Overview
WINDSOR TWIN PALMS
Our beautiful villa is in The Abbey at West Haven, which is located in Davenport, Florida. The Abbey is a pestigious, secure, gated community comprised of luxury villas. The Abbey is only minutes away by car from two championship golf courses designed by Greg Norman, and also amenities such as shopping and restaurants. Also, Walt Disney World is a ten minute drive from the villa with Wet'n'Wild and Sea World very close by as well.
The Interstate 4 is a five-minute drive from the villa, which provides easy access to Universal Orlando/Islands of Adventure, Kennedy Space Centre and Bush Gardens. The Interstate 4 also provides access to Daytona Beach on the Atlantic Coast and Clearwater Beach on the Gulf coast.
The villa is in close proximity to two airports in Florida; the Orlando International Airport, which is 30 minutes away and the Sanford Airport, which is 45 minutes away.
Facilities
This villa is a single level home with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths, and accommodates eight (8) comfortably. The villa is located in The Abbey at West Haven which is a prestigious, gated community located approximately 2 minutes from highway #27 and 5 minutes from Interstate 4.
This villa has two master bedrooms with one king size bed in each and attached En-suites with walk-in showers. One of the master En-suites has a corner Roman soaker tub and walk-in closet. There are two additional bedrooms with two single beds in each and they share a detached full bathroom. All of the bedrooms are equip with flat screen TV's and cable.
The villa sits on a private plot of land and has a large sun deck with a beautiful true south facing pool and spa. There is also a shaded lanai (covered patio) for your comfort, and a half bathroom and outdoor shower located on the pool deck for your convenience.
This villa has an open floor plan and has been furnished to a very high standard. The villa was upgraded very recently with new living room leather coach and love seat, coffee and end tables, new stainless steel appliances, including a side-by-side fridge with ice maker, oven and hob (ceramic stove top), microwave, dishwasher and front load washer and dryer for your convenience.
There was also a brand new air conditioner and pool heater installed very recently. The villa comes complete including towels (bath and pool/spa) and linens, electric appliances i.e. kettle, coffee maker, blender, can opener and iron (and ironing board). There is a 50-inch plasma screen TV with a very large selection of channels to choose from. There is also a DVD player/DVD's and Nintendo Wii and games available for your use.
The games room is located in the garage and is equip with a Ping Pong table, Foosball, pool table and air hockey. There is also baby equipment on-site including a two strollers, high chair, baby monitor, car seat and booster seat. We also have a portable crib (please advise if the crib is necessary so it can be set up in advance). All of the baby equipment is to be used at your descretion.
Available to you free of charge is Wi-Fi - just bring your laptop. Also we offer free long distance calling to many countries in the world including the UK.
MANAGEMENT COMPANY
This house is taken care of by our Management Company who are very close by and will see to your needs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
ALARM
This villa is equip with an alarm system which can be set when you are in the villa or when you are away.
SAFE
There is a safe available in the villa for your use free of charge.
COMMUNITY CENTRE
While staying in this villa you will have access to the Community Centre which is very close by, and includes a large swimming pool, volley ball and tennis courts and a fitness centre.
This villa is located 5 minutes from the Champions Gate Complex, which includes the Publix Supermarket, Walgreens Drug Store, Walk-in Medical Centre, bank, gas station and restaurants. There are also two Champion golf courses found in Champions Gate. These two golf courses were designed by Greg Norman; the International, which is a British-sytle links course, and the National, which is a more traditional style golf course.
Living
The family room is decorated to a very high standard with new leather couch and love seat, coffee and end tables. There is a 50 inch plasma flat screen TV with high definiiton cable which provides a very high number of channels to choose from. There is also a DVD player/movies and Nintendo Wii/games and a selection of books available for your use. There is a ceiling fan for your comfort.
The family room has access to the pool deck which houses a true south facing pool and spa.
A new air conditioner has been recently installed in the villa.
Kitchen
This villa has a very spacious kitchen with all new stainless steel appliances including side-by-side fridge with ice maker, oven with hob (stove top), microwave and dishwasher.
The villa comes complete with towels and linens, electric appliances including kettle, coffee maker, blender and can opener. Available to you also are all dishes including tableware, glassware, flatware, cooking utensils and pots and pans for cooking and baking. There are even plastic dishes for the pool/spa use.
There is also a counter-top bar that seats four.
LAUNDRY ROOM
This villa has a new front load washer and dryer for your convenience. There is also an iron and ironing board available for your use.
Dining
Our villa has a large sunny dining area which is open to the kitchen and has a large table that seats eight (8) comfortably. This is a great area for a holiday dinner or just a casual family gathering. There is also access to the pool/spa deck from the dining area.
Bedrooms
4 LUXURY BEDROOMS
1st Master Bedroom with en-suite - this very spacious bedroom is located at the front of the house. It has 1 American 6'6"x6'6" kingsize bed and is luxuriously furnished to a very high standard. There is a 36 inch flat screen TV with cable and a DVD player and ceiling fan.
2nd master bedroom with en-suite - this very spacious bedroom is located at the back of the house. This bedroom has access to the pool deck and has a walk-in closet which is located at the end of En-suite bathroom. It has 1 American 6'6"x6'6" kingsize bed and is luxuriously furnished to a very high standard. There is a 36 inch flat screen TV with cable and a DVD player and ceiling fan.
There are also two other bedrooms located at the front of the house. Both of these bedrooms have two high quality twin beds and are furnished to a high standard. These bedrooms are decorated with young children and teenagers in-mind. The two bedrooms have flat screen TV's and DVD players and ceiling fans. These two bedrooms share a detached full bathroom.
All bed linens are provided.
Bathrooms
The 1st master En-suite bathroom has a vanity with basin and a large walk-in shower. There is a hair dryer for your convenience.
The 2nd master En-suite bathroom has a large vanity with basin, corner Roman soaker tub, a large walk-in shower. There is a hairdryer for your convenience.
The shared bathroom has a vanity and basin and a full bath-tub and shower. This bathroom is located at the front of the house close to the two twin bedrooms.
There is also a half bath and an outside shower located on the pool deck.
All towels including bathing and pool towels are provide for your use.
Games Room
The games room is located in the garage and is equip with a Ping Pong table, Foosball, pool table and air hockey.
Pool

