all areas of the villa.
Kitchen
Fully fitted kitchen including large fridge freezer with ice maker, dishwasher, cooker, microwave, waste disposal and all glassware, crockery and cutlery. There is a breakfast area within the kitchen and a separate utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
Dining
Beautiful dining area which can seat up to eight people.
Bedrooms
There are four tastefully furnished bedrooms two of which have en suite facilities. The other two bedrooms have a bathroom in between them. One of the bedrooms is decorated and furnished on a Disney Theme and one is furnishes on a Nautical theme for the boating enthusiast. All the bedrooms have fitted carpets. There are televisions in all of the bedrooms.
Bathrooms
There are are three beautifull furnished bathrooms all with baths and showers, toilet and washbasins with cabinets and tastefull lighting. There are hairdryer and shaver sockets.
Games Room
The games include table-tennis table, brand new pool and ice hockey table.
Pool
The pool area is south east facing and gets the sun all day in summer. The garden sunbathing area gets the sun all day. You will be glad of some shade with the high temperatures. There is a shaded area which allows for this.There are comfortable chairs and loungers and table and chairs for outside dining. The spa is situated at the side of the pool and there is a safety fence for children. From here you will see glorious sun rises and sunsets and you can watch the fireworks going off at Disney from this area at night.
Outside
The villa is on a large plot with beautiful landscaped gardens in a wonderful peaceful and tranquil setting. There is a private sunbathing area within the garden. The lake view is quite stunning with lots of wildlife Otters Turtles and beautiful birds such as Ospreys, Sandhill Cranes, Wood Storks, Kites. The deck has been extended to facilitate a large pool and spa (jacuzzi). There are lots of comfortable chairs and loungers for sunbathing and table and chairs for outside dining.

A Cot and High Chair are housed in the Disney Room.

Lovely Holiday
We have such a lovely holiday at Sheila's home. It was so peaceful and welcoming. A place where we really felt at home and could relax. The view of the lake was idyllic. The villa was so well equipped with everything you could possibly need and very clean and comfortable. We would definitely like to visit again one day.

Our second visit to this fabulous villa
This was our second visit to Sheila's fabulous villa on Orange Tree. The villa is in a beautiful location and the pool overlooks a lake with fantastic wildlife, we saw an Alligator and the local Cranes and an Osprey diving for a fish. We also saw the Disney Magic Kingdom fireworks in the distance too.
Sheila obviously takes pride in her villa ownership, it is very clean and well maintained and had a lot of new features since our last visit.
Being able to stay at this villa again was one of the highlights of our holiday.

Beautiful home in a beautiful location
We had the very best time staying in this beautiful villa and it was just as perfect as we’d hoped. We absolutely loved it, this was my 5th time staying in a villa in Florida and your home by far was the most beautiful and well cared for with everything we needed including an amazing view both day and night.
We will definitely be recommending this to family and friends. Such a beautiful home in such a beautiful location we couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you

Fantastic Holiday made perfect by this Villa.
What a fantastic holiday.
Great location, everything super easy to access and lovely and quiet of an evening. Â
We even got to see an alligator a couple of times patrolling the waters. He didn’t come out our side of the lake to say hello but was right in the waters edge in front of us.
The internals of the villa were absolutely perfect. It was spotlessly clean on our arrival, it had everything we possibly needed and more. The games room was awesome and lots of competitions played to see who paid for dinner that night!
Great pool, lots of fun had in that. Hot tub part is great, air conditioning is spot on, beds super comfy. I cannot find a single thing negative to say about it.
If you are debating over different places to possibly stay then look no further and pick this. You will not be disappointed.
We only visited Universal parks and Sea World, all of which were incredibly easy to access from the villa, and no more than about 35mins drive.
We spent the day in Tampa one day which was super nice.
We ate out most nights at different places along the 192, our absolute favourite being the Texas Roadhouse.

Sandhill Crane villa
The Villa was easy to find using sheila's instructions that were emailed to me along with other very useful information.
On arrival of our three week stay at the Villa it was found to be very clean and ready to be used like home from home.
There was everything needed at the Villa for us to use including spare bedding and blankets if required.
All the bedrooms were comfortable and well laid out including wall drobe hangers, some Villas that we have rented didn't have many of these.
The pool and decking area was wonderful, the Jacuzzi spar and pool were used very evening after a a busy day around the parks.
The Villa overlooks a large conservation lake area (which can be seen from the Jacuzzi) and we spent lots of time watching all the wild life including an Alligator whilst soaking up the bubbles.
Sheila the owner was easy to contact prior to our arrival and answered our questions quickly.
Would we use this Villa again........ABSOLUTELY
We have stayed at many Villas in Florida but this one rates very highly.
The location of this Villa is great, however the traffic on both the 192 and I4 can be very heavy at times.

Beautiful villa and great location
We stayed in this lovely villa for two weeks in July. It is bigger than appears in the pictures. The view is lovely and you can see the Disney fireworks in the distance from the pool area. The kids loved waking up to the pool and it was great to relax and cool down after a day in the park.
It is near lots of shops and restaurants too. The location is good for visiting the Disney parks. We appreciated having the games room in the garage after having to cancel our park plans due to thunder and lightning one evening.
Communication was great, with easy to follow directions. I managed to leave behind important documents and Sheila was kind enough to have them promptly sent home to me, which I’m very grateful for. Thanks for a great stay.

Pure Bliss
We have just returned from 3 blissful weeks in Sheila’s beautiful villa. We are regular visitors to Orlando for over 35 years, and this was the cleanest, quietist, and not overlooked villa we have ever stayed in. If you are looking for a peaceful holiday in beautiful surroundings this is the villa for you. 5 stars from us and we will definitely be back. Thank you for letting stay.

Beautiful 2 weeks in Florida
We had the most perfect few weeks in Florida in April. The weather was glorious.
Sheila's Villa is Beautiful, quiet location, close enough to Disney also. You can see the fireworks from the Pool in the evening which made it so much more magical.
Everything you need provided, towels, bedding even pool towels.
Lots of wonderful wildlife around the lake also.
We made full use of the pool on our quiet days away from the parks and boy were they needed. We added pool heating during our stay and Sheila and her management team made this easily happen. Supermarket was 5 mins drive away - Publix and a walmart with everything you will need.
We were sad to leave and are already thinking of returning in 2026 fingers crossed. We hope to visit your wonderful home again very soon. Thank you Sheila.

Beautiful lake view villa
My family have recently stayed in Sheila's lovely villa over Christmas. The villa is very clean and well maintained with a quiet lakeside location, with the added bonus of the Magic Kingdom fireworks for free every evening from the poolside. We have stayed in several villas in different areas over the years and this is one of the best. Sheila and the management company respond promptly to any queries. We look forward to staying here again on our next visit.
