Sonoma Resort Villas. This brand new community of luxury vacation rentals is located in Kissimmee, Florida just minutes from Disney World, Orlando. The Sonoma Resort offers very large Orlando vacation rentals ideal for family reunions or two family holidays.
With a large modern clubhouse and communal pool as well as a fitness center this is a great place to stay for your dream Orlando villa holiday. We recently visited the brand new Sonoma Resort (26/5/17) to check out the clubhouse and will be adding more information shortly.
The Sonoma Resort clubhouse and gym are Free to onsite guests and open all year round.
Update 5/2/19 : It's taken a little longer than we expected but finally we are adding more Sonoma Resort Orlando villas. We have recently added a number of 6 - 8 bedroom vacation rentals and more will follow shortly.
The Sonoma Resort is located just off HWY192 in Kissimmee on West Carroll Street. You have easy access to the Disney World Resort via the Osceola Pkwy toll road to the North. If it's shops, restaurants and other local tourist attractions you are after then just head South back to HWY192.
If you are planning a wedding or large family reunion then the Sonoma Resort has one of the largest Orlando vacation rentals we have ever seen. With 15 bedrooms and 15 bathroom, 14 of which are en-suites this stunning Sonoma Resort Orlando villa can sleep up to 30 guests. It also has 10 double bedrooms, 20 seater breakfast bar, cinema room with card table and upstairs lounge area. For the kids there are two awesome themed bedrooms, The Incredibles and Monster Inc. Another great feature is the summer kitchen outside by the pool ideal for those family BBQ's.
We will be adding more luxury Sonoma Resort villas soon but if you are looking for something with similar facilites but smaller then take a look at Storey Lake Resort. The Storey Lake Resort is located just a few miles away and has a large clubhouse with lazy river, kids splash park and communal pool area. We have a selection of accommodation from 2 bedroom 2 bath condos, 4 & 5 bedroom townhomes and 5 - 8 bedroom villas.

The weekly rate quoted above is based on a low season stay and includes local taxes. Please contact us through the site for a personalised quote based on the dates you require; rates are not guaranteed until a deposit has been paid. Optional pool heating can be added for the winter months. If booking within 12 weeks of rental then payment is due in full, otherwise you can secure your dates with a 25% non-refundable deposit. A cleaning fee is added to any booking under 7 nights.

This beautiful home was our vacation retreat to catch up after over 12+ months of quarantine. The pictures don't do this Kissimmee gem justice. The open floor plan was great to gathering for game night as well as spreading out to to watch a movie in one of two common areas. The pool area and patio were well equipped with plenty of seating. The bedrooms were well furnished and comfortable. The property manager, Alex, was a very helpful and professional. The experience was 5 star all around!