The front of this villa is well groomed with beautiful trees and shrubs.
Located on the pool deck is a half bath and outside shower for your convenience.

A new pool/spa heater has recently been installed.
The front of this villa is professionaly groomed and is adorned with beautiful trees and shrubs.

The garage houses the games room which offers Ping Pong, Foosball, pool and air hockey.

Location
The Abbey at West Haven is located in Davenport and is a small private gated community close to Disney. Luxury Florida vacation rentals direct from the owners.
The Abbey is just one of the subdivisons within West Haven which is very close to Champions Gate. If you are visiting any of the Orlando theme parks you will no doubt drive through the Champions Gate Village to access the I4.
The Champions Gate village is the nearest main area with lots of shops, restaurants and a Publix super market. It's less than 5 minutes away. We have put together a list of Champions Gate Restaurants so you can see what's available.
If you are happy to drive a little further then there are over 50 restaurants on HWY192 in Kissimmee. This is around 15 minutes away.

Magical Summer Stay
Our family of five had the most wonderful time during our 4-week stay in August 2025 at this beautiful villa. We’ve stayed here numerous times before, and it truly feels like a home away from home. The villa is spacious, comfortable, and has everything we need to relax and enjoy our holiday.
The highlight for us was definitely the pool – we used it every single day, and it was perfect for cooling off after busy days out. Despite the ongoing roadworks and traffic on the I-4, we were still able to reach the parks, shops, and restaurants within a reasonable time, which made getting around stress-free.
The homeowner Mag, is so wonderful, can't ask for a better homeowner, will answer any questions you may have.
We can’t wait to come back again – it’s always a magical experience!

Beautiful Villa
Stayed here for 2 weeks starting the end of July. As soon as you walk through the door you know you are in a high class Villa. 2 master ensuite bedrooms were an added bonus. Lovely soft bedding on all the beds. Loads of soft towels and a big bag of pool towels too.
Nice large tv in the lounge and loved that we could connect to our Netflix and Prime when relaxing for the evening.
Debbie was always on hand to answer any questions. We got to meet her while we were there and she's just as lovely in person.
Kitchen is stocked with lots of dinnerware and also melamine dinnerware to use when eating at the outside table and then when your finished it all goes in the dishwasher. Huge washer and dryer, I've never actually seen any that big before and wish I could take them home.
Margie was great from the moment we booked. I kept changing the dates and length of stay and lots of questions but she answered promptly and was always really nice.
Villa is in a lovely quiet area but also not far from the theme parks and also only a few minutes from Champions Gare with shops and restuarants a plenty.
I can't recommend this Villa enough and I'm happy to say I'm back for another stay in September.

