Overview
We are located in the newly-built, prestigious Orange Tree community of Orlando, eight miles from the Disney Parks and ideally situated for the many first class golf courses and other attractions that Orlando has to offer.
Our recently built villa backs onto a conservation area of fragrant pine trees and is not overlooked at the rear by any other properties. The fantastic layout of this villa allows the majority of the rooms to open out onto the fully screened, large extended pool deck with optionally heated pool and spa .This to ensure all day sunshine so that our guests can enjoy the ultimate luxury whilst relaxing in the sun and a shaded area under the lanai when you need a break from the sun.
Facilities
Living
We have two fully carpeted living areas: A family room with 50 Inch HDTV with upgraded cable package, DVD/Video player and a CD/Radio. A great area for the family to get together, or for a relaxing evening after a day at the parks.
Double French doors lead out on to the patio and pool.
There is a further living room for more tranquil moments. This comprises a sofa bed, a further two seater sofa, armchair, end tables and lamps, coffee table and a window which overlooks the pool area. A lovely area to read a book, write those postcards, or work on your laptop.

We have a fully fitted kitchen, and Utility room
Dining
We have two separate dining area: a formal six seat dining table and a four seat nook table.
Bedrooms
All our bedrooms have been upgraded and are tastefully furnished.
We have Two master suites one king and one Queen, both with luxurious pillow top mattress to ensure you of a delightful nights sleep. Both with direct access to the pool deck.
We have two further twin rooms, one is Disney themed with a custom mural.
Games Room
A superb retreat when relaxing away from the parks. There is a full sized professional Slate-bed pool table with overhead lighting, a foosball table and a 7 foot Extreme Air Hockey table.
Pool
The pool area is completely screened and not overlooked by other properties. There are several sun loungers, a table and chairs and the covered lanai .We have invested in an extension to the pool deck to ensure all day sunshine and a spa so that our guests can enjoy the ultimate luxury whilst relaxing in the sun. The spa can be heated to a whopping 90/100 degrees to ensure year round enjoyment.
Outside
Our dual aspect deck also provides a shaded area for those that wish to take a break from the sun and still enjoy the magnificent views, which most pool areas are not be able to provide.
Internet
We have an upgraded free Wifi- high speed internet access.
Baby Equipment
For you convenience we have a high chair and Cot / pack and play

Excellent holiday villa close to Disney
Firstly, the process for booking this villa was excellent, the owners got back straight away and provided all the instructions for our stay. on our arrival everything was in place and a lovely bottle of champagne to start our stay. The villa is lovely and spacious and well maintained. The location couldn't be better for getting about, only about 10 mins for the highway to Disney and the I-4 interstate. Grocery(supermarket) only 2 minutes away and only about 5 minutes for restaurants and a few bars. the property is not overlooked so very quiet. Plenty of linen and bath towels and even beach towels are provided. access to the pool is from the Master bedroom, Kitchen Nook and Lounge so plenty of access, the pool and hot tub is great and you have plenty of room. Everything is provided that you will need for your stay, had no issues with internet always available. would highly recommend staying at the House and Mouse villa

Flawless Stay!!
A great find for our vacation! We loved the master suite and the pool. The house is perfect for a large family with adult children and their families or just a couple wanted to get away and go to Disney . We have already recommended it to our friend who would like to take the same trip. Andy & Frances were great to work with and very accommodating. Many thanks for making this trip so delightful and relaxing.

“ABOVE AND BEYOND GREAT”
The home was above and over our expectations. The kitchen was very well equipped this was important to our family. The area is very safe and that was important to us the neighbors we met were very pleasant. The rooms in the home had plenty of space the games room was a bonus for the whole family. I would recommend this property to anyone looking to be home away from home. EXCELLENT

Awesome home in a peaceful quiet neighborhood
We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. The property was exactly as advertised and actually exceeded our expectations. The neighborhood is very peaceful and quiet. It is located within 10 miles of Disney and took us around 20-25 minutes to get into the parks, but was totally worth it to come home and relax in serenity after a busy day at Disney. There are plenty of great restaurants close by, as well as, grocery stores and shopping. The owners, Andy and Frances, were a pleasure to deal with and while we had no issues during our stay, they were very responsive and easy to communicate with. I had initially decided not to pay extra for the pool/spa heat, but the water temperature was cooler than I expected, so I emailed the owners and asked to add the pool/spa heat. Within an hour I could feel warm water coming out of the pool jets, and by that evening, the spa was perfect. We have two teenage girls and we all enjoyed the game room for family fun. I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a relaxing place to stay in Orlando.

Lovely Villa which made our holiday perfect
We had a great holiday which was made even better by staying at this lovely villa. From the moment we walked in and were pleasantly surprised to the time we left it felt like our own home as every amenity was catered for in every way. Good location being 20 minutes from the parks and plenty of restaurants and shops locally to suit all tastes. Shopping malls and Clearwater beach well worth a visit. Would definitely stay at this villa again.

“Absolutely Amazing Home”
We just returned home from a week stay at this beautiful home. I hated to leave. This home is so spacious, close to all the fun destinations we visited yet far enough away to relax and get away from the Hustle and Bustle. The kids loved the game room and the pool area. The launi was a beautiful area to sit and relax and sip a cup of tea. It was such a relaxing place to stay. Checking in and out was breeze without any hassles. The owners keep in contact with me and were prompt in answering any questions I had for them. I was very impressed with the service. Home is Beautiful.
Home is Beautiful, Owners and Management Company were great to work with!
All of my questions were promptly answered throughout the entire rental process. We started looking for a home to rent 1 year from our planned vacation. Everytime I emailed the owners prior to our vacation, they always answered promptly. During our vacation we contacted the Owners and property manager a few times and again they were prompt to answer and alwsays glad to assist. That was the most reassuring part of the whole process for us. We felt the home is very well equipped, from the stereo, the game room and the kitchen we only found 2 items that we were in need of. Those were a pizza pan and perhaps a hand-rail to help get in and out of the pool/spa. The home had everything that was promised and any issues were addressed immediately. The directions for everything were great, from driving to the home, to how the gain access to the property, to how to work the systems (ac, key retrieval, washer/dryer) were all very well written out. We had a wonderful time and almost any moment we were at the home, there was someone in the pool, morning, noon and night. Thank you for your wonderful management and upkeep of this property, we really enjoyed our stay and if you ever have home rentals available outside of Orlando, we will be very intersted in visiting those home also. Thank you again for a beautiful/relaxing family vacation.

Prefect for 2 families
We were 2 small families vacationing together. The layout was great! We loved the private pool and games room for relaxing at home. Good location, easy to get to all the tourist sites (we enjoyed Discovery Cove, Sea World, Legoland, Gatorland, golfing, the outlets, etc). House was fully equipped. We would definitely stay there again.
