Overview
3 miles from Disney, large south facing pool, paddling pool, separate stand-alone hot tub (extra charge), deck that is not overlooked, lake view to rear , comfy sun loungers, table and chairs. Villa sleeps16. 6 bedrooms with 4 King beds, All 4 adult bedrooms have 55 inch Smart HDTVs, the other 2 have 43 inch Smart HDTV's. Four of the bedrooms can be used as en-suites. Each room has been themed as follows , 1 New York , 2 Paris , 3 London , 4 Spider man (sleeps 3 has single bunk on top, double on bottom), 5 Frozen ,. Large entrance hall with 2nd living area, large dining area that seats 10, Main living room has 75 inch Smart HDTV and large sectional sitting area. White Kitchen cabinets, granite worktops, new stainless steel appliances and breakfast bar that seats a further 5. . Separate Games room and Free Wifi thought the house.
Facilities
We are right next door to the new Margaritaville Resort , bringing multiple dining venues , shopping , local water park and live entertainment every night, everything is rght on your doorstep
We have CCTV outside at the front and sides of the house , we DO NOT have any CCTV inside the house or on the pool deck , these areas are private for guests

Kitchen
White Kitchen cabinets with granite worktops, new stainless steel appliances and breakfast bar that seats a further 5. Separate laundry room with washer and dryer.

We have 6 bedrooms with 4 King beds, each room has been themed as follows , 1 New York , 2 Paris , 3 London , 4 Spider man (sleeps 3 has single bunk on top, double on bottom), 5 Frozen , Bedroom 6 will be themed later in the year

There is also a further upstairs sitting area to play on the XBox, don't forget to bring your games. Separate Games room with Pool Table , Air Hockey and fusball,

Location
Luxury Orlando holiday villas to rent on Rolling Hills located just off HWY192 in Kissimmee, Florida. Rolling Hills, one of the closest communities to Disney World Orlando, 10 minutes drive away and with excellent access to all the major attractions Florida has to offer. Many of the villas on Rolling HIlls each have a private pool and some have spas. Formosa Gardens shopping village with its wide choice of supermarkets, restaurants, and bars is 1 mile away. Avoid the traffic jams and stay close to Mickey Mouse for a great Florida vacation and a lifetime of memories.
