Villa Sunset Dream is close enough to the attractions (Disney is less than 10 minutes) to return home for and cooling swim during your day .
Villa Sunset Dream is bright and spacious with luxurious furnishings and 2 stunning King Four Poster Master Suites each with en-suite bathroom. The upstairs Master Suite has its own private balcony overlooking the lake. The wonderful 30ft private pool , extended deck and lanai overlook the stunning lake - enjoy the beautiful, spectacular sunsets and al fresco dining, or relax and rejuvenate in our fabulous Hot Tub/Spa.

Never stayed in a better villa
Hi Dawn
I was going to get in touch with you, but was straight back into work on Monday after landing so my feet haven't touched the ground yet!
I am happy to provide feedback and would be interested in booking again at some point. I have been to Florida more than 20 times (staying in villas most of those times) and genuinely, I have never stayed in a better villa....those sunsets....wow!!! Thanks for everything, including the late check out.

Wow - amazing place to stay!
Wow - what an amazing place to stay. Clean, bright and welcoming. Definitely enough space for large groups to enjoy without feeling cramped. Stunning views of the lake from the balcony, pool & hot tub. Having stayed in 3 different villa's around Orlando this is definitely our favourite and the only one we would revisit

We returned yet again to Villa Sunset Dream last week after having enjoyed several wonderful holidays there over the years. Each visit reminds us why we keep coming back
The villa is perfect for just a couple (as we were) or for larger families, thanks to its spacious layout and thoughtful design. The pool area is one of the highlights of the property. The pool itself is generously sized, larger than many we have had in other villas and extremely clean. The addition of the separate hot tub is a real luxury.
Because the villa is located within a gated community, the atmosphere feels especially calm, safe and private and the noise is at a minimum - something we really appreciate.
The location of Villa Sunset Dream could not be better. It is ideally placed for easy access to the main theme parks, shopping malls and major roads, yet sufficiently tucked away to avoid the busy feel that some holiday areas can have. We found it incredibly convenient for reaching the various attractions and surrounding towns, and its position roughly 1.5 hours from both coasts gives you great flexibility when planning day trips. Whether you want to visit the beaches, explore local nature spots, enjoy the parks or simply browse the shops, everything is within comfortable reach, making it easy to pack a lot into each day if you choose.
We would not hesitate to recommend the villa to anyone, whether your first visit or returning like us, you are guaranteed a comfortable, enjoyable stay. Villa Sunset Dream continues to be a place we look forward to visiting, and we are already making plans to return again in November next year. It really has become one of our favourite holiday destinations.

Lovely return visit

We had a lovely return visit to the villa. A fantastic villa with plenty of room and all well kept. My son loved the pool table and we all enjoyed the swimming pool and hot tub. Beautiful sun sets.

Sunset Dream Villa is simply luxury living in the sun.
We had the most relaxing time at this Sunset Lakes villa, this peaceful , gated community made us feel welcome and safe.
The view over the lake from the pool deck was stunning, a great place to watch the incredible sunsets.
Less than 5 minutes from the local shops and restaurants.
Communications with Dawn was first class and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a fantastic Florida villa holiday.

Location, location, location
Location location location!
I’m a frequent traveller to Orlando and nothing beats the location and villa views of sunset lakes.
Villa Sunset Dream is nicely decorated and well maintained. The welcome pack on arrival is greatly appreciated. No need to bring dish soap, dishwasher tabs and kitchen roll etc. all this is provided for.
The lovely pool area is perfect for relaxing after busy days at theme parks and the view is amazing.
The house is very private, and as it’s facing an expense of vegetation we had visits from Armadillo’s, cranes and rabbits. My daughter loved this!
Would not hesitate staying here next time I’m in Orlando.

Best we've ever stayed in
Home from the best villa stay we've ever had! The property is spacious, clean and well stocked with Linens, Games, kitchen equipment and a very quick 10 mins to WDW. That alone would have been outstanding for us however……the view from poolside over the lake was beautiful. Morning coffees poolside so calming, stunning direct sun from 10 am to sunset and omg those sunsets were incredible!

Truly thought of everything
Hi Dawn,
We just wanted to message you to say thank you, Villa Sunset Dream is beautiful.
We have been to Florida many times but this was the first time that we have booked without a travel agent, you made the process simple. Thank you for the kindness you have shown in answering any questions that we had and in allowing us to add my in laws onto the booking late. They didn’t go into the parks everyday as they are 75 and 80 but they felt safe and secure at the villa using the games room or swimming and sunbathing.
You truly have thought of everything, the view in the evening is phenomenal from the pool or second floor balcony. Your photos do not do justice to the size of the rooms!
We will definitely be booking with you again when we return to our “happy place”
