Overview
Located in Orange Tree, a premium community situated off Highway 27 and 2.5 miles North of US 192, Osprey House is a spacious family villa, offering first class amenities with a view over adjacent conservation area but close to all of Central Florida's attractions.
With 5 bedrooms, two masters with en-suite bathrooms, two twins and a further double, a spacious well equipped kitchen, dining room, airy family room, a 40'x15' extra large swimming pool and patio, a games room with a pool table and air hockey table.

Living
The family room is a spacious room which is equipped with cable TV. The room has access to the Lanai and pool area. Skylights provide a light and airy room in which to relax.
Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and pans and utensils.There is also a kitchen nook with seating for 4 people.
A separate utility room has houses a washer and a drier. The villa also has an ironing board and iron.
Dining
The dining area has a table with seating for 6. In addition the kitchen nook provides an extra 4 seats. In total there are 10 seats for dining.
Bedrooms
Bedroom 1 is a master bedroom with a king sized bed, ensuite with bath, separate shower and access to the pool area. There is also a TV, and a large walk-in closet.
Bedroom 2 is also a master bedroom with a king size bed, cable TV, ensuite with bath and overbath shower and access to the pool area
Bedroom 3 and bedroom 4 both have twin single beds with cable TV and share a bathroom
Bedroom 5 is a double bedroom with a queen size bed and Cable TV. Bedroom 5 has use of adjacent bathroom.
Bathrooms
Main master has En-suite bathroom with twin His and her sinks, separate bath and walk-in shower cubicle. All other bathrooms have single sink and over the bath showers.
Games Room
The games room has a bluetooth jukebox player, pool table, air hockey table and a selection of games equipment.
Pool
The pool is an oversized, spacious pool at 40' x 15' (12m x 4.5m); heating for the pool can be arranged for an additional charge. The pool area has four sunloungers.
Outside
The pool area comprises a lanai, pool and deck. The undercover lanai contains a dining table with seating for 6, overhead lighting and a fan, and is accessible through both master bedrooms and the family room. Adjacent to the lanai is the pool and deck.
The large deck backs on to a conservation area and provides an ideal place to sunbathe or just relax, and on a clear night you can catch some of the fireworks from the Magic Kingdom Theme Park at Disneyworld.
On the deck is a second dining table with seating for 6 and 4 sun loungers. There is also a charcoal barbeque available for use at the side of the house.

Crib with bedding in addition to a Pack and Play crib with bedding, high chair and stroller are provided.

Fantastic Villa
Been to Florida many times but this is the best villa we've stayed in. The directions and instructions for accessing the villa were easy to follow. The layout of the villa was good, and the cleanliness was exceptional. There was even a small welcome pack on your arrival. The location was perfect for the parks and there was a grocery store and hyper market literally 5-10 minutes away. The heated pool was perfect for playing but also long enough to allow for some swimming as well. Overall, if you want a chilling time in Florida, this villa is the place to stay

Fantastic family holiday
Marvellous property with all the space and facilities you could ever need to make it a ‘home from home’.
Swimming pool was great for the younger (and older) members of the party, and the air conditioning coped really well with near 35 degree heat.
We needed to contact the local property management company re a medical matter and they could not have been more helpful.
We certainly intend to return and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property for those wishing to enjoy all that Orlando has to offer.
