Villa Sunrise Dream is bright and spacious with luxurious furnishings and 2 stunning King Four Poster Master Suites The upstairs Master has its own private balcony overlooking the lake. The wonderful pool (with shallow kiddies section), colour changing lights, and lanai overlook the lake - enjoy the beautiful, spectacular sunsets and al fresco dining, or relax in our fabulous Hot Tub/Spa.
You'll love our Games Room with Pool Table, Air Hockey, WIFI is also provided. A second lounge, dining room and a further 3 bedrooms (one Disney themed) complete this wonderful Florida home.
During your stay with us our wonderful locally based management company are there for you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. We are fully licensed and compliant with the state hotel and licensing regulations for complete peace of mind.

Fantastic stay, owner a dream to deal with
The villa was gorgeous beautiful location, the rooms were spotlessly clean, pool was lovely , the hot tub was great also, overall it was a fantastic stay and since day one owner was a dream to deal with any questions or query’s you were straight back to us with help and information, We are thinking of booking again in February 2027 so hopefully we will be in touch again please let me know when your bookings will be open for this so we can see what price it is and deposit wise, thanks a million, Orlando should be experienced by everyone it is beautiful and the parks are magical,

Perfect combination
Just returned from Florida and had a fabulous time at Dawn Murray’s Villa . The location is central and perfectly situated very near to Disney and Universal Studios, and nearby supermarkets. The villa itself, a perfect combination of comfort and a home from home with lovely warm pool and inviting hot tub to relax in . So good we extended our stay!
Our family absolutely loved our stay at the villa, that much that we extended our stay whilst here, we did not want to leave.
Dawn was available to speak to and very helpful with any questions that we had.
The management company were easy to get hold of when there was an issue with the pool heating and sorted it within a couple of hours.
Watching the sunset over the lake was our favourite time of day after a busy day in the theme parks.
We would love to return to the villa again in the future, it was so close to Disney and all local amenities.

Fabulous holiday in Beautiful Villa
We had a fabulous holiday in your beautiful villa. You have thought of absolutely everything, down to the milk and snacks available on arrival which was so welcome, we loved our stay there, it was so comfortable and relaxing. Your villa was a huge part of our enjoyment on a very special family holiday.
Villa Sunrise Dream is a fabulous villa. It is immaculate, so very well equipped (you have thought of everything you could possibly need) and it was lovely coming back after a busy day at the parks to relax in the hot tub and swimming pool. The location was perfect for us. Communication was excellent. During our stay we were very impressed by the quick response from the Management Team on a couple of small issues we had that were dealt with right away. We would highly recommend this villa.

How villa rental should be done!
Hi Dawn
Having returned from our 3 week holiday, I can say just how delighted we all were with the villa. You have thought of everything and your support to us throughout our stay is testimony to how villa rental should be done.
The hot tub and swimming pool become used every day to recover from the heat and all the walking.
The estate is so peaceful yet so close to everything I am not sure anything else could be wanted.
Just a massive thanks and I am sure to let some friends know who are planning on a visit

Can't recommend highly enough
From when we first enquired through to booking, through to arriving and staying at the villa, Dawn made the whole process extremely easy and seamless. She explained everything throughly, offered helpful advice and answered any questions I had really quickly.
The villa was immaculate, every little thing you could possibly need is thought of. The gated community where it is situated is lovely and really quiet, the view from the Villa on to the lake is amazing, especially the sunsets.
We are a family of 5 and the highlight for my 3 boys was definitely the pool which they went in every morning before we went to the parks. Having a lovely well equipped kitchen to make our meals in when we wanted made a real difference too and meant we were able to save some dollars by not having to eat out every evening.
A massive range of Shops/bars/restaurants are right on the doorstep, literally a 5 minute drive, and from leaving the villa to being parked inside the magic kingdom car park took us 15 mins tops, less most days.
I would not hesitate to book with Dawn again, we had a fantastic holiday and we absolutely loved our stay at Sunrise Dream.

We absolutely loved the holiday and your fabulous villa! Kay (partner) was very upset to have to leave on Saturday morning and was asking me to extend the stay! The villa was perfect for us 6, everything we wished for and more. The view over the lake especially at Sunset was just amazing. Kids loved like really loved the pool and hot tub. Pool was great size as normally photos can be deceiving but yours was great. We all enjoyed the games room, air hockey was better than you find in some amusements here in UK.
We will certainly recommend your villa to friends & work colleagues if they are visiting Orlando.
We can't thank you enough and hopefully we get to visit again as location was perfect.

Lovely bit of luxury
Good Morning I wanted to send our thanks. We had the best stay at your beautiful Villa Sunrise Dream on the wonderful Sunset Lakes. It has surpassed our previous villa stays. You have ensured everything is covered down to pool towels, scissors and we even saw hair straighteners in the cupboard!! It was such a lovely bit of luxury to return to after the hectic park days. The pool was amazing, we enjoyed lots of sunsets looking over the lake from it! The beds were incredible!!! We can tell you put your heart and soul into this Villa and it truly shows. We are already missing it! The next time we return to Florida this Villa will be the first I check availability for. Thank you.

Villa was Fantastic
All I can say was the villa was fantastic. Everything was as described and having the swimming pool at our back door made our youngest's holiday. She loved being able to dip in as soon as we returned home from days out. We felt safe and secure in the gated community.
We have been telling everyone what a fabulous time we had and that your villa was outstanding and the location just could not have been better. Thank you for everything and we will certainly be in touch when we do another villa holiday to Florida.

The Best!
We all loved the house. I would say of the 12 plus villas we have rented it was the best!
Extremely well equipped - it had everything we needed and more. We like the position of Sunset Lakes and have stayed there before. Pool heating was great and ensured that our grandchild could enjoy the pool for as long as he wanted.
My family has just returned from a fabulous two week stay at Villa Sunrise Dream. This property was everything we hoped for and more.
Very spacious - the 2 master suites are great if two families are staying together. Bathrooms are all very well appointed and immaculate.
The kitchen was lovely and incredibly well supplied with everything you could need.
A very professionally presented villa which I would thoroughly recommend. Communication with the friendly owners was excellent.”

Missing it already!
We had a wonderful time in your home thank you. We appreciated the ease of the coded lock to enter. We loved the space - plenty of room for our teenagers to spread out and huge en-suite bathrooms. But the best thing was the pool overlooking the beautiful lake - so tranquil having breakfast watching the turtles pop up occasionally. The pool was a lovely temperature. Missing it already!

Thanks for the welcome, the villa was amazing, it’s by far the best one we have stayed in on all our trips to Florida, it had everything we needed and more. We had a great time and the villa was the perfect retreat after a busy day in the parks & they were super busy this time I think so many people decided to go to Florida after Covid-19 & the spring break of course.
