Overview
Stunning 4 bedroom 3 bathroom Villa in a small gated community which has a South facing pool receiving maximum sunshine all day. Our villa is disabled and wheelchair friendly with wet room/ walk in shower. It is set in the popular West Haven community.
It has 2 master suites, one of which has patio doors straight out onto the pool deck. The other two bedrooms are both twin room, one of which is disney themed.
The living area is spacious and open plan. The pool deck boosts a covered lanai for alfresco dining. We have also recently had a brand new games room installed comprising of a pool table, air hockey and foosball table.
The villa is equipped with everything you will need to make your stay as comfortable as being at home.
Whilst staying here you have use of the clubhouse, community pool, tennis courts and gym.
It is in easy reach of all the theme parks inc Disney which is 15 mins drive. It is in close proximity of shops, restaurants and many golf courses.
Location
The Abbey at West Haven is located in Davenport and is a small private gated community close to Disney. Luxury Florida vacation rentals direct from the owners.
The Abbey is just one of the subdivisons within West Haven which is very close to Champions Gate. If you are visiting any of the Orlando theme parks you will no doubt drive through the Champions Gate Village to access the I4.
The Champions Gate village is the nearest main area with lots of shops, restaurants and a Publix super market. It's less than 5 minutes away. We have put together a list of Champions Gate Restaurants so you can see what's available.
If you are happy to drive a little further then there are over 50 restaurants on HWY192 in Kissimmee. This is around 15 minutes away.

Beautiful Villa, excellent location for parks
Stayed in this villa from 3rd - 19th June 2019. It was fantastic, immaculately clean, had everything we could have wanted and more. Excellent location for Disney and Universal as well as local shops & restaurants.
Pool was excellent and having the games room for the kids was an added bonus.
Have already recommended this villa to friends thinking about booking Orlando in the future!!

Amazing villa
Stayed at this lovely villa for two weeks starting 26th February 2019. Well equipped with everything you need for your stay. The bedrooms are especially spacious and light . Loved the pool area especially watching the wildlife at back. Watching squirrels and lizards playing. This amazing villa is all you need . So near the I 4 for getting to all your parks. Championgate is near by for all shopping.
Lovely area and very safe. Thank you Caroline and Mark for letting us stay at your magnificent villa.

Cannot recommend this villa enough!!
First and foremost I cannot recommend this villa enough! The location of the villa is superb, the ease of getting onto I-4 east is superb and on the flip side getting off I-4 west just as easy. Then the villa itself is located in a gated community with a south facing pool which has the sun all day long.
The villa is well looked after and unlike many previous villas I've stayed in does not look dated in th slightest! The villa is huge and was plenty of room for my party of 9. Had all we needed for a pleasurable 3 week stay, couldn't ask for more.
It was a delight to stay in as was dealing with the owners, this was a delight from start to end and made them eprocess even more enjoyable! They answered all questions I had and in a very timely manner, the responses were within minutes at all times! And ensured that the villa was set up,for arrival including organising a travel cot for my one year old.
I love holidaying in Florida and I,can 100% say that if available on my next trip I will be staying again!
