Overview
Our luxury, newly renovated executive 5 Bed 3 bath vacation villa is situated in the prestigious gated community of The Abbey at West Haven. It is located off Ronald Reagan Blvd, which is within easy access to Hwy 27, US 192 and I4. With Disney World being only a 15-30 minute drive away and close access to all other major theme parks and the coast, this makes our home an ideal base for your holiday. Kevin & Mandy, based in Cheshire, UK, are the owners of the villa and their daughter, Rebekah, deals with bookings for this villa. DeAnna is our fabulous local property manager in Orlando; Rebekah/DeAnna will assist you directly with any rental enquires and bookings.
Our 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom luxury villa has its own private pool, cinema/games room and conservation views. Comes with a cable-equipped 65" SMART TV in the lounge, cable TV in all the bedrooms and free WIFI high speed internet access. The villa is fitted with a burglar alarm, CCTV and patio door/pool alarm.

We also own a 4 bedroom villa on the nearby community the Sanctuary which we have owned for over 5 years.
Living
Living Room: A wonderful sitting area at the back of the villa featuring contemporary furnishings and vibrant décor. The Living room overlooks the pool at the rear and it is an openplan space along with the kitchen and dining area. It is furnished with a large corner sofa, and a love seat, side tables, coffee table, soft lighting and warm decoration and 65 inch TV. Alarmed patio doors (child safety) lead to pool area. A lovely area to unwind at the end of a busy day.
There is also a seating area on the landing upstairs with a 55" TV sofa and beanie chairs, with a balcony overlooking the pool area.
Kitchen
Beautifully fitted with granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances, waste disposal, coffee maker, and a full complement of kitchen equipment. All cookware, server ware, and utensils are provided- every possible item you would need to create a delicious meal! Countertop seating for 4 guests.
Dining
Formal Dining Room: A wonderful, modern dining set for 6 guests to enjoy a meal together.
Bedrooms
3 king bedrooms and 2 twin bedrooms.
Master bedroom: Ground floor, King-size bed, luxury bedding and gorgeous furnishings, cable TV, a ceiling fan, and ensuite bathroom with dual sink vanity, soaking tub, and separate walk-in shower.
Bedroom 2: King-size bed, luxury bedding and gold furnishings, cable TV, a ceiling fan, dressing table and ensuite bathroom with sink and shower over tub combination.
Bedroom 3: King-size bed, beach themed room, luxury bedding and furnishings, cable TV, a ceiling fan.
Bedroom 4: Twin beds, Lilo & Stitch themed room, cable TV, storage for all of your belongings and ceiling fan.
Bedroom 5: Twin beds, Harry Potter themed room, cable TV, storage for your belongings and ceiling fan.
All bedrooms have 43" televisions.
Bathrooms
There are 6 total bathrooms, 4 full baths (3 of these are ensuite) and 2 half baths.

Games Room
The double garage has been converted into a Cinema/Games Room with pool table, projector and recliner chairs.There is also a separate A/C unit in the Cinema/Games room.
Pool
Completely screened pool deck overlooking conservation area to the rear. Covered lanai with dining table and chairs for 6 guests with overhead lighting and fan. There is also an outdoor kitchen BBQ with sink and fridge ideal for outside entertaining. Soak up the sun on the provided pool loungers or cool off in the crystal-clear pool. There is also an outdoor corner shaped sofa for relaxing.
Pool towels are provided for your use.
Outside
Space for 2 cars on the driveway.
Garage

Location
The Abbey at West Haven is located in Davenport and is a small private gated community close to Disney. Luxury Florida vacation rentals direct from the owners.
The Abbey is just one of the subdivisons within West Haven which is very close to Champions Gate. If you are visiting any of the Orlando theme parks you will no doubt drive through the Champions Gate Village to access the I4.
The Champions Gate village is the nearest main area with lots of shops, restaurants and a Publix super market. It's less than 5 minutes away. We have put together a list of Champions Gate Restaurants so you can see what's available.
If you are happy to drive a little further then there are over 50 restaurants on HWY192 in Kissimmee. This is around 15 minutes away.

Amazing holiday
Well what can I say about our resent holiday at the Ohana retreat villa, simply incredible!
The villa is absolutely stunning! Spotlessly clean everything you could ever need!
The villa is amazing throughout from the games and cinema room to the bedrooms, bathrooms, outdoor kitchen, pool( which was heated to perfection )kitchen and living room all were exquisitely presented.
The gated community is lovely and spotless.
We couldn’t fault anything.
Rebekah who we dealt with was excellent and answered all our questions.
Amazing and thank you for a memorable 50th birthday…

The most amazing villa!!
We are very fortunate to have visited Orlando many times over the years. This was our 23rd visit and our BEST villa we have ever stayed in. We loved everything about this villa, so much so we have already sent a request through for our 2026 holiday. The villa, the pool, the location…5 stars for every aspect and cannot wait to visit again.

Amazing villa - couldn’t fault a single thing.
We stayed in this wonderful property from 26/4 to 11/5/24. Right from booking, the owners were a pleasure to deal with; offering plenty of information prior to our trip. Payments were easy to make with numerous payment methods available. Having stayed in a Westhaven villa before, we knew where we were going but received ample directions prior to our stay. All access codes and instructions for arrival were emailed to as promised a week before our stay.
From the minute we opened the door, we were blown away. This villa has the wow factor….beautifully presented throughout. Modern decoration and lovely high ceilings giving it a really spacious feel. It was immaculately clean and everything you could possibly need and more. My 19 year old son loved the cinema / games room. And my 22 year old daughter wants a bedroom like this one at home!!
The outdoor kitchen area was a bonus and we enjoyed several BBQs here. The pool area got the sun all day but had a lovely shaded seating area too. The villa is not overlooked due to hedges between neighbouring properties and has a conservation view with lake and some amazing wildlife….we regularly saw squirrels and wading birds.
We have visited Florida over a dozen times, always staying in villas and this is one of the best we have stayed in. We will 100% return one day.