Our home away from home!
What a beautiful place to spend the winter months. Bright, clean and spacious, with lots of storage makes the villa very comfortable. Being a avid golfer, there is no shortage of places for me to play nearby. We have a number of friends in the area too so it is an easy drive to visit them or dine in the area at the numerous restaurants. The managers and long term friends Dee and Steve are always available to call for any minor issues. We found walks throughout the area to be very pleasant and we made it somewhat of a regular routine. We very much look forward to returning.

Fantastic Holiday at Beautiful Villa
We have recently returned from our 17 night holiday at this lovely home. The villa is perfectly located for driving to al the parks. Champions Gate is only around 10 minutes in an Uber which is great for bars restaurants and a great golf course. The villa is equipped with everything you could possibly need and was clean and well looked after. The Games Room was a bonus wirh all its facilities. The Villa was brilliant value for money and Dee from the management company was so friendly and helpful making sure we had everything we needed and ensuring we had a wonderful stay The communication with the owners was first class from our first enquiry to any subsequent queries. Thank you so much Margaret and Derek for letting us share your home and enabling us to have such a wonderful holiday.

Great location and place
We spent this summer at this lovely villa. A family of 5. Our original plan being that it was a last minute 3 week break was to stay in a hotel as we thought all villas would be booked. But due to changes with their guest we were amazed that our dates was available.
This waa a great base for us, the owners being last minute help did all they could do for us. The villa has all that one needs for a great stay.
Any little issues was rectified immediately.

Perfection!
We stayed at this wonderfully beautiful villa for our first vacation in four years, and we were completely thrilled! Everything was so clean and ready for our arrival, and it truly felt like home. The pool and hot tub were also clean, and it was so nice to have it to ourselves to relax, enjoy the sunshine and cool down with a swim. The fact that they are salt water was the cherry on top of the sundae! The living space is bright and welcoming, and it was nice to be able to come back after a long day at the parks to a comfortable place to relax. We couldn't have asked for anything more and will absolutely be back! Thank you Margie and Derek for allowing us to spent time in your beautiful villa!

Fabulous holiday in your lovely villa. Exceptionally clean, in excellent decorative order and well equipped with everything we needed to make our stay so enjoyable. The pool area was perfect, so private and sunny all day. The Abbey at West Haven is a great location.

We had a fantastic holiday here in the lovely West Haven resort. The villa was very clean, tidy and well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The reality of the villa is even better than the photos and the pool gets the sun from first thing in the morning and through the day. Christmas 2021
Thank you Margie for letting us stay in your beautiful villa. We had a great time. When we arrived at the villa we had a call off Margie to ensure we got there ok, which was lovely. The villa was beautiful, clean, spacious and had everything we needed and more. There was also a christmas tree and decorations for us which made the villa feel more like christmas. The rooms were tastefully decorated, clean and modern. The games room had more than enough games for you to play, pool, table football, table tennis etc.. The pool area was clean and had adequate sunloungers and a table and chairs for dining. We spent a lot of time outside as we had the sun all day. The bonus was the outside toilet as it saves getting the inside floors wet. It is situated in a nice quiet cud de sac. Would definatley stay here again. Thank you for everything.

Wonderful Holiday
Hi Margie & Derek
Thank you for allowing us to use your wonderful villa for our holiday.
You provided all the information we needed in advance of travel and when we arrived we found the Villa was even better than the photos and description on the website and it was spotlessly clean.
The kitchen was so well equipped with everything we needed
The beds were super comfortable and the pool area was so private that we could really relax and enjoy the lovely heated pool and spa.
The equipment provided for our granddaughter I.e high chair etc was great and although we didn't make much use of the games room that was only because our weather was so good.
We loved the night lights around the Villa which made it easy to move around the Villa without disturbing others by putting on the lights.
We have rented many Villas over the years but agree none as fabulous as yours.
We hope to return next year if dates are available when we get flights sorted in the New Year.
Thank you again and also special mention to Dee who called to help us get the TV sorted and check for my "missing" wallet and then meet our friend to pass it on for transport home.
We had a really wonderful holiday in a really wonderful Villa.!!
