Your modern, spacious kitchen is open plan to the family room and dining area, ensuring cooking and dining are a social experience for all to enjoy. There is also a breakfast bar - perfect for breakfast and snacks.

We have 2 King Master Suites, one on each floor, each with an enormous luxury en-suite bathroom and TV and DVD.

The first floor Master Suite has a gorgeous King size four poster bed, and its own private balcony, with views of the pool and lake – ideal for that evening beverage, night-cap, or morning coffee.

The ground floor Master Suite also has a sumptuous King size four poster bed and its own patio doors directly onto the pool, ideal for your early morning swim and coffee.

On the second floor you will also find the Queen bedroom, cable flat screen TV/DVD and a twin bedroom with conservation views and flat screen TV .
On the ground floor is our Disney themed twin bedroom, perfect for the young and young at heart, plus another cloakroom with vanity unit.

Adjoining each Master Suite are the enormous luxury en-suite bathrooms featuring:

The Family bathroom is conveniently located between the Queen and Twin bedrooms.

The 30ft pool (with separate shallow kiddies area), is the perfect shape and size for either a proper swim or cooling dip, and the extended deck and covered lanai ensure leisurely days enjoying the warm Floridian climate or a welcome retreat after a busy day enjoying the sights and activities of Orlando.

Ease your tired muscles after a busy day at the parks in the warm, bubbling Hydrotherapy Hot Tub/Spa - what better way to relax and rejuvenate as you enjoy the stunning lake views and wildlife.

We understand how important safety in the pool area is, and have installed self-closing patio doors with handles out of reach of little inquisitive hands. As an additional barrier there are also alarms on all doors to the pool.

The pool looks directly over the beautiful lake where you can enjoy fishing, observing the birds and wildlife and watch the glorious sunset.

The double covered lanai has a cooling ceiling fan and a designer dining table and chairs for your al-fresco meals. There are also chairs and sun loungers, with smaller tables for your poolside drinks.

To the front of Sunset Dream is conservation land, while the pool area looks onto a stunning lake - home to many varieties of wildlife, birds and of course fish (you are welcome to fish in the lake).

Four our youger guests and toddlers we have facilities such as travel cot (pack and play), highchair, prams and strollers.
